Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh variasi produk dan display layout terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui word of mouth sebagai variabel mediasi di Toko SRC Jumasri di Merangin, Jambi.           Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah konsumen Toko SRC Jumasri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non probability, dalam metode non probability ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, kuesioner disebarkan ke konsumen atau responden yang pernah datang dan berbelanja di Toko SRC Jumasri.           Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) variasi produk memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. (2) variabel Display Layout memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. (3) word of mouth memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. (4) variabel variasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel word of mouth. (5) display layout memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel word of mouth. (6) Word of Mouth tidak berhasil memediasi pengaruh variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. (7) Word of Mouth berhasil memediasi pengaruh display layout terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Empirical studies show that the relationship between the average length of schooling and the open unemployment rate is negatively and significantly correlated. Therefore, this study introduces the mediating variable of the rate of economic growth to analyze the path of the relationship between the average length of schooling and the open unemployment rate. The aim of the study was to test whether the rate of economic growth mediates the effect of the average length of schooling on the open unemployment rate. The data used is secondary data in Banten Province in the period 2012-2020. The method used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the rate of economic growth mediates the relationship between the average length of schooling and the open unemployment rate by partial mediation. These findings indicate the importance of improving the quality of human resources through length of schooling in order to reduce the open unemployment rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya intensi berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan dan variabel karakter kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey eksplanatori dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan bisnis dan pemasaran sebanyak 325 siswa sedangkan sampel sebanyak 180 siswa. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan analisis Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum i) intensi kewirausahaan, berada pada kategori rendah, karakter kewirausahaan, berada pada kategori sedang sedangkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berada pada kategori tinggi. ii) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. iii) Karakter kewirausahaan memediasi antara pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI jurusan Bisnis dan Pemasaran di Kabupaten Sumedang mempunyai intensi berwirausaha yang belum baik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the research of Hayes (2014) and the opinion of financial planning expert Emilie Goldman regarding financial satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect the level of financial satisfaction. The research subjects were all students of accounting education at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. Student's financial satisfaction was measured by a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is inductive analysis using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. The research hypotheses were tested using the simultaneous effect test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that financial literacy, and financial behavior, had a significant effect on financial satisfaction in accounting education students at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. The implication of this research is that adequate financial literacy is needed to increase financial satisfaction of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University. As well as adequate training in order to improve the financial behavior of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University.

Abstract

Industri perbankan ialah sektor penting dalam perekonomian. Untuk mengetahui bank dalam kondisi baik atau buruk dapat dilihat bagaiamana kinerja keuangan bank tersebut. Kinerja keuangan menggambarkan sejauh mana bank dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Non Performing Loan dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas bank yang diukur menggunakan Return On Assets sebagai proksi dari kinerja keuangan bank. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh bank umum konvensional yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Secara parsial capital adequacy ratio tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap return on asset, dana pihak ketiga dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap return on asset, non performing loan berpengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of economic value added, inflation, net profit margin, and dividend yield on stock returns with company value as a moderating variable either partially or simultaneously. The research scope is coal sub-sector companies that is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) for the period 2015-2021, using purposive sampling technique, 6 companies were obtained as research samples. The analysis technique that is used are multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis. The results are partially only the Net profit margin variable that has significant effect on stock returns, while the Economic value added, inflation, and dividend yield variables have no effect on stock returns. In addition, firm value as a moderating variable proved unable to strengthen or weaken the relationship between Economic value added, Inflation, Net profit margin, and Dividend yield on stock returns. Simultaneously, all variables have no effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity,Total Asset Turnover dan Firm Size terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan Manufaktur Tekstil dan Garment yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling perusahaan Manufaktur Tekstil dan Garment yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2020. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2013 dengan menggunakan metode stepwise. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  Current Ratio dan Debt To Equity tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Sedangkan Total Asset Turnover dan Firm Size berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Adapun koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,1% menunjukan masih terdapat 71,9% lagi yang disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income, prices of other goods, tastes, services and promotions on the number of purchases of Lapis Minang Nantigo products. This type of research is a quantitative study that uses primary data with a sample of 70 respondents from Lapis Minang Nantigo consumers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of income, taste and promotion on the number of purchases of Lapis Minang Nantigo products. Prices of other goods and services had no effect on the number of purchases of Lapis Minang Nantigo products. There is a significant effect of income, prices of other goods, services, tastes and promotions simultaneously on the number of purchases of Lapis Minang Nantigo products. It can be concluded that income, tastes and promotions can increase the number of consumer purchases of Lapis Minang Nantigo products.

Abstract

One source of state revenue is obtained from taxes. Taxes are the main contributor to state revenue. Several factors are thought to influence the practice of tax avoidance by companies, including financial distress, leverage, profitability, and company growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial distress, leverage, profitability, and company growth on tax avoidance in wholesale sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study amounted to 44 companies with a sample of 26 companies. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The method of determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Simultaneously, financial distress, leverage as proxied by DER, profitability as proxied by NPM, and company growth as proxied by sales growth have a positive effect on tax avoidance. Partially, financial distress, leverage as proxied by DER, and profitability as proxied by NPM do not affect tax avoidance. while the company's growth as proxied by sales growth has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 358 students and a sample of 189 in class XII students of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo from proffesional competences, namely Online Business and Marketing, Accounting and Financial Institutions, Automatication of Office Management, and Computer and Network Engineering. Proportionate random sampling is a technique used in sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale with a closed questionnaire and using multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or partial influence of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. Adjusted R square has a value of 0.673 which shows that 67.3% entrepreneurial interest is influenced by entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables. This shows that the relationship of entrepreneurial interest with the three independent variables is very strong because the value is greater than 0.50. Results sffective contribution to entrepreneurship education is 46.2%, need for achievement is 8.8%, and internal locus of control is 12.9% towards entrepreneurial interest.
