Abstract

Gizi seimbang adalah susunan pangan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh, dengan memperhatikan prinsip keanekaragaman pangan, aktivitas fisik, perilaku hidup bersih dan memantau berat badan normal untuk mencegah masalah gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku remaja tentang gizi seimbang di SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan desain deskriptif menggunakan data primer di peroleh dari kuisioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 69 responden. Dengan teknik Stratified Propotionate Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dengan cara univariat disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Pengolahan data dengan editing, coding, dan tabulating. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari pengetahuan remaja bahwa mayoritas memiliki pengetahuan rendah sebanyak (50,8%) 35 responden, mayoritas memiliki sifat negatif sebanyak (52,1%) 36 responden dan mayoritas yang tidak melakukan gizi seimbang sebanyak (92,75) 64 responden. Bagi respoden di harapkan dapat mengetahui informasi tentang gizi seimbang untuk dirinya sendiri atau sekitar lingkungannya sehingga bisa menerapkan sebagai perpanjangan tangan petugas kesehatan dan bisa memberikan pengetahuan tentang menerapkan gizi seimbang.

Abstract

PTK ini membahas tentang Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Tematik diKelas III di UPT. SD Negeri 21 Limo Kaum.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belaja rsiswa pada pembelajaran Tematik kelas III di UPT. SD Negeri 21 Limo Kaum dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas(Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III UPT. SD Negeri 21 Limo Kaum. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Model Kemmis danTanggart, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Numbered Head Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dapat diukur dari evaluasi siklus I, dan siklus II. Dengan nilai aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 66,15%, dan siklus II 81,54%.Sedangkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat diukur dari setiap siklusnya, hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 61,90%, dengan kategori “Rendah” Dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus II sebesar 90,48%.dengan kategori “Tinggi” Dengan demikian hasil penelitian di UPT. SD Negeri 21 Limo Kaum telah tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction in UPT.Pengelola Clean Water Management. The type of research is quantitative. The data is processed by computerized using SPSS 18.0 program. Number of UPT subscribers. Clean Water Management of Pariaman City continues to increase, but the increasing number of customers was also directly proportional to the increase in the number of customers who complain. The independent variables are service quality (x1) and product quality (x2). Dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). Population and sample used in this research is consumer of UPT. Clean Water Management Pariaman City as many as 79 people and was in place at the time of the research conducted. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination. The results show partially Quality of service (0,000) and product quality (0.035) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously also affect with the significance of 0.000. The effect is 44.4%

Abstract

Pada tahun 2019, terdapat 12 dari 30 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang tidak memenuhi target Renstra ASI Ekslusif 45%. Puskesmas dengan prevalensi ASI ekslusif tertinggi yaitu Puskesmas Gajah Mada (79,5%) dan terendah Puskesmas Pelangiran (21,4%). Dampak bayi tidak diberikan ASI Esklusif dapat menyebabkan bayi kekurangan gizi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk Diperolehnya informasi mendalam tentang Implementasi Program ASI Esklusif Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Pada Masa Covid-19 Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian adalah Kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan phenomenology Informan penelitian sebanyak 18 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode analisis isi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan sumber daya manusia masih kurang, sebelum pandemi maupun sesudah pandemi, sarana dan prasarana belum tercukupi, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan dalam implementasi program ASI Esklusif sudah berjalan namun belum lancar. Penyuluhan ASI Esklusif tetap dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi namun dengan jumlah ibu yang kurang dibanding dengan sebelumnya. Masih banyak suami atau orangtua dari ibu tidak memberikan dukungan kepada ibu tentang pemberian ASI Esklusif. Budaya mempercayai kebiasaan orang tua zaman dulu sehingga ibu tidak memberikan ASI. Saran Kepada Dinas Kesehatan Indragiri Hilir untuk membuat Pojok ASI, dan meningkatkan promosi pemberian ASI Eksklusif kepada suami dan orangtua.

