Abstract

Strategi pemasaran adalah salah satu cara memenangkan keunggulan bersaing yang berkesinambungan UMKM. Strategi pemasaran dapat dipandang sebagai salah satu dasar yang dipakai dalam menyusun perencanaan UMKM secara menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk yang dihasilkan. Pentingnya strategi pemasaran adalah semakin kerasnya persaingan yang dihadapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk UMKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Metode analisis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, industri pengolahan ikan bandeng memilih wilayah pemasaran produknya adalah wilayah Kabupaten Pangkep dan sekitarnya. Hal tersebut disebakan keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki umkm. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya dengan kedekatan personal, berdasrkan pesanan dan penjualan pada toko. Kemampuan pemahaman dan dan pengelolaan segi digital dan ecommers sangat rendah, sehingga membuat pemilik umkm tidak memanfaatkan media sosial secara optimal.hasil analisis SWOT yang dilakuakn pada umkm pengolahan ikan bandeng menunjukkan ada beberapa strategi yang tealh dirumuskan dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk yaitu: Mengoptimalkan pemasaran produk dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana promosi, Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi karena persediaan bahan baku utama yang banyak, Menambah mitra usaha guna meningkatkan penjualan produk, memperluas wilayah penjualan dan promosi untuk menari konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gayakepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RSUD H.Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini yakni beberapa karyawan yang ada di RSUD H.Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode kuntitatif diskriptif dengan melakukan uji analisisregresei linier berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisionereknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial pula berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) merupakan kontributor terbesar dalam Produk Domestic Bruto (PDB) di Indonesia, yang telah menyerap 97% dari total tenaga kerja dan 99% dari total lapangan pekerjaan. Artinya secara gabungan UMKM menyerap sekitar 97% tenaga kerja nasional, sementara Usaha Besar hanya menyerap sekitar 3% dari total tenaga kerja nasional. Sehingga menyiapkan mahasiswa sebagai tenaga siap kerja di industri ini menjadi sangat menantang. Saat ini perguruan tinggi tidak hanya bertujuan untuk membangun peserta didik untuk memiliki kemampuan intelegensi dalam pembelajaran, namun juga agar mereka mampu menciptakan solusi permasalahan disekitarnya. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik akan mata kuliah Praktek Manajemen Usaha Kecil, setelah sebelumnya mereka telah menerima materi- materi yang berkaitan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) dengan metode Team Based Learning (TBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik akan mata kuliah Praktek Manajemen Usaha Kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif sebagai tahapan evaluasi atas penerimaan materi yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia yang sebelumnya bernama Mobil Oil Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan Mobil yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Exxon dan Mobil, dua perusahaan besar melakukan merger menjadi ExxonMobil. Mobil Oil Indonesia pun menjadi berubah namanya yaitu ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia Inc. Merger ini tentu saja membawa dampak bagi ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia, yaitu terjadi perubahan struktur organisasi, proses dan prosedur penyusunan anggaran, sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan biaya, pengkodean rekening, penggolongan biaya terkendali dan tak terkendali, dan laporan pertanggungjawaban yang tidak lain merupakan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan penilaian kinerja pusat biaya pada ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia setelah merger dan sejauh mana peran akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dalam menilai kinerja pusat biaya. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Data kuisioner dari responden diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 dan kemudian dilakukan analisis. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan penilaian kinerja pusat biaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia. Akuntansi pertanggungjawaban yang telah dilaksanakan sangat membantu dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pusat-pusat biaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin Against Return of Food and Beverages Industry Stock Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2011-2016. Stock return is the result of investment activity. The problem of this research is whether there is any influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially or simultaneously to stock return.The population of this research is Food and Beverages company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this research is Food and Beverages Industry Company which consistently listed on BEI 2011 until 2016 that is 9 companies. The data collected were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with partial test hypothesis test (t test) and simultaneous test (Test F). Hypothesis test using t statistic to test the partial variable influence and F-statistic test to test the variables jointly to stock return with level of significance 5%. In addition, a classical assumption test that includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The result of regression analysis of data shows the following equation Y = 5,663 - 0,173 X1 + 0,23 X2 + 0,32 X3. Based on multiple regression analysis, it shows partially that DER, EPS and NPM have negative but not significant influence. And simultaneously (simultaneously) all the variables also have no significant effect. The magnitude of the effect of DER, EPS and NPM on Return on Food and Beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 is 3.10% while the rest of 96.0% is determined by other factors not specified in this research. The conclusion of this research is that there is no partial and simultaneous influence of fundamental factor that is ratio of DER, EPS and NPM to stock return. For investors it is advisable to consider the external factors of the company in addition to fundamental factors such as economic conditions both nationally and globally, political and legal conditions for investment decisions in a company more appropriate

