Abstract

This study aims to test the performance of the steering system, transmission, and electric braking system of the Urban Concept Warek V.1.1 type. The basic assumption of electricity is designed with the Urban Concept type (four vehicles like the current car) which is adjusted to the regulations for the Energy Saving Petite Contest (KMHE), which is held by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. In the steering system design using the Ackerman type steering system, the transmission system uses a chain deive differential while the braking system uses hideelik discs. In the test results, the steering system has a maximum turning angle of 45 ° with a radius of less than 6 meters, for the transmission system in the test engine rotation speed (n,) is 589,867 rpm and electric meter rotation is 642.6 rpm with average speed - Average. 53 km / hour. The amount of deceleration of the braking system is 4.901 and 1.47 s for the braking time.

Abstract

Currently, clove dryer still uses a manual system that relies on sunlight during the dry season for 4 to 5 days with an average drying time of between 8 and 10 hours per day [1]. The problem with the long drying process of cloves during the rainy season depends on sunlight. Drying cloves that rely on sunlight can only be done during the day at night when cloves can not be dried. The problem is that the increasing clove production is the increasing demand for dry cloves along with the development of the kretek cigarette industry in Indonesia, the production of cloves which requires a dryer that can carry out the drying process without the need to use sunlight so that they can do it anytime without the need for sunlight. The clove dryer uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and is integrated with the android application. The android application is used to control the clove dryer.

Abstract

MTs Darul Fikri Bringin is a Tsanawiyah Madrasah located in Ponorogo. This madrasah has a good learning system to support the quality of madrasah, one of which is a superior class program. MTs Darul Fikri Bringin is always experiencing an increase in the acceptance of new student registrants every year. In determining the superior class, there are difficulties in class clustering based on students' abilities. This is due to the increasing number of registrants each year. Therefore, in this study the data mining method is applied to help cluster superior classes with student grade variables using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm and Rstudio Tools. Where the attributes used are the report card value, activeness and presence of class VII students. The K-Means Clustring Algorithm method is used to process these 12 attributes so as to produce 2 regular clusters and 1 superior cluster with the Rshiny interface in Rstudio using the R programming language. A in cluster 1 has 23 members. Classes B, C, D include regular classes which include class B in cluster 2 totaling 25 members and classes C and D in cluster 3 totaling 52 members. The application of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm and Rstudio Tools can cluster the determination and selection of superior classes at MTs Darul Fikri.

Abstract

The engineering work station room is a server room that has a function to be the control center for all components in the PLTU which will have to be equipped with several sensors, namely the DHT11 temperature sensor, ZMPT101 voltage sensor, ACS712 current sensor to help keep temperature, voltage, current stable . To obtain maximum results, several stages are needed in designing this tool, including literature study, technical data collection, planning process, manufacturing, testing, discussion and conclusions.To maintain the conditions in the engineering work station room, an automatic system and remote monitoring were designed which have a working principle, namely if the temperature in the EWS room is below 18C then the AC motor is off. If the EWS room temperature is at 18C - 23C, the AC motor has a medium start. If the EWS room temperature is above 23C, the AC motor has full power. Meanwhile, the results of reading conditions in the EWS room, namely the conditions of temperature, voltage, and current will be displayed via the Thingspeak web. The results of this study the tool is able to work according to predetermined working principles and data analysis is also in accordance with existing calculations

Abstract

Good acceleration and performance are influenced by the degree of flexibility of the clutch springs. The objective that underlies the implementation of this study is to determine the effect of replacing the clutch spring with different length variations. In this study, the data taken is the torque, power and fuel consumption of each type of clutch spring. In this test, two types of clutch springs were used, namely the standard clutch spring and the TDR type coupling spring which were varied in length (38.31mm), (40.93mm) with the addition of 2mm (42.93mm), (40.31mm) rings. also cutting thread 2mm (38.93mm), (36.31mm). Tests were carried out using a dynotest tool with an engine speed of 4000 rpm to 9000 rpm transmission position six. In the TDR clutch spring (42.93mm) there is an increase in torque of 7.42% with a torque yield of 16.20 Nm at 6000 rpm and an increase in power of 6.61% with a power yield of 14.5 HP at 7000 rpm. For fuel consumption TDR coupling spring at ideal rotation (low-medium), an increase of 9.68%. The decrease in fuel consumption only occurred at the top / high speed of 6.32%. For the test results pertalite ethanol fuel, there is a decrease in fuel consumption compared to pertalite fuel for all RPM variables

