Abstract

This study aims to determine the development map of scientific publications related to the "Sharing Economy". This research was conducted by collecting data through the Scopus database using the keyword "Sharing Economy". In this study, researchers used a quantitative descriptive method with bibliometric analysis. Based on the search results, researchers obtained 2,476 scientific work search documents which were then exported in BibTex format and processed using R-Packages software and Biblioshiny WebInterface, the results we found were that scientific publications containing the sharing economy have been carried out a lot as the years increase. This is of course very helpful as a reference for research literature on the sharing economy conducted in the future.

Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of understanding economic literacy on the level of consumptive behavior of Unpas economics students. This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy on the level of consumptive behavior of Pasundan University economic education students. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to Pasundan University economics education students batch 2020 and 2021. Based on the results of the research it shows that economic literacy has a significant impact on student buying behavior. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there is an effect of economic literacy on consumptive behavior in 48.7% of cases, while the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Web-Based assisted cooperative media on students' interest in cooperatives. The population is 69 students of the Pasundan University Economics Education Study Program. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 program. The results of the study show a simple linear regression analysis which produces Y = 9.635 + 0.836x, which means that there is an increase of 9.635 from Web-Based assisted cooperative media, the interest in cooperatives will increase or an increase of 0.836 while the results of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of Web-Based assisted cooperative media on the interest in cooperative Economics Education FKIP Unpas students of 57.9% which is included in the fairly strong category and 42.1% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk dan display layout terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui word of mouth sebagai variabel mediasi di Toko SRC Jumasri di Merangin, Jambi. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif, termasuk penelitian eksplanatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dengan variabel lain dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji hipotesis. Populasi adalah konsumen Toko SRC Jumasri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non probability, karena peneliti tidak mendapatkan secara rinci identitas responden yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan kerangka sampel. Dalam metode non probability ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, kuesioner disebarkan ke konsumen atau responden yang pernah datang dan berbelanja di Toko SRC Jumasri. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) variasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Terbukti dari hasil regresi dengan nilai t hitung < dari t tabel yaitu -0,127 < 1,98498 serta nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,899 > 0,05. (2) variabel display layout memiliki pengaruh yang positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Terbukti dari hasil regresi dengan nilai t hitung < dari t tabel yaitu 0,262 < 1,98498 serta nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,794 > 0,05. (3) word of mouth memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Terbukti dari hasil regresi dengan nilai t hitung < dari t tabel yaitu -0,196 < 1,98498 serta nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,397 > 0,05. (4) variasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel word of mouth. Terbukti dari hasil regresi dengan nilai t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 3,414 < 1,98498 serta nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,001 < 0,05. (5) display layout memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel word of mouth. Terbukti dari hasil regresi dengan nilai t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 15,969 < 1,98498 serta nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. (6) Hasil olah data menggunakan uji sobel untuk pengaruh variabel variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui word of mouth diperoleh nilai z sebesar -51,22, karena nilai z yang diperoleh sebesar -51,22 < 1.96 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka membuktikan bahwa Word of Mouth tidak memperkuat pengaruh variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. (7) Hasil olah data menggunakan uji sobel untuk pengaruh variabel variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui word of mouth diperoleh nilai z sebesar , karena nilai z yang diperoleh sebesar > 1.96 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka membuktikan bahwa Word of Mouth memperkuat pengaruh display layout terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (i) how emotional intelligence, parental support and student learning outcomes in economics class XI IIS SMAN 1 Padalarang, (ii) the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in economics class XI IIS SMAN 1 Padalarang, (iii) the effect of parental support on student learning outcomes in economics class XI IIS SMAN 1 Padalarang, and (iv) the effect of emotional intelligence and parental support on student learning outcomes in economics class XI IIS SMAN 1 Padalarang. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The results showed: (i) students' emotional intelligence was said to be very good with a score of 4.05, parental support in qualifications was very good with a score of 4.03 and student learning outcomes were categorized as sufficient with an average of 81.26 in the subject of income concept economics national class XI IIS SMAN 1 Padalarang, (ii) there is an effect of emotional intelligence of 42.5%, (iii) there is an influence of parental support of 31.5% (iv) there is an effect of emotional intelligence and parental support on student learning outcomes of 74%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control on financial management behavior of students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau. The population in this study were active undergraduate students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau, batch 2018 and 2019 both male and female who lived in boarding houses with a total of 88 students. The sample of this study amounted to 88 students with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through google forms and the collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out with partial and simultaneous significant tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.440, which means that 44% of financial management behavior was influenced by financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control while the remaining 56% was influenced by other independent variables not included in this study. Future research is expected to be able to examine other variables other than the three variables in the study. Abstract

