Abstract

The Book of Ta‘limul Muta‘allim is one of a series of yellow books which are widely studied and become guidelines for santri in Islamic boarding schools. Al-Ishlahuddiny Islamic Boarding School Kediri Lobar is one of the huts that studies the book Ta'limul Muta'allim, and the book in the al-Ishlahuddiny boarding school is used as a reference to form students who become moral children, this cottage is not it sounds strange because this cottage is one of the oldest cottages in Lombok. This cottage, when viewed from the output side, has printed many polite students, tawaddu ', waro', preachers, experts in yellow books and become ustaz ustazah and master teachers. At the alIshlahuddiny Islamic boarding school in the Mahad Aly section of the institution, the contents of the book Ta‘limul Muta‘allim have been applied as a reference to form students who become moral students. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy of applying the ideal concept of students according to imam az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim in Mahad Aly pondok pondokren al-Ishlahuddiny kediri Lombok Barat and the results of its application in the Pondok. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. For data collection used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of this study through observation, interviews, and documentation about the strategy of applying the ideal concept of students according to imam az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim in Mahad Aly Islamic boarding school al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri Lombok Barat using several strategies namely the attitude of exemplary, habituation, devotion, and giving advice. While the results of the implementation strategy are Mahad Aly students of Al-Ishlahuddiny Islamic Boarding School to be respectful to teachers and knowledge, waro ', patience and resignation and discipline.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the culture and religion value contains in an English textbook for junior high school. Culture and religion have integrated into each utterance that is in the textbook. The study used the qualitative approach through a content analysis method. The procedure value analysis used Byram’s theory. Data were taken from an utterance in each chapter. The result of the data analysis found that belief and behaviour have 22,8%, socialization and life cycle has 60%, stereotypes and national identity has 11,4%, and Social and political institution has 5,8%. The value that dominates in the textbook is socialization and life cycle. The material in the textbook concern to a local and simple concept.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population of this research is all stocks that are included in the largest market capitalization for the period January - March 2020 with a total of 50 shares. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, so that 28 stocks were obtained as the research sample. The variables of this research are stock price, JCI, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risk, Selected Shares and Proportion of Funds. The data analysis method used in this study is the Single Index Model. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there are 3 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation and the proportion of funds for each of these stock, namely PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) 53.40%, 45.48% stock of PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) by 45.48% and stock of PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) by 1.12%. The implication of this research is to provide an overview or information for investors about the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam kapitalisasi pasar terbesar periode Januari – Maret tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 50 saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehhingga diperoleh 28 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga saham, IHSG, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risiko, Saham Terpilih dan Proporsi Dana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Model Indeks Tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat 3 saham yang memenuhi kriteria pembentukan portofolio optimal dan besar proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut, yakni saham PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) sebesar 53,40%, 45,48% saham PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) sebesar 45,48% dan saham PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) sebesar 1,12%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran atau informasi bagi para investor tentang potensi keuntungan dan kerugian saham syariah pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Today's technological advances have many positive impacts on human life, especially the ease of communication. However, the negative impacts were not insignificant, including on aspects of the character of the technology users. The important thing that needs to be noticed is how to attempt to defeat the negative impacts caused. This context is the research which was conducted. The purpose of this research is to explore how the implementation of character education for santri in the technological era at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri, West Lombok. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The validity of the data was checked through triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of this study indicate that, the character education for santri in the technological era at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri, West Lombok is implemented in integrating character education in the process of teaching and learning the boarding materials and instilling character values ??in programmed daily activities. The character values ??implemented in Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School are religious, independent, disciplined, honest, creative, hard work, integrity, responsibility and behaving politely to everyone. The implementation of character education is an effective strategy to prevent various negative impacts caused by current technological advances on the santri of Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School Kediri West Lombok. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini telah memberikan banyak dampak positif pada kehidupan manusia terutama kemudahan berkomunikasi. Namun demikian, dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan juga tidak sedikit, di antaranya pada aspek karakter pengguna teknologi tersebut. Hal penting yang perlu dilakukan adalah bagaimana upaya untuk menanggulagi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan tersebut. Konteks inilah penelitian ini dilakukan. Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter santri pada era teknologi di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data dicek melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, implementasi pendidikan karakter santri pada era teknologi di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri Lombok Barat yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam proses belajar mengajar kepondokan dan menanamkan nilai karakter dalam kegiatan harian yang diprogramkan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang diimplementasikan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim yaitu religius, mandiri, disiplin, jujur, kreatif, kerja keras, integritas, tanggung jawab dan berperilaku sopan kepada semua orang. Implementasi pendidikan karakter tersebut merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk mencegah berbagai dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh kemajuan teknologi saat ini terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri Lombok Barat.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out the language anxiety levels encountered by the freshmen of English Language Education Department, the reasons of the language anxiety, and how the students cope with the language anxiety. It is a mixed-method study conducted in an Islamic private university in Malang. The population included 128 English Language Education Department freshmen in the academic year 2019/2020. Through convenience sampling, 32 students from six speaking classes were obtained. A survey using Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety (FLCAS) questionnaire and interview were applied as the techniques to gather the data. The findings revealed that 91% freshmen are identified to experience a medium level of anxiety (76-119). Besides, the reasons of the language anxiety included communication apprehension, fear of negative evaluation, and fear of making mistakes in the test. Several ways to cope with the language anxiety comprised practicing before class and keeping the up with the positive mind. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan berbahasa yang dialami oleh mahasiswa baru Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, alasan kecemasan berbahasa, dan cara mahasiswa mengatasi kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yang dilakukan di sebuah universitas swasta Islam di Malang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 128 mahasiswa baru Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Melalui convenience sampling, diperoleh 32 siswa dari enam kelas berbicara. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety (FLCAS) dan wawancara. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa 91% mahasiswa baru diidentifikasi mengalami tingkat kecemasan sedang (76-119). Selain itu, alasan kecemasan bahasa termasuk ketakutan komunikasi, takut evaluasi negatif, dan takut membuat kesalahan dalam ujian. Beberapa cara untuk mengatasi kecemasan bahasa terdiri dari berlatih sebelum kelas dan menjaga pikiran positif.

