Abstract

Organizations in achieving goals with all the processes require a leadership role. Through capable leaders, they can directly monitor and direct and provide positive input for their employees. This will raise the interest of employees to work harder and produce maximum work results. The work environment needs to be considered to improve performance, because agencies that have a good and comfortable work environment will motivate their employees to work more enthusiastically and passionately. In addition, work facilities are also very necessary in improving the performance of village officials, with complete work facilities, it is hoped that it will be very helpful in completing office tasks so that the resulting performance will be maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of leadership, work environment, and office facilities on the performance of village officials in Kampar District. The population in this study were all village officials in the Kampar sub-district, as many as 189 village officials. While the samples taken were 128 village officials obtained from the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test analysis, and hypothesis testing analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership, work environment and office facilities on the performance of village officials in Kampar District. Suggestions in this study are suggested to village officials to optimize the use of windows as air ventilation and village office buildings in Kampar District need to be equipped with soundproofing. In addition, it is recommended that the village head completes and repairs social facilities that are felt to be lacking or have been damaged.

Abstract

This study was shown to see the effect of Quality of Work Life and Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of employees of PT Suzuki Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Semarang. Has as many as 70 workers. The technique of taking samples in this study is using sensus Sampling or taking saturated samples. Take primary data using a questionnaire merhod or data analysis using multiple linear regression. Obtained research that Qualiyy of Work Life is significantly affected by Organizational Citizenship Behavior by 0,407and Self-Efficacy is not affected by Organizational Citizenship Behavior at 0,210 and the significant level is 0,057 > 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and to explain the effect of price, service quality and location on customer loyalty at Sugar Café Batam. The population in this study amounted to 250, while the sample used in this study was 150. The data collection technique used in this study was non-profitability sampling, and data testing in this study used the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study state that Price affects customer loyalty, service quality affects customer loyalty, and location affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

Ekuitas merek atau brand equity merupakan nilai tambah sebuah merek yang disisipkan pada nama agar dapat dikenali oleh konsumen, juga mencerminkan bahwa konsumen ingin menggunakan merek atau produk tertentu. Konsumen saat ini membayar lebih untuk produk dengan merek terkemuka dan menuntut layanan terbaik dari merek tersebut. Semakin besar nilai merek di benak konsumen, maka akan semakin banyak keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh perusahaan dari produk atau jasa yang dipasarkan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman merek pada ekuitas merek dan loyalitas merek melalui peran mediasi kesadaran merek, citra merek dan kualitas yang dirasakan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 183 kuisioner berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pembeli sepatu olahraga yang berusia muda di Batam, kemudian dilakukan pengujian data dan dianalisis berdasarkan tanggapan yang diperoleh dari kuesioner tersebut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel-variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar dampak kualitas produk, persepsi konsumen dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement pada masyarakat di Medan dengan menggunakan word of mouth sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 orang responden dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas produk, persepsi konsumen dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement pada masyarakat di Medan. Lebih lanjut, word of mouth tidak memoderasi kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dan juga tidak memoderasi persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian namun word of mouth memoderasi brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement bagi masyarakat di Medan.

Abstract

Keberadaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk menghasilkan karyawan yang terampil dalam bekerja karena karyawan merupakan aset penting bagi operasional dan kemajuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan baik sangat dibutuhkan agar semua kegiatan dan akitivitas perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang berguna dalam pengujian data untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan pada karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Batam. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa semua hipotesis penelitian terbukti dan didukung oleh hasil uji. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas jaringan provider baik secara parsial dan simultan tehadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Smartfren Telecom. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan software SPSS 22. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (5,637 > 1,984) (Sig 0.000 < α0.05). dengan demikian Ho ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi kualitas jaringan provider berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (5,555< 1,984) (Sig 0.000 < α0.05). dengan demikian H0 ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan kualitas jaringan provider terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Smartfren Telecom. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar (17,678> 3,10) (Sig. 0.000 < α0.05), dengan demikian H0 ditolak . kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh promosi dan kualitas jaringan provider terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Employee performance is very dependent on the input generated by the employee and the output unit produced by the employee. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze communication, motivation and work environment influence on performance partially and simultaneously. The research used is research with quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing with SPSS 22 software. The population in this study was 83 employees at PT. Nutrifood Medan. Based on the results of this study, the significance value of communication on performance based on the t test was obtained for tcount > ttable (3.857 > 2.001). thus the conclusion: communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of this study, the significance value of motivation based on the t-test was obtained at tcount > ttable (4.912 > 2.001). thus the conclusion: motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. based on the t test, it was obtained that tcount > ttable (2,661 > 2,001). thus H1 is accepted. the conclusion: the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nutrifood Medan. based on the results of the F test above, the value of Fcount > Ftable is (25,636 > 3.16) (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), thus the conclusion: communication, employee placement and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

Performance is the process of someone's behavior to create something that is the goal of his work. Performance can be affected by a number of factors, including the implementation of SIMDA finance, competence and training. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing SIMDA finance, competence and training on employee performance. This research is quantitative. The number of samples is 60 employees at the Surakarta DPRD Secretariat who were selected using saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. This research is indicated by the results of t arithmetic > t table (2,638 > 2.003) and sig. of 0.011 <0.05, meaning that it accepts H1, meaning that the implementation of financial SIMDA has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between the implementation of financial SIMDA on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The results of the calculation of the value of t arithmetic > t table (5.259 > 2.003) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that it accepts H2, namely competence has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The calculation value of t count > t table (3.517 > 2.003) and sig. of 0, < 0.05, it means accepting H3, that is, training has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The conclusion of this study is that the application of SIMDA finance, competence, and training has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Surakarta DPRD secretariat.

Abstract

The importance of paying attention to employee organizational commitment because employees are the main resource and important asset in the company. Companies must be able to maintain or even improve the quality of their employees so that their employees can produce good organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work environment and career development effect on organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. The research used is research with quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing with SPSS 22 software. The population in this study was 56 employees at PT. Tigaraksa Satria. From the research results obtained tcount < ttable (6.606 > 1.68), meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise with the career development variable obtained tcount < ttable (7.144 > 1.68), meaning that career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Fcount > Ftable (41.716 > 3.26) and a value of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that simultaneously the work environment and career development have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
