Abstract

This study aims at finding and analyzing the influence of parenting style and peer group toward the self regulated learning. These goals are considerably based on the lack of student learning independence occurred during the learning process at school. The theory used in this research is the social cognitive of self regulation. This theory explains that the learning independence is formed by individual, behavior, and the environment.  This is a quantitative research using an explanatory survey method with the questionnaires as the technique of data collection. They consisted of 32 statements which had been evaluated and were valid and reliable to be tested on the respondents. The simple random sampling was applied in order to choose 120 high school students in Purwakarta. All the data were then analyzed by applying the multiple regressions using SPSS. The result of this research shows that there is a positive and a significant effect between the parenting parents and peer group toward the student learning independence. Therefore, parents should adjust the parenting model to the children’s condition as well as implement the values and the basic principles in addition, the role of peer groups is also needed to develop basic values and provide motivation to become more independent figures.Keywords: self regulated learning, Character building, parenting style, peer group, social interactions

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya minat berwirausaha dalam diri mahasiswa serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangannya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kontribusi kepribadian (Personality) dan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) terhadap niat berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun dengan niat variabel intervening. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode survey dengan pemberian kuisioner kepada 40 mahaiswa sebagai respondennya dimana analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dan diolah dengan SPSS 21. Adapun hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa kepribadian (Personality) berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri (self-efficacy) yaitu Y= - 9.855 + 0.418 X1. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pengaruh kepribadian (Personality) dan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni Y = 2,589 + 0,070 X1+ 0,64 X2. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel intervening yakni efikasi diri dengan nilai 0,26752. Terakhir, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan uji f dan uji t dimana terdapat pengaruh yang yang positif signifikan.Kata kunci: Kepribadian, berwirausaha, covid 19. Abstrack: This research focuses on students' low interest in entrepreneurship and the factors that influence their development. This study analyzes how personality and self-efficacy affect entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and indirectly, through intervening variables. The method used is a survey method to distribute questionnaires to 40 respondents (students), data analysis using multiple regression analysis, and processed using SPSS 21. The analysis results found that personality affects self-efficacy, namely Y = - 9,855 + 0.418 X1. This study also explains the influence of personality and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, where the results show a positive and significant influence, namely Y = 2.589 + 0.070 X1 + 0.64 X2. In addition, this study also explains the influence of the intervening variable, namely self-efficacy, with a value of 0.26752. Finally, this study also explains the f-test and t-test with a significant positive effect.Keywords: Personality, entrepeneurship, covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar pada kelas VIII mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik penyebaran angket kepada 40 responden dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yaitu Y = 24,487 + 1,494 X1 + 0 ,914 X2 dan hasil ini juga diperkuat dengan hasil uji T dan uji F dimana variabel kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi pedagogik memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,931>1.69726 dan 2,110 > 1.69726 sedangkan pada f hitung diperoleh niai 10,875. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa fhitung > ftabel (10,875 > 3,35), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi pedagogik guru maka semakin tinggi pula prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

This research is intended to find out whether Venn diagram Strategy significantly Affects the students’ achievement in reading comprehension or not. In this thesis, the writer conducted experimental quantitative research. The population of this research was the twelve grade of SMK N 5 Medan. The samples of this research were two classes, which were selected by the technique of sample Cluster in random sampling. They were 48 students. The first class was 24 students of the experimental class who had been taught by Venn Diagram Strategy and the second one was 24 students of the control group who had been taught by conventional Strategy. The instrument for collecting the data was multiple choice testing. To obtain the reliability of the test, Kuder Richardson Formula (KR-21) was used. The calculation showed that the reliability of the test was 0.92. The data were analyzed by using the t-test formula in order to see whether Venn Diagram Strategy significantly effect students’ reading comprehension or not. The finding indicates that the value of the t-test exceeds the value of the t-table (3.07> 1.67866), at the level of significant p= 0.05 and the degree freedom df= 46. The finding implies that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. In other words, there is a significant effect of applying the Venn Diagram Strategy on the students’ Achievement in reading comprehension.

