Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of personal psychological factors, such as work-life balance and job satisfaction, on the job-hopping intentions of millennials. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the study population consists of millennial employees working in Purwakarta Regency. The data was collected using non-probability and accidental sampling techniques, with a total sample size of 100 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data, with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application. The findings of this research can help companies understand the reasons behind employee turnover, including voluntary turnover, such as job-hopping. By understanding the psychological aspects of their employees, companies can reduce job-hopping and other forms of turnover. The study provides evidence that taking a personal psychological approach to millennial employees can help reduce job-hopping intentions, which is crucial for companies to minimize losses due to turnover.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of occupational safety and health (K3) and compensation with organizational commitment as mediation variable on employee performance. The study was conducted on contract daily employees at Dr. Suyoto Hospital Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defense, Jakarta. This study used a quantitative sample of 68 employees using probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SPSS 29 software. The analysis used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of determination test, f test, t test, and Sobel test to determine the mediating effect. The results of the study show that OSH (K3), compensation and organizational commitment have an effect on performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim to evaluate the effect of social media marketing activity on brand loyalty mediated by brand awareness, brand trust, and brand love. Data were collected through questionnaires given to 260 respondents who live in Batam City, and are fans or users of several fast fashion brands in Indonesia, including zara, stradivarius, h&m, and uniqlo. To analyze the data, the software used is Smart PLS. The results obtained through data analysis state that social media marketing activity has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand trust, and also brand love. Brand loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness, brand trust, and brand love. Brand awareness, brand trust, and brand love also mediate positively and significantly in the influence of social media marketing activity on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study was to create a comprehensive measurement scale for cyberloafing from the perspective of Generation Z in Indonesia. The research was conducted in two stages. The first stage involved 145 participants for initial validity, and the second stage included 214 respondents for the final validation. Two distinct factors were identified through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA): personal interest and social cyberloafing. These factors comprised 11 items, providing a more in-depth understanding of cyberloafing and its prevalence in Gen Z populations. The article also discussed the study's limitations and provided recommendations for future research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship to increase the productivity of farmer groups in Putat Nutug Village, Ciseeng, Bogor Regency. The population in this study were members of a farmer group of 150 people. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula totaling 60 respondents, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed no direct effect of training on business interest and no direct influence of business interest on productivity. Training has a direct effect on productivity, self-efficacy on business interest, and self-efficacy on productivity. There is no effect of training on productivity through interest in entrepreneurship, and there is no effect of self-efficacy on productivity through interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research discusses the revolutionary impact of blockchain technology and crowdfunding in finance. Blockchain technology has been proven to increase authenticity, security, and efficiency in financial transactions, while crowdfunding provides democratic access to capital for innovators and entrepreneurs. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. In accordance with the SLR process, through rigorous data screening, 44 articles were obtained to be discussed in this theme. Combining these two innovations can create a decentralized ecosystem that supports innovative projects and access to global funding. This research provides insight into how blockchain and crowdfunding can revolutionize the financial industry toward greater sustainability, efficiency, security, and financial inclusion in the future.