Abstract

The poor of hygiene equipment has an important role in the growth and spread of disease germs and poisoning. Based on data from the Pekanbaru city health office that had supervised food management places (TPM), restaurants that meet health requirements reached 40% in 2018. This study aimed to analyze the bacteria existence and hygiene sanitation of tableware in the restaurant in the working area of Puskesmas Simpang Tiga, Pekanbaru. This descriptive research used an observational method and laboratory tests on the bacteria existence and hygiene sanitation of tableware. The results of this study indicated the presence of bacteria in the washing water of 10 restaurants, for total Coliform as much 80%; and as much as 70% for content of Escherichia coli, the restaurant not eligible of health requirements according to the regulation of the Health Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2017. Meanwhile, the test results of the bacteria content on the rag showed that for the 100% germ rate, the restaurants were not eligible the health requirements; and for the content of 70% Escherichia coli, the restaurants were also not meet the health requirements according to the Regulation of the Health Minister of the Republic of Indonesia 1096/Menkes/SK/VI/2011. The observation results showed for washing techniques, drying techniques, and storage techniques, all restaurants do not reach the health requirements. This research suggests Simpang Tiga Public Health Center be able to provide counseling of hygiene sanitation and conduct Escherichia coli checks on tableware and supervise food management places properly and continuously in restaurants in their working area.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Griya Kenari Village of Siak Hulu Kampar Riau. The purpose of this study was to find out how positive attitude in interpersonal communications of wives who have not yet gifted children in Siak Hulu Kampar. Benefits of this research is a contribution of science to STISIP Persada Bunda Pekanbaru and train the ability of writers in conducting research. Communication is a very fundamental need for a person in social life. Humans can not not communicate, because it is a creature that is dikodratkan to live communicate. Place of research conducted in Village Siak Hulu Kampar, precisely in Housing Griya Kenari Indah and Bhakti Karya. Research subject Wives who have not been blessed child / offspring.Waktu research is March to June 2017. This researcher uses purposive sampling. Informant of this study Wives who have not blessed children / offspring of 4 families and communities Griya Kenari Housing Indah and Bhakti Karya totaling 10 people. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that good interpersonal communication will open the door of good communication with others and interpersonal Communication is less fun with others will cause things that are not good also for others.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, lowongan pekerjaan merupakan hal yang harus diinformasikan kepada masyarakat agar para pelamar yang sedang mencari pekerjaan dapat dengan mudah mengetahui dan mengajukan lamaran pekerjaan sehingga perusahaan bisa mendapatkan orang yang sesuai untuk mengisi pekerjaan tersebut. Pada umumnya sebuah informasi lowongan pekerjaan dapat dilihat pada media cetak atau melalui perantara teman, kerabat maupun keluarga yang memiliki keterbatasan bagi pelamar untuk mendapatkannya. Untuk memudahkan para pelamar dan perusahaan saling bekerjasama dalam bidang pekerjaan, kami mengusulkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan para pencari kerja menemukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bidangnya dan perusahaan memasang iklan lowongan pekerjaan secara efektif dan efisien. Kami melakukan observasi dan membuat kuisioner untuk menganalisa permasalahan dan mendapatkan solusi yang berguna pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Toll roads are an effective means of transportation to shorten the distance between regions. With a short distance, the cost of accommodation of goods will decrease and increase accessibility, thereby encouraging economic improvement and community development. One of the toll roads currently under construction in West Sumatra is the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road. The Padang-Sicincin section is part of the large project with a length of 30.4 km. Since being carried out in 2018 the progress of the work has only reached 45.2%, meaning that there are obstacles that slow down the completion of the work. From the literature study, it was found that the main cause of delay was land acquisition. The various literatures also describe the resolution of disputes involving stakeholders. Stakeholder management is one of the indicators of project success. To find out the model of stakeholder interaction on the Padang-Sicincin spatial toll road project in terms of land acquisition, a social network analysis was carried out based on a literature study related to land acquisition, followed by the creation of a stakeholder relationship matrix. From the results of the analysis, it is found that stakeholders as the main actors in land acquisition are local governments as mediators and messengers between land owners and other stakeholders involved in land acquisition.Keywords: Stakeholders, Land Acquisition, Toll Roads, Social Network Analysis.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease with the second sequence number out of 10 most diseases in Puskemas Koto Baru, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. this disease is a joint pain disease. within 1 month, there were 49 people who complained of joint pain and 10 of them had low back pain. the purpose of this study is to describe the work posture and complaints of low back pain in the songket weaver worker pandai sikek in Jorong Koto Tinggi Nagari Pandai Sikek Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat. this type of research is quantitative descriptive with research instruments using REBA and Nordic Body Map questionnaire. the number of samples in this study were 26 people. this research was conducted in Jorong Koto Tinggi Nagari Pandai Sikek Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat with the research time from november 2019 to october 2020. data analysis used univariate analysis. the results showed that most of the respondents were in the medium risk level category, which means that they needed action to improve their work posture with a percentage of 61.5% (16 people). almost all weavers reported experiencing frequent complaints of low back pain with a percentage of 84.6% (22 people). weavers are advised to warm up before work and stretch the muscles more often while working.

Abstract

Garbage is a serious problem that needs more attention. Household waste is the biggest contributor to the waste problem, especially municipal solid waste due to population density. The purpose of writing this article is to see the relationship between the role of officers, attitudes and behavior of household waste management in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional type, with 100 respondents. Research variables are the role of officers, attitudes and behavior of waste management. Research instruments using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test. The results showed less than half of the people had bad behavior (46%) in household waste management. More than half of the people said that officers had no role (54%) and lacked attitude (5%) in waste management. there is a meaningful relationship between the role of the officer (p-value 0.005) on community behavior in household waste management. There is no significant relationship between attitudes (p-value 0.124) on community behavior in household waste management. there is a meaningful relationship between the role of officers on community behavior in household waste management. There is no meaningful relationship between attitudes towards community behavior in household waste management.
