Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss collaborative educational supervision to improve teacher performance in planning learning activities at SDN 01/X Rantau Indah in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is school action research which consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 01/X Rantau Indah in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the subject of teacher research at SDN 01/X Rantau Indah totaling 7 people consisting of 6 class teachers and 1 PAI teacher. Data collection techniques using observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that through collaborative educative supervision could improve teacher performance in classroom learning at SDN 01/X Rantau Indah

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan membahas tentang peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar melalui bimbingan individu di SDN 163/X Catur Rahayu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 di SDN 163/X Catur Rahayu dengan subjek penelitian guru sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui bimbingan individu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar di SDN 163/X Catur Rahayu yang dapat dilihat pada masing-masing siklus dengan tindakan pemberian pujian.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on improving learning outcomes for the CIRC Type Cooperative Learning Model. This research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class IV SDN 216/X Kuala Dendang, totaling 8 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that through the CIRC Type Cooperative Learning Model, it could improve the learning outcomes of the fourth’s grade students of SDN 216/X Kuala Dendang science content by replacing group members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi peningkatan hasil belajar pembelajaran Matematika melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe STAD.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Masing-masing petemuan terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI SDN 01/X Rantau Indahyang berjumlah 18 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semeseter ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika peserta didik kelas VI SDN 01/X Rantau Indah dengan penggantian anggota kelompok.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information on increasing creativity and learning outcomes for science content through the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 98/X Rantau Indah, totaling 14 people. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that through the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model, it could improve the learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SDN 98/X Rantau Indah science content learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of English-language content creators for Indonesian social media users. The purpose of this study is to find out how influential English content is in improving speaking skills in English. The subjects of this study include from several levels of education totaling 63 respondents, the data we use is in the form of a questionnaire using quantitative methods. The results of this study, The author finds that with the existence of special social media (content creators) YouTube is proven to be able to produce a good impact on improving English language skills.

Abstract

Abstract Education during this pandemic is a challenge for all parties. Students are required to get good learning outcomes during online learning. The students achieving these learning outcomes are by applying their respective ways of learning. This study aims to determine the effect of JHS students way of learning on learning outcomes. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The subjects is 36 students of Wahid Hayim JHS in grades 7, 8 and 9 for 2021/2022 academic year with using simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was questionnaire way of learning which adopted from the questionnaire way of learning in the thesis title The Effect of Learning Mathematics on Mathematics Learning Achievement in Grade IV Elementary Schools throughout the Imam Bonjol Cluster, Purbalingga District by Rofiqoh Nur Rokhmah which was valid and reliable. The questionnaire was distributed in the google form. The data of a database of students' midterm semester scores as well as research instruments. Analysis of the data is use descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the way of learning does not affect the learning outcomes achieved by students. Abstrak Pendidikan dimasa pandemi ini merupakan tantangan semua pihak. Siswa dituntut mendapatkan hasil belajar yang tetap bagus selama pembelajaran daring. Upaya siswa dalam mencapai hasil belajar tersebut dengan menerapkan cara belajar masing-masing yang sesuai dengan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh cara belajar siswa SMP terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 36 siswa SMP Wahid Hayim kelas 7,8 dan 9 tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa angket cara belajar yang diadopsi dari angket cara belajar di skripsi Pengaruh Cara Belajar Matematika Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika Kelas IV SD Se-Gugus Imam Bonjol Kecamatan Purbalingga oleh Rofiqoh Nur Rokhmah yang telah valid dan reliabel. Angket tersebut disebar dalam bentuk google form. Data berupa database nilai UTS siswa juga instrumen penelitian. Analisis datanya berupa analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cara belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the basic skills of teaching teachers in elementary schools that need to be improved again. The purpose of this study was to obtain information and discuss the application of clinical supervision to improve the basic teaching skills of teachers at SDN.165/X Catur Rahayu in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a school action research (PTS) which consists of two cycles where each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, data collection techniques using observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that the application of clinical supervision could improve the basic teaching skills of teachers at SDN.165/X Catur Rahayu. Using a clinical supervision approach is an approach in supervision that is considered effective for improving teacher skills in the learning process.

Abstract

Mathematical representation ability can be a bridge to understanding concepts because it can help develop and present real problems in everyday life into mathematical language. In the learning cycle itself, there are two out of five stages that can train and develop mathematical representation skills, namely the exploration and elaboration stages. In this study, the Learning Cycle learning model was used for 7th grade junior high school students to determine the effect of students' mathematical representation abilities whose learning uses the 5E Learning Cycle learning model when viewed from the student's Self Concept. The data analysis technique used two-way ANOVA and the Independent Test, as a further test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of learning cycle learning on the ability of mathematical representation in students with high self-concept. For students with low self-concept, there is no significant effect. This is because students with low self-concept tend to be happy to accept the lessons given by the teacher. Therefore, the learning cycle learning model can have effect on increasing the ability of mathematical representation in students with high self-concept.

Abstract

This research is based on the low learning motivation of class VI students. The learning conditions during the pandemic period greatly affected the students' desire to learn. While studying at home, students only answer the questions contained in the student worksheets that were collected a few days later. At the time of limited face-to-face’s learning which was carried out in 2021, it was seen that students had very low motivation in learning. Their limited study’s schedule every three days with limited study hours does not make students enjoy learning. The low motivation to attend school, to study independently in accordance with the learning objectives that have been prepared by the teacher cannot be achieved as indicated by low learning outcomes. Based on this problem, The classroom action research was appointed whose purpose was to see the effect of using online media as a tool to increase learning motivation. With the help of online media, subject matter can be studied anytime, anywhere. So that students are expected not to be left behind with lessons and continue to train themselves even though they do not meet the teacher directly. Assisted by online media, the teacher can continue to monitor students in learning. After conducting classroom action research using online media in the form of classroom, WhatsApp, quizzz in overcoming the low learning motivation after two cycles, the results showed significant success.
