Abstract

The present study sought to elucidate the determinants of student satisfaction in relation to the adoption of digital payment systems in universities located in Central Java. The methodological approach employed was a quantitative analysis, utilizing linear regression for statistical evaluation. Our findings indicate that perceived usefulness exerts a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction when utilizing digital payments, as per the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, across various Central Java universities. However, perceived ease of use did not demonstrate a significant impact on student satisfaction within the same context. Interestingly, trust was found to have a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction regarding the usage of digital payments as per the TAM approach. Conversely, perceived security and risk factors were not found to significantly influence student satisfaction in the use of digital payments, in accordance with the TAM perspective. Taken together, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and perceived security and risk factors were found to exert a collective influence on student satisfaction in the context of digital payment usage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing student satisfaction with the use of digital payment in higher education institutions in Central Java. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that the perceived usefulness has a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction regarding the use of digital payment using the Technology Acceptance Model approach in several higher education institutions in Central Java. Perceived ease of use, on the other hand, does not have a significant impact on student satisfaction with the use of digital payment using the Technology Acceptance Model approach in higher education institutions in Central Java. Perceived trust also has a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction with the use of digital payment using the Technology Acceptance Model approach among students in higher education institutions in Central Java. However, perceived security and risk do not have a significant impact on student satisfaction with the use of digital payment using the Technology Acceptance Model approach among students in higher education institutions in Central Java. It is important to note that factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, and perceived security and risk collectively have an impact on student satisfaction when using digital payment.

Abstract

The preparation of cryptography personnel in the Cryptography Intelligence Room of Adi Soemarmo Air Force Base is crucial for ensuring professional execution of their duties. Leadership plays a vital role in setting policies, while cryptography personnel must maintain high awareness and determination to enhance their capabilities. To achieve optimal performance, human resource improvements are needed in terms of skills, knowledge, and attitude. This research aims to identify the factors causing the suboptimal performance of Cipher Personnel in the Cryptography Intelligence Room of Adi Soemarmo Air Force Base and develop strategies to enhance their effectiveness. A qualitative research method, often referred to as naturalistic inquiry, is used to analyze these issues. The study results indicate that the performance of Cryptography Personnel in handling encryption activities at Adi Soemarmo Air Force Base can be assessed in three key areas. First, their skills are generally good but require further development, particularly in cyber-related cryptographic analysis, which remains suboptimal in execution. Second, their knowledge is strong, as they possess fundamental expertise in encryption, including cipher machine operation, encryption security, and administrative procedures. Lastly, their attitude is largely positive—marked by honesty, responsibility, and openness to feedback. However, some personnel still need improvement in professional demeanor. To enhance performance, continuous training and skill development in cybersecurity and cryptographic analysis are essential. Strengthening knowledge through advanced learning programs and fostering a more disciplined and adaptable mindset among personnel will further optimize their contributions to encryption-related operations.

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization has reshaped Indonesia’s regional governance, aiming to boost economic growth through local autonomy. This study investigates how locally generated revenue and central government transfers influence regional economic growth through expenditure autonomy, emphasizing ethical principles like wealth preservation and public welfare. Using path analysis on data from 38 provinces over 2020-2024, the research examines direct and mediated effects of revenue sources on economic outcomes. Locally generated revenue significantly drives growth, while central transfers only contribute when channelled through strategic spending, with expenditure autonomy mediating both effects. These findings highlight the critical role of targeted budget allocation in maximizing economic impact. The study concludes that aligning fiscal policies with ethical principles can foster equitable development across Indonesia’s diverse regions. Policymakers should reform transfer mechanisms to prioritize performance-based allocations and strengthen local capacity to enhance expenditure efficiency, though limitations like inconsistent data quality and pandemic disruptions suggest caution in generalizing results. Future research could explore sector-specific spending to further optimize decentralization.

Abstract

Research on village funds in Indonesia became increasingly widespread after a law on village funds was passed in 2014. Village funds are a program that is expected to positively impact village development by alleviating poverty and equalizing income. This research aims to systematically map the direction of research results on village funds and poverty using quantitative review techniques. This research is a type of systematic literature research using bibliometric VOSviewer. Data collected from 2014 to 2023 resulted in 472 articles eligible for processing. The results show that the development of village fund research related to poverty is quite saturated and has been widely carried out. This research is increasing from year to year, and the current direction of the topic of village funds is mostly related to transparency and allocation. It is necessary to fill the gap in research on village funds and poverty with empirical research and include a more complete model with mediation and moderation.
