<![CDATA[The existence of different income expectations or it can also be called the expectation of a person's income from business activities, it is increasingly difficult to determine the low and erratic income planning to have a business but if someone has their own business the right to manage it is unlimited, if it is managed properly well, coupled with the responsibility of one's own career is not easy, sometimes the expected results are far from estimates, sometimes beyond our imagination, and vice versa, not in accordance with the original purpose. This study aims to analyze E-Commerce and income expectations on entrepreneurial interest in Belopa City. Sampling research using accidental sampling method with a total of 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach through Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS Application. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously E-Commerce and expectations influence the interest in entrepreneurship in Belopa City. Partially, E-Commerce has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in Belopa City. Partially, income expectations have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in Belopa City.]]>

<![CDATA[Unemployment is an economic problem that cannot be avoided by every country, both developed and developing countries. The main problem in unemployment is people who are highly educated but do not have jobs, causing educated unemployment. Therefore this study aims to identify the determinants of educated unemployment in Indonesia with Gross Regional Domestic Product, Regional Minimum Wage, and Foreign Investment as indicators. This research method uses a quantitative time series during 2005-2021. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analytical method used is the Classical Assumption method. The results of the study show that partially (t-test) the GRDP and RMW variables do not have a significant effect on the level of educated unemployment in Indonesia, while Foreign Investment has a negative and significant effect on the level of educated unemployment in Indonesia. Based on the results of the simultaneous research (F-test) the variables GRDP, RMW, and Foreign InvestmentI together have a significant influence on Educated Unemployment in Indonesia in 2005-2021.]]>

<![CDATA[In this digital era, humans are very dependent on hand-held devices that are easy to carry anywhere. It includes online shopping site applications, one of which is Tokopedia. Without any restrictions, humans can do anything, including impulse buying or spontaneous purchases. A research aim was to observe the impact of sales promotion, hedonic shopping motivation, and shopping lifestyle of impulse buying on online shopping sites in Semarang City. This research used approach of quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. An explanation of the influence and significance of the variables is obtained by means of multiple linear regression analysis. This research proves the proceeds that sales promotion has negative impact and not significant to impulse buying. Either hedonic shopping motivation or shopping lifestyle have positively impacted and significance to the impulse buying.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palopo pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi yaitu mengamati objek yang diteliti. Diperoleh dari data observasi berupa data sekunder atau data yang diperoleh dari pihak lain (sudah tersedia) dan telah diolah menjadi bentuk publikasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka harapan hidup dan tingkat pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap angka pengangguran, sedangkan pertumbuhan total penduduk dan pertumbuhan PDB total berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap angka pengangguran di Kota Palopo pada tahun 2021. Persamaan regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa setiap peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengangguran juga sebesar 0,213%. Selanjutnya untuk setiap kenaikan besaran pertumbuhan PDRB, variabel Tingkat Pengangguran juga meningkat sebesar 0.00000134%.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of demand for the Palopo City Community for Parcel Post Delivery Services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Observations, interviews, and questionnaires all contributed to the data collection of this study. Research participants in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palopo City. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25 which is the program. From the results of this study indicate that, income significantly and favorably affects the demand for delivery services. The demand for delivery services is significantly and profitably affected by service quality. The demand for delivery services is significantly and positively influenced by the price level.]]>

<![CDATA[The tourism sector is one of the most potential resources for economic development in a region or even a country. The tourism sector is a potential leading sector in Palopo City, as evidenced by the various tourist attractions in Palopo City. This study seeks to see how the influence of the tourism sector on economic growth in Palopo City. This research was conducted in Palopo City. The type of data used is a time series from 2011 to 2021, which comes from the Palopo City Tourism Office, the Central Bureau of Statistics and books. Data analysis technique uses Simple Regression with Statistical Packages For Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the tourism sector has no effect and is not significant on economic growth in Palopo City by concluding that economic growth can be seen from several aspects not only in the tourism sector.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of control on entrepreneurial intention. This is research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach.The subjects in this study were students of SMK MedikaCom Bandung which consisted of several skill programs with a tootal of 476 people. The sample ofthis study amoounted to 217 students of class XI. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 25. The result of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of coontrol have an effect on entrepreneurial untention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of planting area, urea fertilizer, labor on rice production in Pesisir Selatan District. This type of research is a quantitative research that uses secondary data with panel data type, namely a combination of cross section data with 14 sub-districts in Pesisir Selatan Regency and time series data from 2013 to 2020, namely for 8 years. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with panel data test and with stochastic frontier analysis (SFA). The results of the study concluded that planting area and labor had a positive and significant effect on rice production in Pesisir Selatan District. Urea fertilizer has a negative and insignificant effect on rice production in Pesisir Selatan District. The average level of technical efficiency of lowland rice in Pesisir Selatan Regency is 0.93 (93%), which means that the average rice production is said to be efficient because it is above 80%.]]>

<![CDATA[The welfare felt by employees can present good work results in the form of high-performance appraisals. Job performance is part of the work of employees where this have negative impact on job insecurity because it is considered stressor. Through the availability of subjective well-being, job insecurity can affect job performance when the individual can offer coping with stressors from the influence of job insecurity. A quantitative approach has used in this study. The distribution of the questionnaires obtained in this study was carried by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at Bank X in Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 104 people who are permanent employees. This researcher used purposive sampling technique for the sampling and the data testing technique used SPSS IBM 26. The results of this study have shown that job insecurity is negatively significant related effect on job performance, then job insecurity is negatively significant related effect on subjective well-being, other results show subjective well-being is positively significant related effect on job performance, and the results of the latest research have shown that subjective well-being can mediate and have a significant effect on the influence of subjective well-being and job performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Green entrepreneurial Intention as a form of individual attitude can be influenced by performance and the social environment can be influenced by self-efficacy, individuals involved in the business organization. In realizing this, it is necessary to conduct research to test empirically the Effect of Green Entrepreneurial Intention on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy mediated by Entrepreneurship Education. The main objective of this study was to examine the effect as measured subjectively by students. Not a few business people only care about profits, regardless of threats to environmental sustainability. This type of research is quantitative using survey methods. The sample collection technique in this study used the Proportional Allocation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Green Entrepreneurial Intention which is mediated by entrepreneurship education. This is based on hypothesis testing partial and simultaneous where each of these variables has an influence.
