On-line buying and selling transactions are currently growing rapidly so that researchers are interested in examining the determinants of the influence of online purchasing decisions, namely risk perception and trust. This study was conducted to determine the significance of the influence of perceptions of trust and risk partially on the decision to make an on-line purchase for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with data collection through questionnaires. The results obtained indicate a negative influence of risk perception on on-line purchasing decisions. In addition, a positive influence appears on trust in online purchasing decisions. The implementations of this research are: (1) online product sellers should: (a) minimize risk perceptions for consumers, among others by providing a guarantee for replacement of product orders that are not in accordance with what consumers ordered and are damaged; (b) increasing consumer confidence, among others by increasing the ability of sellers in the form of knowledge and skills in online buying and selling activities, increasing satisfying services for consumers and having integrity in good behavior to consumers, for example being honest; and (2) consumers before deciding to purchase on-line should first seek information related to this matter.

Face environment the business more complex nowday moment to need measurement trada method use can to company measure trade with accurate and entire. The best good method use is Balance Scorecard. The direction use Balance Scorecard measurement for company’s four prespectif. Has four methods as a means of measurement, financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth. The results of the research reveals that the performance of PT Jasa Marga is good enough, it is indicated by the value generated from the respective scorecards of each perspective Finencial prespectiv deficiency happen on liquidity and activity. Customer prespective: customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer profitability show thet increase ratios. Internal business prespective is show thet the effectiveness system innovation automatic toll gate. Prespective learning and growth is show thet the reduction level employee retention every year.

Permasalahan makanan sekarang semakin kompleks. Banyak penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa makanan yang dikonsumsikannya saat ini mengandung zat-zat kimia seperti pengawet maupun pewarna, sehingga konsumen sekarang memilih makanan organik sebagai penggantinya karena produk yang ditentukan sudah lolos sertifikasi dan standarisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi niat pembelian terhadap makanan organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori niat pembelian (purchase intention) dan variabel penelitian berupa perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, environmental concern, health consciousness, dan attitude. Obyek penelitian yang dipilih adalah masyarakat kota Batam yang mempunyai niat pembelian terhadap makanan yang berunsur organik. Kuesioner disebarkan menggunakan google form, dimana terdapat 300 kuesioner yang digunakan dan untuk penelitian data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan smartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa niat pembelian makanan organik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, environmental concern dan health consciousness, serta attitude tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian makanan organik. Manfaat dari penelitian ini ialah mengenali apa saja dengan mempengaruhi pandangan niat pembelian terhadap makanan organik.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai bagaimana respon pelaku usaha makanan dan minuman khususnya dalam beberapa tahun terakhir menyebabkan meningkatnya persaingan bisnis di bidang kuliner, salah satunya adalah restoran Fast Food, sebuah bisnis komersial yang menyediakan jasa makanan dan minuman. Banyak hal yang menjadi dasar untuk menilai kenyamanan dan pelayanan yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik restoran cepat saji. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuantitatif, dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 388 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan Sanctuary pulau Batam, Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS dan PLS.3.29 menggunakan metode analisis Multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM). Melalui penelitian ini menunjukkan: Pengaruh Food, Service, Convenience, Price Value terhadap niat berkunjung kembali adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh Pelayanan, Kenyamanan, terhadap niat berkunjung kembali yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan adalah positif dan signifikan. Implikasi teoritis: kepuasan sebagai mediasi Food, Service, Convenience, Price Value mampu meningkatkan niat berkunjung kembali, dengan meningkatkan kepuasan melalui peningkatan dimensinya akan berpotensi meningkatkan niat berkunjung kembali restoran cepat saji di kawasan Batam Sanctuary.