Abstract

Cases of domestic violence began to emerge with various forms and motives in North Lombok Regency. One approach that can be used to reduce the level of domestic violence is a by da’wah approach. This study describes the da’wah communication model in suppressing the level of domestic violence in KUA (Religious Affairs Office) of Tanjung North Lombok District. This research is a descriptive analysis research with qualitative approach using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation dan interview methods. The conclusion of this this study were: 1) The level of domestic violence in Tanjung, North Lombok District was quite significant. Some of the factor the occurrence of domestic violence was: lack of religion understanding, early married, sirri (unregistered married, patriarchal culture, economic and educational factor. 2) The model of da’wah communication conducted by Islamic counselor was a representation of KUA Tanjung District North Lombok That promoting the model of counselling, guidance and mediation. Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga mulai mengemuka dengan berbagai bentuk dan motif di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah dengan dengan pendekatan dakwah. Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang model komunikasi dakwah dalam menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di KUA Kecamatan Tanjung Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analysis. Menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Tingkat terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah di Tanjung Lombok Utara cukup signifikan. Beberapa faktor yang melatar belakangi terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah: Minimnya pemahaman agama, Pernikahan dini; Poligami Sirri, Budaya Patriarki, faktor ekonomi dan faktor pendidikan. Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan rumah tangga yang diterjadi di Tanjung Lombok Utara didominasi oleh kekerasan fisik dan psikologis. 2) Model komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh agama Islam yang merupakan refresentasi dari KUA Kecamatan Tanjung Lombok Utara lebih mengedepankan model konseling, bimbigan dan mediasi. Dengan model ini penyuluh agama Islam lebih mudah melakukan pemetaan masalah dan rumusan solusi untuk menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

