Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurang berkembangnya kreativitas seni, kurang beragamnya permainan yang mampu mengembangkan kreativitas seni anak dan masih adanya pembelajaran yang monoton pada anak usia dini sehingga belum adanya inovasi yang lebih kreatif dalam kegiatannya. Permasalahan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan kreativitas seni anak usia dini mellui kegiatan menyusun daun. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan yang terjadi pada kreativitas seni anak melalui kegiatan menyusun daun pada kelompok B TK Islam Silaturahmi Padang Pariaman tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah mendapatkan perlakuan menggunakan kegiatan menyusun daun, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kreativitas anak kelompok B TK TK Islam Silaturahmi Padang Pariaman tahun ajaran 2019/2020.

Railway accident data from Padang Divre II in 2018 have recorded several accidents at the crossing that pass through Lubuk Buaya Sub-district precisely in front of the Bumi Lubuk Buaya Indah Complex (BLBI) like a motorcycle rider was hit by a train because the driver did not turn right or left before crossing a railroad crossing, a car that was hit by a train because the driver did not open the driver's side window when crossing a railroad crossing, and pedestrians were hit by a train that passed because the victim stood on the edge of the railroad. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of attitudes and attitude components (cognitive, affective, and conative) of the community when crossing an informal railroad crossing. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative. The research is located in the Bumi Lubuk Buaya Indah (BLBI) Complex, Lubuk Buaya Sub-District, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This research was conducted in February-September 2019. The respondents of this study were 86 people and the selection of respondents was done by random sampling. The results of this study found that 11.6% of respondents had bad attitudes, 11.6% of respondents had poor cognitive, 9.5% of respondents had poor affective behavior, and 3.5% of respondents had poor conative behavior. It is expected that the community will instill and cultivate orderly and obey the rules when crossing a railroad crossing, form a railroad-loving community, appoint residents to guard the doorstop, and people who violate the crossing are given a fine.

Psychosocial development of school-age children are adaptive child has a motivation to learn, started to doing homework and active and playing with their friends. School-age children in Kapujan have a problem where the psychosocial development of the survey in March 2016 of 10 school-age children (6-12 years), by conducting interviews. The city government of Padang Panjang has developed several tourism objects, one of which is the Lubuk Mata Kucing bath because there are still not many tourism who have not seen the object, due to the location which is on the outskirts of the city and road directions to tourism objects are still lacking, then indirectly affect the level of tourism visits. The Lubuk Mata Kucing bath is indeed very minimal promotion and exposes tourism objects to the crowd, so you do not see this beautiful tourism attraction, in addition to the lack of promotion in the facilities section. The Indonesian government has tried to make Indonesia one of the tourism destinations for tourism and make Indonesia the main destination for tourism, tourism who visit many tourism objects in Indonesia automatically improve the economy of local residents and foreign exchange, as is being done by the Padang government. The nutritional issue in children is seen as a multifaceted problem since it is not only because of the economic status of the family, but also relates to the attitude, knowledge levels, as well as behavior of the children parents. The occurrence of the children nutritional problem in Botania Health Center in 2016 reported happen to 583 out of 10,712 children which covers 17.2% of the total suffered from malnutrition and considered have bad nutritional status. The purpose of this research is to investigate the mothers knowledge levels and their under-five year children nutritional status. This research is an analytic survey study with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in August 2017. By employing accidental sampling technique, 40 mothers of 1 to 5 year children were selected as the sample. The data analysis used to test the data is Chi-Square statistical data. Back flashover is one of the consequences of a direct lightning strike. Back flashover is caused by the higher grounding resistance value of the tower leg. Doing so can create an overvoltage and can cause damage to electrical equipment. One way to minimize overvoltage due to back flashover is to adjust the grounding resistance at the foot of the tower. Tower 10 has a grounding resistance value of the tower foot of 4.78 ohms, the total back flashover is 29.085544 times / year. Tower 50 has a grounding resistance value of the tower foot of 14 ohms and the number of back flashover disturbances is 85.0213544 times / year. In tower 10 the value of the grounding resistance of the tower feet is smaller than the value of the grounding resistance of the menra feet 50, so the total number of back flashovers on tower 50 is higher than tower 10. The greater the value of the grounding resistance of the tower feet, the higher the number of back flashovers. The average grounding resistance of the tower leg 1 - 249 Payakumbuh Koto Panjang has a value of 4.2847 ohm tower foot grounding resistance, the number of back flashover disturbances is 24.593635 times / year. The standard grounding resistance of the tower leg is 10 ohms, because tower 50 has a grounding pressure value exceeding the standard, which is 14 ohms, so that it can cause the number of back flashover disturbances to exceed the standard 13 times / 100 km / year.