Penilaian kinerja keuangan merupakan komponen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam manajemen keuangan. Kinerja keuangan perseroan menjadi indikator pengambilan keputusan bagi para stakeholder khususnya investor. Penelitian ini berguna untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. periode 2019 – 2021 menggunakan perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, perputaran modal kerja, return on equity (ROE), gross profit margin (GPM), dan net profit margin (NPM). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penentuan lokasi yang digunakan yaitu purposive area. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu metode dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa rata-rata kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur selama periode 2019 - 2021 diukur menggunakan perputaran piutang termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, perputaran persedian dan modal kerja termasuk kategori baik. Sementara itu, nilai rasio profitabilitas menggunakan net profit margin dan return on equity termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik namun gross profit margin termasuk dalam kategori baik. Indikator rasio aktivitas dan profitabilitas yang belum memenuhi standar dapat diatasi dengan mengurangi pos biaya-biaya yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan laba perusahaan serta mengoptimalkan dana yang terdapat pada pos sisa laba yang belum terelisasi untuk pembiayaan target atau strategi yang berguna bagi kemajuan perusahaan agar dapat menarik dan menyakinkan para investor dan calon investor perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital wallets on consumptive behavior, the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, and its simultaneous effect on consumptive behavior in college students in Surakarta City. The research method used was a descriptive quantitative method and data collection techniques used questionnaire. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 385 undergraduate students in Surakarta. Validity test using product moment and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The data analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of this study are obtained: (1) Digital wallets have a significant positive effect on college student consumptive behavior in Surakarta City, digital wallets make it easier for college students to shop anywhere make college students become consumers. (2) Financial literacy has a significant negative effect on the consumptive behavior of college students in Surakarta City, a good understanding of finance makes college students have low consumptive behavior. (3) Digital wallets and financial literacy have a simultaneous effect on the consumptive behavior of college students in Surakarta City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of human development, labor, infrastructure and inflation indices on investment in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive and associative research using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are panel data with the 2016-2020 time series and cross sections of 34 provinces in Indonesia, which are sourced from BPS. The analytical method used is the classen typology and multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that: (1) the human development index variable had a positive and significant effect on investment in the classification of fast-developing and fast-growing and depressed areas, while it had a positive and insignificant effect on rapidly developing regions (2) the labor variable had a negative and significant effect on investment in the classification of fast-developed and fast-growing, depressed and rapidly developing regions (3) the infrastructure variable has a negative and significant effect on fast-developing and fast-growing regions, while a negative and insignificant effect on depressed and rapidly developing developed areas. (4) inflation has no significant effect on investment in the classification of fast-developed and fast-growing, depressed and fast-developing regions.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Intentions. The research was conducted on consumers who use Samsung Smartphones. Consumers who use Samsung smartphones are determined to be the population of this study. The purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique and a total of 100 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed through reliability test with Cronbach alpha. validity test with KMO and Component Matrix, as well as multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that "there is a significant positive influence on Social Media Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Intentions. Meanwhile, Brand Awareness has no effect on Purchase Intentions. Keywords : Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness, Electronic Word of Mouth