Child education within families in Lelede village is performed by parents by means of various methods according to the level of their understanding about child education related to faith. Faith education for the children is crucial because it is influential upon their everyday conducts. In Qur’an Chapter of Lukman verse No. 13, Allah SWT narrated the story of the Prophet Lukman by mentioning goodness in that he was given Hikmah (wisdom) and that he advised his kids and inherited them the worthiest of his knowing. That is why, he preached his kids not to worship anything except Allah SWT. This research drew on the qualitative approach in which the data were collected through observation, in-depth interview, and focus-group discussion, and documentation. The intensive process of the research took place for almost a year that involved a hundred informants consisting of villages, academics, public and religious figures in the village of Lelede, Kediri West Lombok. It was found that the factors affecting the child education within the families were the active role of their parents in educating their offspring, positive interaction between them, strong supports from the parents and family and the presence of adequate love and affection as well as attention given towards the kids in educating their kids in the families. This study encapsulated that the child education in the families seen from the perspective of Qs. Luqmanverse No. 13 sheds lights on the importance of faith education for the children not to worship anything except Allah SWT. The noble advices of the parents occur because of the pure and wise attitude of their parents for the better future of their kids. Pendidikan anak dalam keluarga di desa Lelede dilaksanakan oleh orang tua dengan berbagai bentuk dan metode sesuai dengan tingkat pemahaman orang tua tentang pendidikan anak terkait keimanan. Pendidikan keimanan terhadap anak sangat penting karena inilah yang menjadi motor penggerak dalam melaksanakan semua perbuatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di dalam Al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 13 Allah SWT menyebutkan kisah Luqman dengan sebutan yang baik, bahwa dia telah menganugerahinya hikmah dan Luqman menasihati anaknya yang merupakan buah hatinya, maka wajarlah bila ia memberikan kepada orang yang paling dikasihinya sesuatu yang paling utama dari pengetahuannya. Karena itulah hal pertama yang dia pesankan kepada anaknya ialah hendaknya ia menyembah Allah semata, jangan mempersekutukannya dengan sesuatu pun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, FGD, dan studi dokumentasi. Proses penelitian intensif berlangsung selama hampir satu tahun dengan melibatkan lebih dari seratus informan yang terdiri dari warga, akademisi, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh agama di desa Lelede, Kediri Lombok Barat. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan anak dalam keluarga ialah peran aktif orang tua dalam mendidik anak dalam keluarga, adanya interaksi yang baik antara orang tua dan anak, adanya dukungan yang kuat dari orang tua dan keluarga, dan memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang yang cukup dalam mendidik anak dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan anak dalam keluarga perspektif Qs. Luqman ayat 13 menjelaskan tentang pentingnya pendidikan keimanan anak untuk tidak menyekutukan Allah dengan sesuatu apapun. Pesan mulia orang tua kepada anak ini terjadi karena sikap tulus orang tua yang bijaksana terhadap nasib masa depan anaknya.

Abstract

Behavioral-based madrasa headship leadership can foster the performance of teachers in East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah. Every task entrusted to the teachers is done well. The focus of the study in this study includes (1) Madrasa head's visionary leadership style in strengthening performance in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. (2) Madrasa head specific behavior in strengthening teacher performance in East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, and (3) Implications of behavior-based visionary leadership style of madrasa heads in strengthening teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, East Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the methods used in this study are observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is a study in which data is expressed in verbal form and analyzed without using statistical data. The data validity checking technique is done through continuous observation and triangulation of data. The results of the study show that: (1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster at the East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah in leading the teachers in the madrasah is based on their characteristics, behavior, situation, and acceptance. Through the leadership of the headmaster, the teachers accept and acknowledge the headmaster's leadership. (2) The performance of teachers in Madrasah Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, East Lombok State is quite good. The teachers carry out tasks with discipline, dedication, and high responsibility. (3) Behavioral-based visionary leadership style of madrasa heads in strengthening the performance of teachers in East Lombok Ibtida'iyah State Madrasahs, including exemplary, discipline, independence, Through the behavioral-based madrasa head visionary leadership style, teachers carry out their duties properly according to their respective fields of work -mind. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dapat membina kinerja para guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. Setiap tugas yang dipercayakan kepada para guru dikerjakan degan baik. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini mencakup (1) Gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah dalam penguatan kinerja di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. (2) Perilaku spesisif kepala madrasah dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur, dan (3) Implikasi gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara/interview, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang datanya dinyatakan dalam bentuk verbal dan menganalisis tanpa menggunakan data statistik. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan terus-menerus dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur dalam memimpin para guru di madrasah didasarkan pada ciri-cirinya, perilakunya, situasinya, dan penerimaannya. Melalui kepemimpinan kepala madrasah tersebut, para guru menerima dan mengakui terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. (2) Kinerja guru di Madrasah Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur tergolong baik. Para guru melaksanakan tugas-tugas dengan kedisiplinan, dedikasi, dan tanggung jawab tinggi. (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur, mencakup keteladanan, kedisiplinan, kemandirian, Melalui gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku tersebut, para guru melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik sesuai bidang tugasnya masing-masing.