The purpose of this study is to know how the effect of Price, Service Transportation and Operational Performance Against Satisfaction Through Quality Passenger Bus Service Trans Batam, and to determine the effect of prices, Transport Services and Operational Performance directly to passenger satisfaction Bus Trans Batam. The research method used is descriptive quantitative that is giving explanation about the description of Price Effect, Transport Service And Operational Performance To Satisfaction Through Quality Passenger Bus Service Trans Batam. Primary data were collected from respondents or questionnaires distributed and analyzed in which the tool has been tested before being used to collect data, and the results of each instrument are valid and reliable. Data analysis technique used Structural Equetion Model (SEM) analysis. The population in this study amounted to 187 people are the users of the car trans Batam. The result of research that the variable of Price, Transportation Service, Operational Performance, Service Quality and Satisfaction, have influence equal to 73,80% to Satisfaction, and influence equal to 64,40% to Service Quality. Square Multiple Correlation value for Square Multiple Correlation variable whose value respectively for Satisfaction R2 = 0, 738 is identical with R2 on SPSS of 0, 738 then the magnitude of Determination is Square Multiple Correlation value for Satisfaction variable 100% = 0, 738 x 100% = 73.80%. Thus it can be stated that the change in Satisfaction is influenced by the price of 73.80%. For Service Quality R2 = 0.644 then the magnitude of Determination = 0.644 x 100% = 64.40%.

The business development in the globalization era gives an impact in the tight competition and difficult for company can penetrate market. In order to deal with tight and rapid competition, every company is required to optimize the existing resources and to implement the right market strategy in order to win the competition so that it can survive and grow in tight and rapid business competition right now. The research aims to test the efeect of place, product completeness, and service on the purchasing on mini market Sinar Jaya. In the research using a method of collecting data with a questionnaire with the number of samples 100 respondents, the sample accidental use sampling techniques and methods of analysis of data used in this research in linier regression worship of idols. The result of this research shows that all the independent variable that is a place, completeness products, and service has links positive in line against the dependent variable for which is purchasing decisions. The testing of hypotheses using test t show that the three independent variable for which researched proved to be significantly affect the decision purchase. The results showed that in partial positive and significant impact location on the decision purchase at the mini market Sinar Jaya for 28,9%. Partially affect the product completeness of 29,7% of the decision purchase, Partially affect the service of 44,3% of the purchase decision. Influence of location, product completeness, and services simultaneously positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions at the mini market Sinar Jaya of 39,7%. Then through the f can be known that in the three joint of a variable that affected purchase decision. Figures adjusted r square worth 0,397 show that the independent variable can explain 39% decision the purchase of the remaining 61% by other variables out of one variable are used in this research

Transactions through internet media, especially transactions for goods, are interesting things to do a study, especially if the goods being transacted are intangible goods or also known as virtual objects. The problem in this study is related to the legality of electronic transactions on virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia and the legality of electronic transactions on ideal virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia. This type of research is normative legal research. Judging from its nature, the nature of this research is descriptive analytical which is a study to describe and analyze existing problems and is included in the type of library research. Electronic transactions for virtual objects in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia, such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), and Call of Duty, are declared valid if the subjective and objective conditions of the electronic contract are met, namely there is an agreement between the parties. The legality of electronic transactions for virtual objects that are ideal in the regulation of electronic interactive games in Indonesia is that online games that are legal and not illegal to be played and prohibition of any illegal transaction patterns in legal online games, such as gambling simulations (roulette) in the game or other gambling simulations that have an economic advantage for online game owners.