Entrepreneurial intention is a realistic picture of the community's desire to establish and develop a business or business. This variable is strongly influenced by many different factors and situations, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. With this level of influence, researchers are interested in studying and analyzing how environmental variables can affect business intentions. The approach used in this research is quantitative (ex post facto method) with multiple regression analysis (SPSS 20). Environmental variables focus on 2 independent variables (peer environment and home environment) which are represented by 28 statements. while the fixed variable is represented by 14 statements. In addition, to fulfill the research requirements and multiple regression, the researcher also conducted an instrumental test and a classical hypothesis test so that this research can be declared feasible. Based on the analyzed data and procedures, the results obtained that the home environment has a positive and significant effect, but this is different from the peer environment variable which has a negative effect.Entrepreneurial intention is a realistic picture of the community's desire to establish and develop a business or business. Abstract

This research is motivated by the research of Hayes (2014) and the opinion of financial planning expert Emilie Goldman regarding financial satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect the level of financial satisfaction. The research subjects were all students of accounting education at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. Student's financial satisfaction was measured by a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is inductive analysis using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. The research hypotheses were tested using the simultaneous effect test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that financial literacy, and financial behavior, had a significant effect on financial satisfaction in accounting education students at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. The implication of this research is that adequate financial literacy is needed to increase financial satisfaction of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University. As well as adequate training in order to improve the financial behavior of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University.

Abstract

Kesiapan diri merupakan gambaran realistis dari karakter siswa, dimana persiapan diri yang berkelanjutan mendorong seseorang untuk terbiasa memecahkan masalah secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin menganalisis dampak kesiapan belajar terhadap kemandirian akademik di masa pandemi covid 19 khususnya pada Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto (analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 20). Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini, dua variabel yang diwakili oleh 15 pernyataan (5 pilihan) dibagikan kepada 60 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil data disimpulkan bahwa angket layak digunakan (memenuhi syarat uji instrumental) dan penelitian dapat dilanjutkan sebagaimana mestinya (memenuhi asumsi). Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dan kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEntrepreneurial intention is one of the right solutions to spur economic growth. Where this intention is strongly influenced by various factors, one of which is the environment. Based on this explanation, the researcher wants to focus on knowing how environmental variables (family and peers) influence the entrepreneurial intention variable (through the theory of planned behavior). Its process, this research is based on quantitative research (with the expo facto method) which focuses on questionnaires as the research instrument (using 111 respondents with accidental sampling). In addition, this research has also been said to be feasible and can be continued because it has fulfilled all the requirements starting from the instrument test and classical assumptions. Based on the analysis process (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23), the results obtained explain that there is a positive and significant influence between the family environment and peers on entrepreneurial intentions (0.573 and 0.489).Keywords: Entrepreneurial intention, family, peer.

Abstract

Natural phenomena are conditions or situations strongly influenced by natural conditions. These conditions or situations can be in the form of disasters or non-natural disasters. Introducing the concept of natural phenomena is one of the effective steps in introducing nature to children. This introduction can be done through friendly learning according to the age and characteristics of the child. In the process, children can be introduced to some natural phenomena that often occur in their environment. This learning can be carried out through outreach activities in PKM activities. This activity was carried out at KB Kurnia Bakunase, Kupang City. Topographically, Kupang City consists of low-lying areas, coastal areas, and hills, which, based on its location; Kupang City is an area that is prone to earthquakes, tsunamis, floods and droughts. Based on this, we should introduce some natural phenomena in the area where the child lives so that the children can immediately understand the concept of natural phenomena around them.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of PKM was motivated by the low understanding of teachers regarding income tax and teachers did not know how to fill out and report the Annual Income Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers using e-Filing. To overcome these problems, various solutions can be carried out. One solution that can be provided is to conduct an Online Annual Tax Return Filling Training for Teachers of SMP Negeri 17 Kupang. The results achieved from the implementation of the PKM include 1) There is an increase in teachers' understanding of Income Tax, 2) Teachers are able to fill out and report the Annual Income Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers by using e-Filing. Keywords: Annual SPT, Income Tax, Taxpayers, E-filing Abstrak Pelaksanaan PKM dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman guru-guru mengenai pajak penghasilan dan Guru tidak tahu cara mengisi dan melaporkan SPT Tahunan PPh Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dengan menggunakan e-Filing. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dapat dilakukan berbagai pemecahan masalah. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah melakukan sebuah Pelatihan Pengisian SPT Tahunan Online Bagi Guru-Guru SMP Negeri 17 Kupang. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan PKM antara lain: 1)Adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai Pajak Penghasilan, 2)Guru mampu mengisi dan melaporkan SPT Tahunan PPh Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dengan menggunakan e-Filing.
