Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze influence E-Service Quality and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) of the purchase decision cosmatics in application SOCO by Sociolla. The total sampel is 200 respondents using the Non Probability Sampling method. For data collected using questionnaire with a ratio measurement likert scale of 10 choices, using Google Form. Data processing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 25 version. The results showed that E-Service Quality had significant effect on the purchase decision with a coefficient of 0,345 and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) had significant effect on the purchase decision with a coefficient of 0,358. Simultaneously E-Service Quality and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) had a significant effect on the purchase decision with a calculated F value of 207,963. Form this research is expected for further researchers and can be a marketing strategy in an e-commerce.

Abstract

The development is currently growing very rapidly, this is evidenced by the progress in various fields, especially technology. However, not all technology provides convenience and a positive impact for its users if it is not handled properly. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online services carried out by Pegadaian Syariah Bogor Baru Branch through the Mobile Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) application in increasing the number of customers. The method used is an approach to the theory of e-servqual and management functions. The method of data collection was carried out by making observations at the New Bogor Sharia pawnshop by conducting interviews and observations. The effectiveness of PSDS is reviewed through 7 dimensions, namely efficiency, reliability, compliance, privacy services, responsiveness, compensation, and contact.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of debt to equity ratio, return on asset, return on equity and firm size on the level of underpricing in companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2019. The population in this study is all companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2019. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method through certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 115 companies. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression method. The results showed that: (1) debt to equity ratio has positive and insignificant effect on the level of underpricing; (2) return on asset has negative and significant effect on the level of underpricing; (3) return on equity has negative and insignificant effect on the level of underpricing; and (4) firm size has negative and significant effect on the level of underpricing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job insecurity and employee anxiety while at the same time identifying coping strategies that could withstand the adverse effects of job insecurity by placing a God locus of control (GLC). A total of 132 employees from several companies were involved in this study. This study shows that Job insecurity positively affects employee anxiety levels. God's locus of control negatively affects anxiety and acts as a boundary condition to reduce the effect of job insecurity on employee anxiety. The analysis results provide knowledge relevant to the scientific literature related to the study of job insecurity and practical implications for reducing the effect of this phenomenon on employee anxiety levels amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Using the transactional stress and border theory framework model, we explore the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing by placing biographies (age and marital status) as boundary conditions. An online questionnaire involved a total of 182 employees in this study. The analysis results using moderated hierarchical regression indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. In the moderation model, this study only proved that age was significant as a moderator in the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing, but not for marital status. In addition, age and marital status were not potential predictors of cyberloafing. Implications and suggestions are described in the article.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, compensation and work discipline on employee performance mediated by work motivation at Pertamina upstream data center (PUDC). The sampling method used is cluster random sampling. From a population of 125, all of them were taken as samples for this study. The analytical method used is Path Analysis using AMOS 22 software. The results of this study show that transformational leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, transformational leadership, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. on employee performance, transformational leadership, compensation and work discipline on employee performance mediated by work motivation has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the sequential mediation of the relationship between brand ambassadors and trust. Sequential mediation consisting of digital marketing and Instagram social media. The target population in this study are Scarlett Whitening product customers who use Instagram who are students of a private university in Jakarta. A sample of 96 was measured based on the rule of thumb of the experts The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The method used in the research to test mediation uses a process macro with model no 6. Tests of validity, reliability and correlation are also described. The results show that brand ambassadors have an effect either directly or indirectly through sequential mediation (digital marketing and social media) on customer trust. Suggestion. Companies must be able to choose brand ambassadors who have good credibility because this not only has a direct effect on trust but also affects trust through increasing customer perceptions of digital marketing and social media used.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of organizational transformation on performance with motivation and compensation as mediating variables in the project management office (“PMO”) personnel of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. (“PGN”) by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained from PMO organic employees who work at PGN. The total population of PMO organic employees at the time the research was conducted was 118 (one hundred and eighteen) people. While the samples taken in this study were organic employees with positions ranging from 'Staff' to 'Vice President'. The data analysis in this study used an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least squares (PLS). The first stage in this research is to test the validity of each variable's statement indicator along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between the existing hypotheses for both direct effects and indirect effects between research variables. The results of this study indicate that PGN’s organizational transformation has a significant effect on PMO employee performance, either through motivation or compensation as mediation or without the mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the developments and dynamics, as well as the challenges of the national defense industry, after the revision of Law No. 16 of 2012 on the Defense Industry, through Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. This qualitative research uses interviews and literature studies as data collection methods sourced from primary and secondary data, and analyzed using a competitive strength framework. As a result, these regulatory changes are relatively able to have a positive impact, especially regarding the increase in the number of entities and opportunities for financing the defense industry through investment mechanisms by the private sector. In addition, the expansion of the role of BUMS in the supply chain of the national defense industry has also opened up opportunities for technology development and the fulfillment of industrial needs which are regulated through various mechanisms, such as the obligation to fulfill TKDN, to the requirements for Trade, Local Content, and Offsets (IDKLO) in the procurement process for the import of Defense and Security Protection. On the other side, efforts to establish a more competitive industrial ecosystem are also being carried out by the Government in stages through the implementation of the Defense Industry Independence Grand Design, as well as encouraging the implementation of a diversification strategy and optimizing the dual-use strategy in increasing competitiveness, as well as supporting industry continuity.

Abstract

The availability of inadequate and quality transportation infrastructure positively affects a region's gross domestic product (GRDP) to below. This study aims to analyze the influence of transportation infrastructure development, namely road infrastructure, seaport infrastructure and airport infrastructure on Way Kanan District GRDP. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results of multiple regression calculations show that 1) the road infrastructure has a significant number of 0.010 below 0.05; meaning that the independent variable has a substantial effect on GRDP. 2) seaport infrastructure, the considerable amount is 0.309 above 0.05; saying that these variables have not significantly affected gross regional domestic products. 3) Airport infrastructure, a significant number of 0.093 above 0.05; it means that the variable has not changed the GRDP. While the contribution of the research is a reference in development policies, especially the development of transportation infrastructure to increase the GRDP of Way Kanan District.