Abstract

This research is a research conducted with the aim of knowing the management strategy of zakat fund distribution by the City of BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) of Mataram City, what factors are obstacles when distributing zakat funds and the role of zakat fund distribution strategies in increasing the empowerment of mustahik in the City Mataram. This research includes field research. From the nature of the data, this research is a descriptive qualitative study. Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques, then conducted interviews, and used documentation, both documentation from BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) of Mataram City as well as other documentation relating to the focus of research in this study. The findings of this study are the strategy of distributing zakat funds by the City of Mataram BAZNAS showing that from a number of strategies that have been carried out by the City of BAZNAS Mataram itself is still less than optimal, especially in the empowerment of Mustahiq in the City of Mataram. The management strategy undertaken in the distribution of zakat funds has yet to have a significant impact on Mustahik himself, due to the lack of direct socialization. This has caused Muzakki's lack of understanding and trust in distributing his zakat through the City of Mataram BAZNAS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui strategi manajemen pendistribusian dana zakat oleh BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) Kota Mataram, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat pada saat mendistribusikan dana zakat serta peranan strategi pendistribusian dana zakat dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan mustahik di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research). Dari sifat datanya, penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, kemudian melakukan wawancara, dan menggunakan dokumentasi, baik itu dokumentasi dari BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) Kota Mataram sendiri serta dokumentasi-dokumentasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pendistribusian dana zakat oleh BAZNAS Kota Mataram menunjukkan bahwa dari beberapa strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kota Mataram sendiri masih kurang optimal, terutama dalam pemberdayaan Mustahiq di Kota Mataram. Strategi manajemen yang dilakukan dalam pendistribusian dana zakat masih belum menimbulkan dampak signifikan yang dirasakan oleh mustahik sendiri, karena kurangnya sosialisasi secara langsung. Hal ini menimbulkan kurangnya pemahaman dan kepercayaan Muzakki dalam menyalurkan harta zakatnya melalui BAZNAS Kota Mataram.

Abstract

True education makes people more respectful of differences and understanding diversity. Schools offer openness, moderation, and peace, not closure, extremism, and violence. But in reality on the ground, schools are actually not sterile from the outbreak of intolerance and the virus of radicalism. A number of studies show at one conclusion - which is almost agreed on - that intolerance in the world of education is increasing. Starting from rejecting leaders of different religions, do not want to respect the flag, the veil obligation, to those who openly support the khilafah. The entry of intolerance is assessed entering from three doors. First, teacher. Teacher understanding often determines how students behave and act. Second, the curriculum which is still dogmatic-doctrinaire does not provide space for dialogue and imagination. Third, extra activities are loaded with certain ideologies. In this context, it is necessary to return to voice moderation in schools. Attitudes that are not extreme right, always negate everything; nor extreme left, accommodating anything from outside; but rather be selective-accommodating. Teaching selective-accommodative attitude to students, has its own challenges. Not to mention the tendency of religious ways that are practical, instant, and do not want to be complicated, on the one hand; plus the penetration of social media - borrowing the language of Tom Nicholas (Death of Expertise, 2017) - there is a democratization of information, everyone is equal in it, on the other hand. Making moderation mainstreaming projects in schools has its challenges. Pendidikan sejatinya membuat manusia lebih menghargai perbedaaan dan memahami keragaman.Sekolah mengarjakan keterbukaan, moderasi, dan kedamaian, bukan ketertutupan, ekstrim, dan kekerasan.Akan tetapi fakta di lapangan, sekolah justru tidak streril dari wabah intoleransi dan virus radikalisme. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan pada satu kesimpulan –yang hampir disepakati—bahwa intoleransi dalam dunia pendidikan semakian meningkat. Mulai dari menolak pemimpin beda agama, tidak mau menghormat bendera, pewajiban jilbab, sampai yang terang-terangan mendukung khilafah. Masuknya intoleransi dinilai masuk dari tiga pintu. Pertama, guru. Pemahaman guru sering menentukan cara bersikap dan bertindak siswa. Kedua, kurikulum yang masih dogmatis-doktriner, tidak memberikan ruang untuk berdialetika dan berimajinasi. Ketiga, kegiatan ekstra yang sarat dengan ideologi tertentu. Dalam konteks inilah, perlu kembali menyuarakan moderasi di sekolah. Sikap yang tidak ekstrim kanan, selalu menegasikan semuanya; juga tidak ekstrim kiri, menampung apapun dari luar; melainkan bersikap selektif-akomodatif. Mengajarkan sikap selektif-akomodatif kepada peserta didik, mendapat tantangan tersendiri. Belum lagi adanya kecenderungan cara beragama yang praktis, instan, dan tidak mau ribet, di satu sisi; di tambah penetrasi media sosial –meminjam bahasa Tom Nicholas (Matinya Kepakaran, 2017) – terjadi demokratisasi infomasi, semua orang setara di dalamnya, di sisi lain. Membuat proyek pengarusutamaan moderasi di sekolah mendapat tantangannya tersendiri.
