Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on improving mathematics learning outcomes through the discussion method. This research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fourths’ grade students of SDN 156/X Tanjung Solok, totaling 5 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the discussion method could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 156/X Tanjung Solok by giving rewards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) on learning purposes and assessments as well as the suitability of HOTS on the learning purposes and assessments in the Chemistry subject especially on Acid and Basa Concept. This research was classified as qualitative research with content analysis. Content analysis is a research method that discusses in depth the contents of written or printed information in a mass media. The informant of this research is the document of the Learning Implementation Plan and daily test questions obtained from the Chemistry teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. The results of this study were (1) HOTS has been contained in the learning purposes of chemistry in the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh, among the 7 learning purposes, just 4 of them are learning purposes that contain HOTS; (2) HOTS has been contained in the Chemistry Learning Assessment in the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. There was only one assessment question that contains the HOTS; and (3) there was no relevance between the HOTS that contained in the learning purposes and assessment on the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) toward students’ learning cognitive competence. The design of the research was semi experimental research that used the static group comparison design. The population of this research were all of nineth-grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was objective test or multiple choise to get students’ learning cognitive competence data. Based on the t- test, the research showed that students’ learning cognitive competence who learning by using STAD was better than students’ learning cognitive competence in control group.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose research is to find out whether the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the learning achievement of students Physics Group at SMAIT Iqro Kota Bengkulu. This research is experimental research by using quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques used by collecting the first stage data (pretest), conducting experiments, and collecting the second stage data (posttest). The research results showed that there were three groups of students namely higher, medium, and lower group. The higher group got a high gain value 0.82. The medium group got a gain value 0.75 while the lower group was at the medium criterion with a gain value of 0.56. To determine the differences of learning achievement on the higher, the medium and the lower, the two-way Anova test was used. The conclusion was the application of the PBL model on the concept of Earthquake and Tsunami Intensity can improve the students’ learning achievement who were a Physics Group at SMAIT Iqro Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VI SDN 155/X Kuala Dendang, totaling 8 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that through the Inquiry method, it was possible to improve the learning outcomes of the sixth grade students of SDN 155/X Kuala Dendang science content.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss the use of the Snowball Throwing learning model to improve student learning outcomes in class VI mathematics learning at SDN 99/X Sidomukti in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted at VI SDN 99/X Sidomukti in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the research subjects being students of class VI SDN 99/X Sidomukti, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques using tests, field notes, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that the Snowball Throwing learning model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the sixth’s grade students of SDN 99/X Sidomukti, marked by the improvement obtained from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan evaluasi hasil belajar di SDN 175/X Kota Kandis Dendang semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah yang terdiri dar dua siklus dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakn di peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan evaluasi hasil belajar melalui supervisi akademis pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas sebanyak 4. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan lembar observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan evaluasi hasil belajar di SDN 175/X Kota Kandis Dendang.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class V SDN 98/X Rantau Indah, totaling 18 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the discussion method could improve the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN 98/X Rantau Indah's mathematics content.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss the application of academic supervision of individual class visits to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning approaches at SDN 103/X Sidomukti in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a school action research which consists of two cycles where each cycle follows four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out at SDN 103/X Sidomukti in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with 6 teachers as the subject of SDN 103/X Sidomukti. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results of the study indicate that through academic supervision, teachers can improve the ability of teachers in developing learning approaches at SDN 103/X Sidomukti by giving rewards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi peningkatan hasil belajar Muatan PKn melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Masing-masing petemuan terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI SDN 96/X Rantau Indah yang berjumlah 12 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semseter ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Model Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Muatan PKn peserta didik kelas VI SDN 96/X Rantau Indah.
