Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of ethnomathematics learning in improving student achievement in Islamic elementary schools. This research is focused on the learning outcomes of the flat wake concept. Internalization of local wisdom values ​​in the concept of mathematics as an innovation carried out by educators in understanding students as well as providing direct learning experiences in the real world. This research applies a quantitative approach. A total of 25 students were sampled in this study which were taken randomly. Methods of collection and use of test sheets. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. The results of the hypothesis test indicated that the H0 decision was rejected (tcount = 6.297, ttable = 2.069, and and p-value = 0.000). These results indicate that there are differences in the average results of mathematics when learning mathematics internalizes local traditional values ​​in society. These results have implications that the implementation of ethnomathematics can improve mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

The key output of the teaching process is the material provided by the students themselves, therefore it is important to conduct research. The methodology used in this investigation is a class of investigative action. Methods of data collection using interviews, tests, observation, and documentation. Data validation using triangulation. Data analysis methods used in this research include quantitative analysis, especially reduction analysis, presentation, and conclusion or verification analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teaching English uses the ICARE system to teach one continuous monologue that is descriptive in nature and includes four learning objectives: Introduce (Introduce), Connect (Connect), Apply (Apply), Reflect (Reflect), and Expand (Expand). (2) The results of Section I show that there are 16 or 43% of participants who have completed the course and 27 or 67% who have not; the overall participation rate was 68. In Part II,

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of character problems in students. In this regard, this study aims to determine the management of character education in moral student realization in SDN 1 Karanggayam. This survey is a qualitative survey. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Validity of data using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and inference drawing. This research led to his five conclusions: (1) Instill in students a sense of values and morality, and aim for character education. These values and morals align with the Madrasa's vision and mission. Instilled character stats include: Religious, sincere, hardworking, smart and caring. (2) The organization of character education, where teachers are role models for madrasah students, is working well. These values and morals are implemented in different ways depending on each teacher's style. (3) Character education leadership includes activities that improve teacher-student relationships, provide students with opportunities to voice their opinions, and motivate students. (4) The control of character education is done by providing students with the development of moral values and literacy. These skills are: Critical thinking, creative thinking, clear communication skills, listening skills, and good moral habits.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide information on planning, implementing and evaluating learning to improve student performance. This study uses qualitative methods. The survey was conducted from March to June 2022 at MIN 3 Purworejo. Informants for this survey were madrasah leaders, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Validity of data using triangulation. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and inference. The results of this study show that: (1) Teachers implement lesson plans by creating curricula, annual programs, semester programs, KKM, time allocation, learning implementation plans, support and enhancement programs. (2) The delivery of learning is performed by teachers, including preparatory activities (perception), core activities (including exploration, elaboration, and validation), and conclusion activities. Teachers use learning media and apply different learning methods. (3) Evaluation of learning is done by teachers and heads of madrasas. Teachers implement assessment systems in the form of learning processes and learning outcomes. This includes her three areas: cognitive, psychomotor, emotional. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of MTs The Impact on Students Who Come from the Ex-Localization of Slarang Commercial Sex Workers (PSK) in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques from this study using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, 1) Learning planning by teachers is carried out by compiling annual programs, semester programs, developing learning syllabus, and developing lesson plans. 2) Organizing learning is carried out by the teacher, namely: structuring classrooms, structuring students, using learning resources, using learning media, and using facilities and infrastructure. 3) Implementation of learning is the teacher carrying out learning activities including preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. 4) Learning evaluation is the principal of madrasah providing guidance, assistance, supervision and assessment on problems related to the technical implementation and development of teaching education in the form of improving teaching education programs and activities to create teaching and learning situations. Meanwhile, the teacher evaluates learning through process assessment and results assessment. Process assessment is carried out on student participation both individually and in groups during the learning process. Assessment of results is carried out at the middle and end of the semester. 5) Reporting of learning outcomes that the content of reporting learning outcomes includes things such as student learning profiles at madrasah (academic, physical, social and emotional), student participation in activities at madrasah (active, moderate, insufficient or inactive), progress of results student learning during a certain learning period, appeal to parents.

Abstract

Education is one of the breaker ropes of poverty. But has every citizen received education to the highest level? What about the education for all program? Abstract

This study aims to describe the academic self-efficacy of students at SDN X Taman Sari, Lelea District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. This research was conducted on 148 male and female students aged 9-13 years from grades 4-6 elementary school. The measuring instrument used in this academic self-efficacy research is part of the measuring instrument for the Faculty of Psychology, Tarumanagara University in 2015 in Indonesian. Through correlation analysis techniques with the SPSS version 25 program. It was found that the dimensions of the highest level were compared to the dimensions of generality and or strength. In addition, based on analysis of additional data, it can be concluded that there are differences in the level of academic self-efficacy in terms of gender.

Abstract

Management is something that should be applied in various ways, especially in educational Institutions. This article aims to find out about the fundamentals of Islamic Boarding School Management. Management in islmaic educational institutions, one of which is islamic boarding schools, is very important because to be able to regulate, manage and improve all process that occur in islamic boarding schools. The components in the pesantren are kyai, student, book, dormitories, ceregivers, and administrators who work together to achieve common goals. While in management theory themanagement function consists of Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organising), Actuating (Implementation), Controlling (Supervision). With the application of more ideal, dynamic and structured islamic boarding school management, education in islamic boarding school is increasingly advanced and can achieve the goals that have been planned.
