Abstract

Fenomena masuknya gelombang Korea tidak lepas dari masyarakat kaum milenial yang ada diindonesia yang terpengaruh akan produk-produk Korea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak gelombang Korea terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap merek kosmetik Korea. Untuk menghadapi topik ini, Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) dimodifikasi menjadi model penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer. Kuesioner dibagikan secara online melalui googleform,yang telah diisi sebanyak 150. Semua responden adalah wanita yang ada diYogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS (partial least square) 6.0. Dan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dalam SPSS 16. Hasil menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dan memiliki efek positif.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit mentah (CPO) merupakan salah satu komoditi unggulan ekspor yang dimiliki Indonesia. Pada umumnya perkembangan ekspor minyak sawit tidak terpisahkan dari perubahan eksternal diantaranya tingkat harga maupun nilai tukar (kurs). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh harga dan nilai tukar (kurs) terhadap permintaan ekspor minyak sawit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtun waktu (time series) dimulai dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda (ordinary Least Square). Hasil penelitian yaitu secara simultan harga dan nilai tukar (kurs) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan ekspor minyak sawit di Indonesia. Selanjutnya secara parsial diperoleh hasil yaitu untuk variabel harga berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan ekspor minyak sawit di Indonesia, sedangkan untuk variabel nilai tukar (kurs) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan ekspor minyak sawit di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parcial maupun secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut diukur berdasarkan beberapa indikator. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi berjumlah 35 orang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian loyalitas dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial loyalitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan nasional bruto dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif karena proses datanya berupa bilangan. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi dampak virus corona terhadap pendapatan nasional bruto kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan nasional bruto Bogor semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Kinerja pemerintah kota bogor tidak stabil. Semua itu dapat diindikasikan dengan masih tingginya ketergantungan situasi keuangan pada pemerintah pusat yang pendapatannya perkapita. Pajak daerah memiliki pengaruh yang sangat positif. Sedangkan GDRP berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dengan hal tersebut, tentunya peneliti juga ingin menerapkan strategi dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kinerja keuangan yang sangat baik seperti peningkatan proses pendidikan, proses supervisi dan pelatihan serta komunikasi atau komitmen lain untuk mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the UTAUT and Trust factors on the Behavioral Intention of BNI mobile banking users on Indonesian Migrant Workers. Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust as independent variables, Behavioral intention as the dependent variable, and Gender and Age as moderators in this study. The sampling technique used in this study is a side probability as a sampling method. Where probability sampling in this study provides equal opportunities for each element in the population to be selected. Researchers used simple random sampling where the distribution of samples was carried out randomly within the population and each member had the same opportunity. Data collection was carried out by distributing survey questionnaires which were filled in by 100 Indonesian Migrant Workers' participants. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3.3.2. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust towards the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially there is an influence on the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers, but there is no influence on Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Trust on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers. There is no influence of the Gender and Age variables in moderating the effect of the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of workload on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The object of research at PT KY Indonesia, Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by random sampling using the Slovin formula totaled 57 respondents. Data collection is done by using google forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that workload affects employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational commitment can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between workload and employee performance in PT KY Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance at PT Gunanusa Eramandiri. The population in this study were all employees of the production section, amounting to 57 employees, using saturated sample techniques. By using data collection methods through questionnaires and secondary data, namely data obtained from companies, data obtained from research is analyzed with quantitative analysis methods, namely multiple regression equations. The results showed that work-life balance has an effect on employee performance. Work environment has an effect on employee performance. Compensation affects employee performance. Furthermore, companies need to increase the share of time, improve environmental conditions and increase benefits, all of which are done to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity on Return on Asset Practice in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling method in which sample selection was based on certain criteria. The study population used was 64, the research sample of 24 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that Current Ratio do not affect the Return on Asset, Inventory Turnover do not affect the Return on Asset and Debt to Equity do not affect the Return on Asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.