The purpose of the study is to test the effect between talent management on employee retention mediated by the organization's commitment. The study is deductive approaches and quantitative methods. The quantitative study uses 29 structured questionnaire items distributed to 80 employees in PT. Melu Bangun Wiweka (MBW) by using an probability sampling technique. As many as 80 surveys can be collected and used. And the analysis uses a software modelling SmartPLS 3.0. Discovery in this study has had a positive and significant impact between talent management on employee retention, talent management on organization’s commitment, and organization’s commitment on employee retention. To further mediation regarding the role of mediation the organization's commitment between variable talent management and employee retention shown by model boostrapping by using SmartPLS and findings, reveals that of the three hypothesis roles of organization’s commitment mediation there are significantly effects between variables and manage between those talent management variables and employee retention. Therefore, the company has set the stage for improving the talent managemen and organization’s commitment to increase of employee retention.

Zakatnomics is a combination of zakat and economics. In other word, it can be termed as the economics of zakat which examines the concept of economic aspects of zakat in the macro and micro scope. This concept is based on 4 pillars of zakatnomics development, namely (1) faith, (2) productivity, (3) economic justice including the potential for halal industry and (4) Zakat Infaq, Shadaqah and Waqf institutions or ZISWAF. This study is a critical analysis of the Index compiled by the Center for Strategic Studies of BAZNAS, the Zakatnomics Development Index. Based on the 4 pillars of zakatnomics development, only the fourth pillar regarding zakat institutions has not been criticized. While the other 3 pillars have been criticized, although there is a regulatory dimension in the first pillar and a dimension of the government's role in the second pillar that have not been criticized.

The mining sector is one of the pillars of a country’s national economic development. In recent years the financial performance of the mining sector in Indonesia has decreased, therefore many companies are required to immediately improve their performance in order to survive by committing fraudulent financial reporting. This study aims to examine the effect of financial stability, financial target, nature of industry, and change in auditor toward fraudulent financial reporting. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method which resulted in 37 mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The analytical method uses descriptive statistical test and logistic regression test with SPSS 25. The result of the analysis show that only financial target and nature of industry affect fraudulent financial reporting. While financial stability and change in auditor have no effect on fraudulent financial reporting. However, financial stability when interacted with financial target has an effect on fraudulent financial reporting. While nature of industry when interacted with change in auditor have no effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

The research was motivated by phenomena that were felt to be lacking in terms of worker safety in a job, then this paper aims to determine the effect of worker safety with indicators of work conditions and use of work tools on employee productivity at Ben's Cafe Medan. The research in this paper was carried out by Ben's Cafe Medan, with the subject of 30 employees taken as a whole from the research sample. The data used in this research is primary data. Test the data with the normality test, test for the presence or absence of homogeneity. using simple regression analysis with a significant limit of=0.05. The output of the results studied found: there is a significant effect of the worker safety variable on employee productivity with tcount 2.204 > ttable 2.042 and a significance level of 0.036 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The SPSS output is obtained at an R square value of 0.384 with the assumption that worker safety has an influence on employee productivity of 38.4% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other indicators not included in this paper.

Penelitinan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi) terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli rumah pada CV. ANDAR Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang telah membeli rumah di Lagoosi Home sejak tahun 2017 sampai 2021 yaitu sebanyak 105 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling sensus, karena semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Selanjutnya untuk menentukan pengaruh dan tingkat signifikan dapat diuji dengan menggunakan uji-f dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri atas harga, lokasi, produk, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli rumah di Lagoosi Home. Setelah melakukan pengujian secara analisis regresi linear menujukkan bahwa harga yang berpengaruh paling dominan. Dan hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen yaitu harga, tempat, produk, dan promosi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0,000 terhadap variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mampu berdampak positif dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan bisnis. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai salah satu sektor yang memiliki peranan penting dalam endukung perekonomian telah mampu beradaptasi dengan media digital. Hadirnya platform digital marketing dapat memberikan keuntungan baik bagi pelaku usaha serta konsumen. Tujuan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap kepercayaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM dari kalangan milenial berjumlah 150 Mahasiswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan pertimbangan sampel minimun (10 x jumlah item pengukuran). Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa aktivitas pemasaran media sosial memiliki dampak positif signifikan pada kepercayaan.
