Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan tiga tahun sebelum dan tiga tahun sesudah melakukan akuisisi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur menggunakan rasio-rasio keuangan yaitu, rasio likuiditas (Current Ratio), rasio solvabilitas (Debt to Asset Ratio), rasio aktivitas (Total Asset Turn over), rasio Provitabilitas (Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Market), dan rasio pasar (Earning Per Share). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Sedangkan populasi penelitian ini meliputi perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di BEI yang melakukan tindakan akuisisi dan perusahaan yang mengumumkan aktivitas akuisisi pada periode 2017. Pengambilan sampel penelitian in adalah Purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipoteisis yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji beda (Sample Paired T Test dan Wilcoxon Sign Rank test). Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank test yaitu Current Ratio terdapat perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi dan enam rasio yang lain yaitu Total Asset Turn over, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Market, dan Earning Per Share tidak terdat perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah akusisi. Dari hasil yang telah diutarakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa bagi perusahaan yang akan melakukan kegiatas akuisisi, harus melihat bagimana performa kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang akan diakuisisi agar tidak terjadi kerugian bagi pihak yang akan mengakuisisi perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

In the age of 4.0, the banking industry must be ready to change. This era changed the way people live, work and interact with one another. including the banking sector, which faces many challenges. The bank offers different types of products and business systems, but the Indonesian people are now more reluctant to use banking services, especially conventional banks that adhere to the interest rate system prohibited by Islam. As an alternative, Islamic banking was born, which implements a profit-sharing system. Many foreign banks entering the world of domestic banking offer innovative products that create fierce competition between banks and force banks to respond to changing customer preference patterns. The marketing mix helps to shape, develop and direct the mutually beneficial exchange between producers and consumers in the long term. The financing data of BPRS Puduarta Insani has tended to decrease since 2018. This study aims to determine the influence of product, price, promotion partially and simultaneously on purchase decisions for financing products. To find the variables that have the greatest impact on customer financing decisions, this study uses quantitative research and data analysis that uses the validity and reliability test, the T-test, and the F-test. The total population in this study was 900. The sample size was determined using the Solving formula with an error tolerance = 10%, so that the study sample obtained comprised 89 respondents. Methods of data collection through interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that product, price and advertising had a positive and significant influence on customer financing decisions at BPRS Puduarta Insani Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product, price, place, promotion on purchasing decisions in South Tapanuli Regency partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all people who buy the product. The sample in this study used quota sampling totaling 100 people who bought MSME products. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression Hypothesis Testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS software program. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of supervision, leadership and work motivation on the work discipline of the Office of Food Security and Animal Husbandry Office of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Food Security and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the slovin formula, totaling 68 employees of the Office of Food Security and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that supervision, leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on work discipline for employees of the Office of Food Security and Animal Husbandry of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to develop and empirically test a research model examining the impact of Antropomorpishm strategy to create impact to build brand awareness and bring interest and to increase sales on 5 legend coffee brand in Bandung City. Design – The research model tested for 488 college students who regularly consumes coffee every day. Data were collected in Bandung using a self-administered onoine survey. Data analysis uses partial least swuares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings – The research found that if a brand uses the Anthropomorpism strategy, it can affect humans emotionally and make the brand closer to the user. The results show that the brand will become one with them because the brand has something unique and familiar to show. Research limitation/implication – Through this research, it is hoped that legendary coffee can be used as input so that the product becomes a product that can innovate and be able to compete with other products even though it already has a brand as legendary coffee. Besides, it is also hoped that this research can be a reference source for future research that has similar topics and discussions. in order to be much better. Originality/value – The role of brand awareness is very important for SMEs so that their products are easily being recognize by consumers. The formation of a brand image can be done using anthropomorphism strategies. This paper contributes to the marketing literature by developing and empirically testing a research model Brand awareness, anthropomorphism, and to increase sales to coffee product in Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all state civil servants at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The sample in this study used a sample of the slovin formula totaling 67 state civil servants at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly organizational commitment, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance and indirectly work motivation is able to mediate the significant influence of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Modal kerja merupakan unsur yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena tanpa modal kerja yang cukup, aktivitas operasional suatu perusahaan tidak dapat dilangsungkan. Untuk dapat menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan untuk mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan yang lainnya, perusahaan harus dapat mengelola seluruh kekayaan, kewajiban, dan modal yang dimiliki semaksimal mungkin. Analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja dan rasio likuiditas (current ratio) sering digunakan sebagai indikator untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi modal kerja suatu perusahaan, dan mengukur kemampuannya dalam melunasi seluruh kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Usaha Dodol Kentang Putri Pancuran Tujuh Lubuk Nagodang Kerinci yang bergerak pada pengolahan dodol Kentang. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dilihat bahwa perkembangan modal kerja bersih yang dimiliki oleh Dodol Kentang Putri Pancuran Tujuh Lubuk Nagodang Kerinci pada tahun 2017-2019 adalah berfluktuasi.

Abstract

This review intends to test and investigate the viability of initiative on worker execution in the new typical time at the Department of Industry and Trade of Magelang City. Information was gathered by dispersing polls to 79 representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade of Magelang City. The scientific technique in this review utilizes the SPSS type 21 application drive with basic straight relapse testing and t test. The aftereffects of this review clarify that the administration viability variable has an impact of 19.3% on the worker execution variable. In view of the aftereffects of the t-test, it clarifies that administration adequacy essentially influences worker execution where the t-count esteem is 4.295 which is more prominent than the t-table worth of 1.668, though the importance esteem is 0.000 so the worth is more modest than 0.05.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach emphasizing the analysis on numerical data that is processed by statistical methods. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product attributes, including product quality, design, brand, price and service, simultaneously and partially influence customer loyalty in Gorontalo Post newspaper and analyze the dominant variables affecting customer loyalty. The research results obtained are Simultaneously product attributes consisting of product quality, product style and design, product prices, product brands, product services have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty Gorontalo Post. Partially, each of the independent variables studied, namely product quality, product style and design, product price, product brand, product service has an influence on Gorontalo Post customer loyalty. The dominant indicator in the formation of product quality is the indicator of completeness of news. The dominant indicator in shaping the style and design of Gorontalo Post products is the polite language style indicator. Indicators that have a dominant contribution in product prices are indicators of price conformity with quality. The dominant indicator in shaping the product brand in Gorontalo Post is the easily recognizable brand indicator. The dominant indicator in shaping the Gorontalo Post product service is the Gorontalo Post delivery indicator that is always on time. The product quality variable applied by Gorontalo Post has the most dominant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The dynamics of HR management that continues to increase now should encourage management in every organization to change the pattern of HR management. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. The results show that employee job satisfaction is partially and simultaneously influenced by compensation and career development.