Abstract

This research consist of independent variable that is product quality and price, and dependent variable that is purchasing decision. The formulation of the problem how the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable simultaneously and partially. In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis consisting of multiple linear regression equations, determination coefficients, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The object in this study was PT JAFRA Cometics Indonesia. Brief histori of JAFRA was founded in 1956 in Malibu, California when Jan and Frank Day gave brith to mission to help women achieve personal freedom by becoming an independent businessman. Based on the results of the study assisted by SPSS 20 software, the regression equation Y = 0.262 + 0.393 + 0.534 + e. Simultaneously the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable which is indicated by fcount> ftabel and partially the product quality variable and price variable have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. R square 84,7% and the rest 15,3% explain other variable outside research model. Conclusion Product quality and price variables have a significant and simultaneous effect on purchasing decision variables and product quality and price variables have a partial positive effect on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the motivation, discipline, job satisfaction and performance at the Kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Provinsi Jambi, knowing and analyzing the influence between motivation and discipline directly and indirectly on employee job satisfaction at the Kantor BNN Provinsi Jambi, knowing and analyzing the influence between motivation and discipline directly and indirectly on the performance of employees at the Kantor BNN Provinsi Jambi, knowing and analyzing the influence between performance and job satisfaction on the BNN of Jambi Province and knowing and analyzing the influence between motivation and discipline on performance through job satisfaction at the Kantor BNN Provinsi Jambi. The population of this study is all employees of the Kantor BNN Provinsi Jambi as many as 68 people. The population has a close relationship with the problems studied. Samples are part of the population elements to be studied. In this study used probability sampling technique because the population in this study is not very large. Motivation and Discipline directly and indirectly have a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Office of the Kantor BNN Provinsi Jambi. Job satisfaction has a direct influence on employee performance at the Office of the BNN of Jambi Province. Motivation and Discipline through job satisfaction can have a direct and indirect effect on performance., the influence of orgnaisasi commitment to job satisfaction through performance and directly Motivation and Discipline through performance to job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the dividend per share (DPS), net income and earning per share (EPS) affect the stock price on food an beverage industry in stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test F and test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. The food and beverage sector is a sector where companies in Indonesia produce value- cadded products. Growth in this sector in Indonesia is supported by basic human needs for food and beverages, large populations, greater income and higher spending on high-rise middle-class food. Based on SPSS calculation results obtained F value count of 13,211 with a sig value of 0.043. This indicates that the value F count is greater than the value of the table F ((13,211 > 4,07) and the value is significantly smaller than the alpha value (0.043 < 0.05). Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that DPR, net profit and EPS jointly influence the value of the company in food an beverage industry in stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. As for the advice that the authors can give in this research is as follows for the company should further increase the value of financial ratios that affect the increase in the stock price. For investors, can use the variable DPS, net profit and EPS together to see the feasibility of investing and investors can see from other variables that affect a partial to the stock price. For the development of science, this research can provide additional knowledge as a source of information and as a donation of thought in developing financial management disciplines. For further researchers we recommend using another ratio to calculate their impact on the share price as it can be possible another ratio also affects the increase in the company’s share price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the picture and describe the additional compensation of employee income, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance, know and analyze the effect directly and indirectly of additional compensation of employee income and organizational culture on job satisfaction in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. The results of this study state that compensation for additional employee income and organizational culture through job satisfaction simultaneously has a positive effect on employee performance. there was a simultaneous direct influence of 19.56% and a simultaneous indirect influence of 2.67% so that the total simultaneous influence was 22.23%, from compensation for additional employee income and organizational culture through job satisfaction on employee performance in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Additional compensation of employee income and organizational culture and through job satisfaction partially positively affects employee performance additional compensation of employee income and organizational culture through job satisfaction partially affects employee performance, direct effect X 1 of 9.28% and indirect influence of 2.67%, so the total effect of additional compensation of employee income on performance through job satisfaction is 11.95% and the effect of direct X 2 of 10.28% and indirect influence of 2.09% and the total influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur is 12.37%.
