Abstract

This study examines and determines the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, location, and promotion) on purchasing decisions at SJ supermarkets in Jakarta. The method in this research uses an associative quantitative research strategy. The population is all Sinar Jaya supermarket consumers. With a research sample of 97 respondents from consumers. The sampling technique used was the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method—statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24.0. The results showed that the product variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the location variable had no effect on purchasing decisions, and the promotion variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Moreover, the marketing mix (product, price, location, promotion) simultaneously positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The decentralization policy is one of the central government's efforts to reduce monopoly power and distribute authority to local governments. In Indonesia, the decentralization policy is carried out to the village level through Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of village funds that have been disbursed by the government since 2015 in encouraging the success of local village economic development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with qualitative methods, namely literature review and exploratory. The results of this study indicate that the existence of a village fund stimulus policy is not the only funding for villages to develop local village economic resources. With village funds, the development of infrastructure supporting the village economy is carried out massively, while community empowerment cannot be carried out optimally so that it has not been able to reduce poverty levels optimally, but can reduce inequality levels slowly. Based on IDM data, there was an aggressive increase in the number of villages with advanced and independent status during the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze monetary and managerial condition at Seruni Putih Cooperative now, (2) determine and recommend the right strategy to improve monetary and managerial aspect of Seruni Putih Cooperative. Research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Data retrieval techniques are carried out with interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using SWOT analysis. By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, it will further facilitate to compose the right strategy in improving the financial and managerial aspects of Seruni Putih Cooperative. The results of this study show that to improve the financial aspects in Seruni Putih Cooperative can use the following strategies: (1) improve the quality of performance, both in carrying out RAT and lending services in cooperatives, (2) make letters of agreement when borrowing to minimize bad credit, (3) regenerate cooperative managers so that productivity in cooperatives is more optimal. Strategies that can be applied to improve managerial aspects in Seruni Putih Cooperative are: (1) utilizing the knowledge gained from the training of the Department and other institutions to improve the quality of Human Resources in cooperatives, (2) maximize opportunities for local resources to increase cooperative capital, (3) optimize their own capital by increasing compulsory savings.

Abstract

Objective: analyze the effect of e-Service Quality of MyXL application on E-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty of application users. Research method: survey with Quantitative Approach. Methods Of Analysis: Factor Analysis, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Test F (Anova), Test T (Coefficient). Results: the results of a simple linear regression test the effect of e-satisfaction on E-loyalty R 0.914 and R2 of 0.835 can mean that the contribution of e-satisfaction to E-loyalty is 80.35% and the remaining 19.65% is another factor caused by things outside the study. The results of multiple linear regression effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty there is a correlation coefficient R value of 0.854 which means there is a strong relationship of the effect of e - service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty of 85.4% while the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.730 which means the contribution of the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of 73% while the rest of 27% influenced by things outside the study. Conclusion: there is an effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty of application users. Suggestion: the author suggested that XL Axiata can improve user security to be safe in transactions and improve the appearance of the application to attract attention and make the appearance of the application easy to understand.

Abstract

Pemalsuan barang maupun merek sangat menimbulkan kerugian untuk pengusaha, dengan demikian dalam hal ini sangat diperlukan perlindungan hak perekonomian. Penelitian ini memakai metode pendekatan Yuridis normatif, yakni penelitian hukum yang dilaksanakan melalui penelitian bahan ataupun data pustaka yang menjadi data sekunder dalam bentuk bahan hukum tersier, bahan hukum primer, ataupun bahan hukum sekunder yakni menganalisis mengenai peraturan untuk menegakkan hukum. Barang palsu sangat mudah diperoleh di pasaran; pada kasus Putusan No: 67/Pid.B/2013/PN.Pwk. terdakwa dikenai sanksi pidana dan denda relatif ringan yaitu sebesar Rp 5.000.000-, hal ini menyebabkan terdakwa pemalsuan merek ataupun produk tidak jera. Distribusi produk palsu lokal dan import yang sangat mudah didapat membuat produk palsu makin marak dipasaran. Berdasarkan UU Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 tahun 2016 mengenai merek dan indikasi geografis bahwasannya kebijakan yang relevan terhadap tindak pidana terkait merek adalah delik aduan sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Pasal 103, yang artinya bahwa polisi memiliki sifat hanya menerima pengaduan oleh individu yang mendapat kerugian tersebut. Sehingga apabila tidak terdapat pengaduan, dengan demikian polisi tidak dapat melaksanakan proses hukum.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the garment manufacturing industry in Sukabumi, West Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM) on Marketing Performance (MP) with Marketing Assiatant (MA) as a mediation variable. The data in the study consisted of 235 populations with 149 samples. Data analysis in this study used quantitative methods with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 test tool. MA is government assistance help to maintain the sustainability of the SMEs industries, considering that this sector is also a social safety net.

Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, solvency and firm size on profitability. The research data used is secondary data. The total population used is 30 food and beverage companies for the 2017-2020 period. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 18 companies and a data sample of 65 data. Based on the multiple regression analysis tool, previously the data was tested using the classical assumption test and it is known that working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability, liquidity has no significant affect on profitability, solvency has a significant effect on profitability and firm size has no significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Frozen food or what is known as frozen food is the result of food preservation methods that are carried out by lowering the temperature to the freezing point, this aims to slow down the spoilage process. One published study found that frozen fruit was, in some cases, more nutritious. Of course, this is suitable when conditioned during a pandemic like today, because frozen fruit is more durable, of course, it can minimize the frequency of people going out to buy stock. But on the other hand, apart from the price of frozen fruit which tends to be more expensive, there is a paradigm in the community that fresh fruit is healthier than frozen fruit. Although it is undeniable that fresh ingredients have a high amount of nutrients at harvest, the nutrients will quickly break down when the food is picked, packaged, and displayed. These nutrients will break down even more when placed in the refrigerator. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. A total of 23 informants as end consumers really helped the completion of this research. The results of this study found that the paradigm in society that fresh fruit is healthier than frozen fruit is still rolling down and down, on the other hand factors such as price are also another cause. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of human resource performance to formulate a strategy to improve human resource performance at Balkondes in the Borobudur area to restore tourism in the new normal era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained based on interview data collection methods and participatory observation. SWOT analysis, IFAS, and EFAS were used as data analysis methods. The results showed that a change in strategy was necessary. Strategy formulations for improving human resource performance include increasing the intensity of human resource training and development programs and increasing the competence of human resources to create an integrated tour package according to the needs of tourists. Moreover, management needs to provide adequate health facilities for human resources, increase cooperation with other tourism actors, and create long-term human resource development planning.
