Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran di kelas saat proses belajar mengajar yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Tujuan dai penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data/informasi dan membahas tentang upaya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran melalui supervisi klinis di SDN 57/X Kampung Laut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaotu perencanan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Juli-Desember semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian adalah guru-guru SDN 57/X Kampung Laut dengan jumlah sebanyak 8 orang dengan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lember observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunkanan persentase dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran di SDN 57/X Kampung Laut.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss about improving the ability of teachers to use learning models during the covid 19 pandemic through academic supervision at SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok. This research is school action research which consists of two cycles. This research was carried out at SDN 146/X Tanjng Solok in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year with 7 teachers as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, field notes and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that through the application of academic supervision, teachers could improve the ability of teachers to apply learning models at SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the learning outcomes of students' mathematics content are still low and there is a need for an action to improve it. The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss efforts to improve student learning outcomes on mathematics content through discovery learning models in class V SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research by following four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research location is at SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the research subjects being 21st grade students of SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok. Data collection techniques using tests, field notes, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that through discovery learning learning models can improve the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok, which is characterized by an increase in the average learning outcome and the percentage of completeness of each cycle with the act of giving rewards.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on improving Indonesian language learning outcomes through the discussion method. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the first grade students of SDN 58/X Teluk Majelis, totaling 21 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study indicate that the discussion method can improve the learning outcomes of first grade Indonesian students at SDN 58/X Teluk Majelis by giving rewards.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on improving Mathematics learning outcomes through Discovery Learning. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of SDN 03/X Tanjung Solok, totaling 25 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study indicate that through Discovery Learning, students can improve their Mathematics learning outcomes in class VI SDN 03/X Tanjung Solok by giving rewards.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the students' thinking ability in learning mathematics is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss about improving students' critical thinking skills on mathematics content through problem solving learning models in class VI SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) by following four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the subject of class VI students totaling 17 students. This study consisted of two cycles, where each cycle consisted of two meetings. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, tests, field notes, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction on students' critical thinking skills. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that through problem solving learning models can improve students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics in class VI SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok. This can be seen from the percentage of students' learning completeness from the first cycle (41%) and increased in the second cycle (82%).

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 3rd grade students of SDN 092/X Kampung Laut. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the use of the Make A Match Cooperative Model could improve the Indonesian language learning outcomes for second grade students at SDN 092/X Kampung Laut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss optimizing the use of the numbered head together type of cooperative learning model to improve learning activities of Islamic religious education and character for the sixth grade students of SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings by following four stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out at SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with 17 class VI students as the subject. data were collected through observation sheets, field notes, and documentation and analyzed using percentages and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the author has done about cooperative learning with the Numbered Head Togehter type, it increases student learning activities in past religious education subjects and character in class VI SDN 146/X Tanjung Solok. It can be concluded that giving lessons through the Numbered Head Togehter cooperative learning model can increase student learning activities by replacing groups and giving additional points.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on improving social studies learning outcomes through the Gallery Walk type cooperative learning model. This research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN 015/X Kuala Lagan, totaling 14 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that the Gallery Walk learning model could improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN 015/X Kuala Lagan by giving praise.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss academic supervision as an effort to improve teacher performance in implementing the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model at SDN 58/X Teluk Majelis. This research is school action research which consists of two cycles by following four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out at 58/X Teluk Majelis with the subject of 16 teachers consisting of class teachers and subject teachers which took place in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data were collected using observation sheets, field notes and documentation and analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results show that academic supervision can improve teacher performance in implementing the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model at SDN 58/X Teluk Majelis by giving rewards.
