Abstract

Kematian ikan suatu danau kadang terjadi akibat kualita ar yang tidak termonitoring dengan baik di danau tersebut, kemudian petani akan mengalami kerugian akibat hal tersebut. Untuk itu alat ini dibat untuk memonitoring kualitas air berdasarkan kadar PH air.sistem pada alat ini bertujuan untuk memberika peingatan dini ke peternak ikan untuk mengetahui ketika kualitas air danau sudah mendekati ambang batas berbahaya sehingg peternak ikan dapat segera mengatisipasinya untuk menghindari kerugian atas fenomena tersebut dapat diminimalisir. Selain itu data kualitas air yang diukur oleh sensor akan di teruskan ke petani ikan sehingga petani dapat mengetahuinya ketika tidak diarea tambak menggunakan pesan singkat sms. Pada saat sensor mendetesi kadar pH normal dengan rage pH 5-9 maka alat akan menyalakan lampu led berwarna hijau, pada saat sensor mendeteksi kadar pH tinggi dengan pH ≤ 4.9 maka alat akan menyalakan lampu led berwarna merah dan  mengirimkan notifikasi ke peternak ikan tambakan, begitupun ketika sensor mendeteksi kadar pH rendah dengan pH ≥9.1 maka alat akan menyalakan lampu led berwarna kuning kemudian mengirimkan notifikasi ke peternak ikan. Diharapkan dengan dibuatnya alat ini masyarakat sekitar terutama peternak ikan dapat memantau kualitas air dengan mudah.

Abstract

An injury is a disorder that occurs in the body which results in the appearance of redness, pain, swelling and the inability to function properly in the limbs. Handling of minor to severe injuries is carried out with medical treatment such as surgery or traditional medicine, but this treatment has not provided any assurance of healing, as for the alternative treatment, namely heat therapy. Heat therapy is able to open blood vessels wider and can provide a supply of oxygen and nutrients to reduce pain in injured sufferers. From this research, it can be produced a design of an electric therapy device that can produce heat equipped with a heat setting and a therapy time controller. The design of an electric therapy device to help heal physiotherapy dipole injuries at Dr. SOEDOMO Trenggalek Hospital has several advantages, namely that it can generate heat according to temperature settings, can adjust the length of therapy process time according to time settings and can also provide a display of temperature and time on the LCD display. The results of research on this electric therapy device are able to work according to predetermined working principles.

Abstract

Perum Bulog is a state-owned public company in food logistics field. Perum Bulog has a duty to stabilize food availability in Indonesia. The most consumed food by Indonesians is rice. It is estimated that the total national rice consumption reaches 30.25 million tons of rice. In this way, Perum Bulog must be able to meet their rice stock to maintain national food stability. However, in fact, in 2019 as many as 20 thousand tons of domestic rice had gone bad and caused the company to lose up to 167 billion. Thus, it is important to make predictions to determine the amount of rice stock in the future. One of the prediction techniques that can be used is prediction using Artificial Neural Networks. This study aims to determine the future rice stock of Perum Bulog using Artificial Neural Networks. Perum Bulog merupakan perusahaan umum milik negara yang bergerak di  bidang logistik pangan.  Perum Bulog memiliki tugas untuk menstabilkan ketersediaan pangan di Indonesia. makanan pokok yang paling sering dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia adalah beras. Diperkirakan jumlah konsumsi beras nasional mencapai 30,25 juta ton beras. Dengan begitu Perum Bulog harus dapat memenuhi stok beras mereka untuk menjaga kestabilan pangan nasional. Namun, nyatanya dilapan pada tahun 2019  sebanyak 20 ribu ton beras dalam negeri mengalami pembusukan dan membuat perusahaan rugi hingga 167 miliar. Dengan begitu pentingnya melakukan prediksi  untuk mengetahui jumlah stok beras dimasa depan. Salah satu teknik prediksi yang dapa digunakan adalah prediksi menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stok beras masa depan Perum Bulog menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan.

Abstract

Regional development efforts carried out by utilizing the APBD by the government in Indonesia in various fields ranging from procurement of goods, construction work, consulting services for business entities, individual consulting services and others according to the needs of each government agency involve local and foreign companies operating in various fields. to compete in winning projects auctioned off by the government on the official website of the LPSE (Electronic Procurement Service). One of the companies engaged in the procurement of construction goods and services, namely PT. Begawan Polosoro. Employees who have excessive work such as overtime and out of town assignments are also poorly monitored so that in the payroll process sometimes the bonuses are not given accordingly. Based on the explanation above, the writer will make a construction project expenditure management application design at PT. Begawan Polosoro is based on android so that employees who are entrusted with large amounts of money can carry out their work properly and report the use of the money directly in the application, so that transparency of funds provided by company owners with funds issued by employees and the total balance of each project carried out is always can be seen and supervised by the owner of the company.

