Abstract

To reach sustainable development goal 6, “clean water and sanitation,” the government has made it mandatory to implement the Scheduled Desludging Service program (in the Indonesian language as layanan lumpur tinja terjadwal / L2T2). The L2T2 program is a septic tank desludging service in a given desludging period following a set desludging schedule. Malang City has successfully implemented the program within a short period despite starting the program only recently, in 2019. The researchers employed a qualitative research design with the case study method to derive a meaning behind a phenomenon, given that the program is actual, specific, and detailed. The research results indicated that the L2T2 program implementation in Malang City had met 7 of 8 criteria under the L2T2 program guideline set by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The one criterion that needed to be fulfilled concerning service pricing. Instead, the sanitation marketing implementation in the L2T2 program has met 7 of 10 standards in the sanitation marketing aspect—the three criteria needed to be fulfilled service pricing, CSR strategy, and loyalty program.

Abstract

The beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic required humans to spend more time at home because of the government's policy of limiting activities. This study turned out to be a source of trigger for the emergence of social violence in society. Data shows that the level of violence in Indonesia, particularly in Jakarta, is increasing as the Covid-19 pandemic continues. All forms of violence can occur anywhere and anytime. Although various services are provided to victims of violence and improvements in education and technology this is not enough to reduce the violence in Indonesia. This article was written using a qualitative method by analyzing the social impact of the business model canvas to design a feel safe application (FSA). The data used helps strengthen why this FSA project needs to be made as a social entrepreneurship project. The data was obtained through secondary data from government publications and publications related to research that discussed increased social violence in the household and the environment since the COVID-19 pandemic. Implementing FSA as one of the social entrepreneurship projects is expected to impact the community by minimizing the number of violence and increasing public awareness of violence and its impact on victims.

PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data through SMART-PLS 3.0 software. The study's results reveal that Muslim religiosity positively affects the survival of SMEs (firm survival). Innovation capability has a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on consumer engagement. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation and consumer engagement do not affect the survival of MSMEs (firm survival). Abstract

This study examines differences in financial distress conditions based on the Altman, Grover, and Springate models before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used is inferential research with a quantitative approach. The data used is quantitative in the form of financial statements of 4 airline companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The research sample was determined by specific criteria and obtained 16 observations for the financial statements of 4 companies for four years. Data analysis was done using a two-way ANOVA test using the Minitab 20 software. The results showed no differences in financial distress conditions calculated using the Altman, Grover, and Springer models. The conditions are not different because some of the same ratios are used as elements in the Altman, Grover, and Springate models. Three companies are always in distress for four consecutive years. Only one company experienced a healthy condition in 2018 and 2019 based on calculations using the three models. There are differences in financial distress conditions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in financial performance during the 2020 and 2021 pandemic caused a decrease in the ratios used in the financial distress calculation model.