Abstract

Along with the development of technology that is so sophisticated and has a huge impact on human life, we cannot help but be required to keep up with the times. Especially for early childhood Smartphones are very influential on the development of their brains because their memory is so sharp and easy to hone. Usually children between the ages of 4 -6 years really easily perceive what they see because their capacity for thinking or memory is still very high to catch something new. Therefore the authors plan to make educational games for children RA miftahul fatah sayutan based on android to provide learning that is just learning while playing, with the hope of providing an educational stimulus so that children are not bored and bored with what their teacher has taught. . Educational games are learning applications for early childhood from 4 - 6 years old which contain some of the features of the 1st and 2nd semester magazines. The method and development of this educational application uses the waterfall method. By implementing this game application it is hoped that it can help the learning process of early childhood in gaining insight into the mindset, creativity and knowledge that is smarter.

Abstract

Geographical information system is a system that combines elements on a map that is prepared to process data, analyze, and display spatial data to improve design. In the era of technology, information and communication (ICT) for organizations, agencies and public services is very important and needs to be implemented immediately. ATR / BPN in Jonggol village, Jabon, Ponorogo, still uses the manual method in processing certified land registration. The process of seeking, processing, and collecting certificate data requires a lot of time, causing services to be inefficient and effective and community satisfaction also decreasing. Therefore, a technology is needed that can facilitate service officers to search for certified land ownership data by implementing the brute force algorithm in the Geographical Information System for certified land ownership. The application of Algortima Brute Force in this geographic information system can run well, but if the text characters are long inputted, the system search process will take longer (if the text is short, the search can run quickly). On 10 keywords with different keyword or character lengths, the average search time was 0.06335 seconds.

Abstract

Ruang kelas pada kampus akan menjadi tempat para mahasiswa saling berdiskusi, belajar, serta melakukan kegiatan lainnya. Ruang kelas itu sangat dibutuhkan ketersediaannya. Ketersediaan ruangan yang ada pada kampus sangat dibutuhkan ketika hendak belajar, terkadang banyak ruangan yang sudah digunakan oleh kelas lain atau digunakan oleh kampus untuk mengadakan event, terjadinya bentrok antar kelas dikarenakan tidak ada kesepakatan atau persetujuan penggunaan ruang kelas yang kosong terlebih dahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development atau RAD dan menggunakan konsep CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) serta aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai DBMS. Maka dari itu pembuatan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan dan pemesanan terlebih dahulu dengan kelas lain untuk melihat apakah ada kelas yang lain yang ingin menggunakan nantinya dan hasilnya adalah dapat mempermudah dalam menggunakan ruangan disekitar kampus tanpa ada terjadinya bentrok dengan kelas lain.

Abstract

Television is an electronic device which now the majority is owned by all Indonesians. Besides the use of this electronic device, there is a negative impact or thing that is contained in this electronic device. When watching television, eyes often experience tired and dry eyes, this is caused by television monitors that emit radiation rays and cause several eye problems. The radiation beam emitted from each television differs depending on the size of the monitor. This has been proven by tests that have been carried out by related institutions that the distance to watch television for each monitor is different. "The eye has the most important role for the development of human intelligence". Therefore a tool was designed from the problems that arise which will set the ideal distance for watching television using the PIR sensor to determine the distance of the audience from the television which will be forwarded to Arduino UNO as data processing, the output of the tool is in the form of LED, Buzzer and executed by Rellay as Automatic shutdown where the television will be turned off automatically when the audience enters a distance of less than 3 meters and within 1 minute with the LCD indicator displaying text data in the form of "Danger" and the television will not be turned off automatically if the viewing distance is more than 3 meters and the LCD will display text data in the form of "SAFE".

Abstract

The Polindes Desa Gombang is a form of community participation in providing delivery assistance and community health services, including family planning, maternal and child health, and other health services. Currently, the Village Police of Gombang has several problems, such as the process of recording the exit and entry of drugs, data on the disease of patients who have been treated, making referral letters and medical records which only consist of patient data which if one of the patients is lost it will be troublesome. officers in that section in recap all data - data at the end of making the report. Due to the process of recording patient data, recording the entry and exit of drugs, making referral letters is still using the manual method, so this can cause no stored medical records and are vulnerable to loss because the recording process is only written or in a book. Based on this problem, it is proposed to create a system that uses web and android technology using the programming language PHP, Java and MY SQL Database. This system is able to handle recording patient data or the results of medical records that have been carried out, the patient's medical history, the number of drug stocks that are still available for the treatment of these patients and the making of referral letters.