Abstract

E-learning is currently very important and a must for educational institutions. Many e-learning application platforms are based on Learning Management System (LMS) that can be used by schools, whether they are open source, paid for or build their own applications. There are many considerations that must be faced when deciding to use an e-learning-based application (LMS) including infrastructure readiness, costs and application compatibility with the e-learning concept desired by educational institutions. The availability of features in the e-learning system is one that must be adjusted to the e- learning concept that will be selected. Each institution may be able to determine its own characteristics that can be specific and not yet fully accommodated in the e-learning application that currently exists. One of them is the feature to randomize exam questions to ensure that each student gets different questions with the same composition. This research will try to answer this problem by integrating the fisher-yates shuffel algorithm. The success of this algorithm integration will be assessed by conducting an exam simulation involving two classes and seeing how the system will randomly divide the exam questions to each student. The first assessment is the suitability of the composition of the questions and the similarity of the questions between students, the less students receive the same questions appearing on the exam questions, the better the system performance.

Abstract

Merupakan salah satu bagian yang akan memberikan dampak tingkat efektifitas pembakaran terjaga berikut  efisiensi pemakaian bahan bakar. Injector bekerja berdasarkan parameter kebutuhan kerja mesin yang tepat. Jumlah volume bahan bakar menjadi acuan dalam menjaga performa dari injektor, simulator Injector akan menginformasikan jumlah volume bahan bakar yang dapat dianalisa, dengan mendapatkan nilai Electronic Pulse Width  Injector actual simulator dapat dijalankan, Electronic Pulse Width actual objek penelitian sebesar 2 ms-3 ms, laju bahan bakar Injector objek penelitian sebesar 90 cc/min pada tekanan 2,9 Bar, dengan F error rata-rata 9,44% yang dihasilkan oleh simulator, F Error 10% simulator tidak dapat diterima, F Error 10% maka  simulator dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa volumetric dari Injector sehingga pada penelitian ini, memberikan solusi ketika kondisi aktual perawatan periodik didapatkan dengan memodelkan kondisi parameter kerja Injector tersebut di dalam kesatuan sistem sehingga pengukuran volume bahan bakar dapat dengan mudah dilakukan.

Abstract

As technology develops in the automotive world, more and more motor vehicle manufacturers are also applying the latest technologies, especially for vehicles sold in general. Call it, for example, the development of the fuel system, which was still a carburetor, now uses an injection system, from S.O.H.C to D.O.H.C. these technologies are useful for increasing volumetric efficiency. In this study, the researchers wanted to increase the volumetric efficiency of the Astro 108 cc engine by applying a simple modification, namely the inlet and exhaust that was modified with a 30 backcut on the valve, undercut system, and 4 angle valve jobs (30 , 45, 60 , 75 ). By applying these modifications to the Astro 108 cc engine, it can increase its volumetric efficiency, say at 2300 rpm with standard inlet and exhaust conditions producing an air flow rate of 0.000358 m3 / s and 0.000814 m3 / s, this data is obtained from pressure taking on the water box meter. The difference in flow occurs because the air that enters the inlet and exhaust is smoother due to the modifications made. With this flow rate, at 2300 rpm standard head produces a volumetric efficiency of 19.05712%, and 43.26364% with a modified head.

Abstract

To improve health care and processing data for medical records at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University campus health unit, a modern medical record information system is needed. The current medical record-recording process in the Muhammadiyah University campus medical unit of Ponorogo is still done by hand, which is by writing in a book and a patient's treatment card. This is running less optimal because an official has to retrieve and retrieve the data that will be needed in a patient's books and treatment cards, so it takes little time and space. The aim of this study is to develop an existing medical record system, becoming a web-based modern medical record system for patients to record clearly and more efficiently. The study begins with observation, study literature, and then follows the design method using the waterfall model, the context diagram design, the flow diagram (DFD), entity relathionship diagram (erd), system interface design and application testing. With the design of this application for medical records, it is hoped to be beneficial and can improve health care at UKK Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo. The design of this medical record application is still in short supply, and few improvements and innovations that the age has developed need to be made.

Abstract

This study aims to design an Android-based game as a medium for the introduction and learning of Arabic pegon and to evaluate user performance of the Arabic pegon educational game using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The research stages consisted of stages, 1) research data; 2) design; 3) implementation; 4) examiners; 5) report creation. Then the design of this product is in the form of a Pegon-gliph game which is run on the Android system by having four main features, namely material features, training features, game features, and motivation features. And UEQ benchmark test results get good scores in the novelty category, while in other categories such as attractiveness, visibility, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation, the results are very good. So that the results of the performance of the Pegon-gliph educational game users show a positive user impression.

Abstract

A locomotive is one of critical part in train set, because a locomotive had to bear a big load and has operational time which long enough. So in a locomotive design required more in depth analysis compared to the other means of transportation. The purpose of this research is to make a design locomotive carbody according to those standards applied and analyze stress happened to carbody locomotive designed. In the design of this to analyze carbody locomotive construction strength, the analysis are done using finite element methode(FEM) with help of Ansys software. The simulation of loads working on the structure was made approaching the real loading. Structure of locomotive carbody should be able to hold the loads working on carbody construction. From the design results locomotive carbody that have been made, this locomotive carbody sized length 19000 mm, width 2790 mm, and high 3700 mm. Materials that used for the locomotive carbody design isSS 400 and SM 490A with Yield stress of 245 MPa dan 325 MPa. The analysis results received a value of von mises stress maximum of 195,429 MPa that occurs at the part of the end of underframe (end center sill), where the sress value are still below of Yield stress materials which are in the form of SM 490 at 325 MPa. From the analysis result suggests that overall locomotive carbody structure can be expressed as safe and able to hold the loads operational.
