<![CDATA[One of the most usable polymers is PPV:PCBM, PPV polymer mixed with PCBM polymer with ratio 3:1 can generate higher efficiency rate compared to the others. When preparing the solar cell, the available hybrid polymer has ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PPV:PCBM/Carbon lithography structure, however the solar cell of this kind has some problems which is PEDOT:PSS tend to became hygroscopic when placed in the bottom layer will absorb more water until the performance of the solar cell decreases. This study will discuss hybrid polymer solar cell with reversed structure, where the PEDOT:PSS layer will be placed on the uppermost to avoid the lack of previously built solar cells, and CuO also used in this solar cells as doping to increase the efficiency rate of the solar cells. As a doping, the concentration of CuO will be varied from 0.5 mole and 0.75 mole. In the other side, the thick coating of CuO also varied from 1x, 2x and 3x. All prepared solar cells then characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to determine the crystal size, the thick of the layer and the surface’s morphological structure, 4-point probe system to measure the efficiency rate. The result of the CuO doping proved to be able to increase the efficiency rate of the previously built solar cells with the highest efficiency rate result is 3.237% with the 1 mole concentration of CuO and 1x coating. The crystal size of CuO was 23.19 – 23.25 nm.]]>

<![CDATA[Actually these material has been applying in students daily life. The students could be given a problem in learning process that related to reality. The correct model can be used is Problem Based Learning. The research purpose is to make student worksheets (LKDP) based on problem in polymer and carbohydrate material. This research use 4-D to find the validation, there are 4 steps; (1) define (2) design (3) develop and (4) disseminate but in this research only use until develop step. Instrumentations are questioner validity that filled by lecture and teacher, questioner practicalities is filled by students in SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. Data from this research will be analyzed using Cohen’s kappa formula. Based on the analysis of questionnaire known that LKPD produced has a very high validity category (κ=0,88) very high practicalities (κ=0,97) based on teacher judgement; and high practicalities (κ=0,94) based on student judgement.

<![CDATA[The learning proces with the curriculum 2013 refers to the scientific approach. The purpose of this research is to develop e-module based on a scientific approach to class X SMA/MA and determine the level of validity and practicality of e-modules depeloped. The type of this research is research and development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. E-module which is caried out is validity and practicality test. The validity test was carried out by 2 chemistry lectures at FMIPA UNP, 3 chemistry teachers at SMAN 8 Padang, while the practicality test is carried out by 3 chemistry teachers of SMAN 8 Padang and 30 students of class X IPA 5 SMAN 8 Padang in 2019/2020. The instrument used for this research was a validity questionnire and practicality questionnaire whose results will be analyzed using the cohen kappa formula. This research produced an atomic structure, e-module based on scientific approach with a mean moment of kappa is 0,85 with a very high level of validity. The results of the teacher practicality test and the practicality test of the students obtained an average of kappa moments sequentially were 0,85 and 0,84 with very high degree of practicality.]]>

<![CDATA[Buffer solutions are learning that many have early knowledge related to new lessons to be learned. Students can understand learning buffer solutions if the prior knowledge related to this material is understood. This study aims to analyze the relationship of prior knowledge with learning difficulties students in learning buffer solutions at SMAN 2 Solok. This type of research is Descriptive research on class XI students of SMAN 2 Solok by giving a test Two-Tier diagnostics. The research subjects were 34 students. Data analysis techniques are carried outquantitative aims to determine the percentage of student learning difficulties in learning buffer solution and percentage of learning difficulties in prior knowledge. From the research it was found that the percentage of students experiencing learning difficulties with a very high category average was not in accordance with scientific understanding, namely in the subject matter of the properties of buffer solution, capacity buffer solution, buffer solution mechanism, and pH of the buffer solution. Preliminary knowledge which affects the Bronsted Lowry ionization reaction, acid-base strength, acid base stoichiometry, acid-base pH and equilibrium constant.

<![CDATA[Personal Hygiene is an action to maintain one's hygiene and health for physical and psychological well-being. However, in reality the personal Hygiene of employees is not considered. One solution to overcome this problem is the application of personal hygiene in Pondok Bakso Mas Tris. The purpose of this study was to find out personal hygiene, general health, exercise and fresh air, cleanliness of employees and cleanliness of clothes. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the overall questionnaire results obtained statements from consumers as follows: strongly agree as much as 62.96%, agree 34.81% and less agree 2.22%, disagree 0%. So that it can be concluded that public health (general health) pay more attention to employees in maintaining general health in serving consumers. Based on the overall questionnaire results obtained statements from consumers as follows: strongly agree as much as 69.16%, agree 17.22% and disagree 8.47%, disagree 5.13%. So that it can be concluded that personal hygiene (personal cleanlines) on mas tris meatball huts pay little attention to personal hygiene and underestimate personal hygiene that has an impact on service to consumers who come. Based on the results of the consumer kepuasana questionnaire on mas tris meatball hut, it was found that strongly agreed 63.11%, agreed 35.11% did not agree 1.78% did not agree 0.0%. looks clean and neat when working. So that consumers love visiting continue to take care of the mas tris meatball hut. So it can be concluded that the Personal Hygiene at Pondok Bakso Mas Tris on Public Health, Personal Hygiene and Work Wear is very much considered.

<![CDATA[Fokus penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan, kemampuan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nusantara Beta Farma (NBF) Sumatera Barat. Motivasi kerja karyawan, kemampuan kerja karyawan dan kinerja karyawan menjadi kebutuhan bagi perusahaan karena memiliki dimensi ekonomi, karyawan dengan motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja baik yang akan mampu menjalankan perusahaan dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga mendorong terwujudnya kinerja perusahaan yang baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional dan deskriptif asosiatif.Unit yang dianalisa adalah semua karyawan yang berada dilokasi pabrik Pasar Usang yang berjumlah 69 kiaryawan.Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan 4 poin skala likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Data secara kuantitatif dianalisa dengan uji Product moment coefficient correlation. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif menggambarkan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan, kemampuan kerja karjawan dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori cukup baik.Secara statistik menggambarkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dan kemampuan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, jadi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal karyawan dan faktor internal perusahaan.

<![CDATA[Tandem polymer solar cells are one of the potential candidates as an alternative energy source that produces electricity. Light absorption is carried out by active coating with material P3HT:PCBM and PPV: PCBM which is semiconductor. This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooper (II) Oxide (CuO) concentration and increase the amount of material coating on the active layer with variations in coating on topcell and bottomcell on the performance of solar cells. The XRD characterization results showed an influence on the crystal structure of the adsorption coefficient of CuO because the better the structural K of CuO , where the CuO Crystal structure was determined by the value of Crystal or ACS ( Average Cristal Size), the best value of ACO CuO at concentration 0 , 75M CuO with a value of 23,525 nm . The results of SEM characterization showed that CuO had a more uniform and homogeneous layer morphology. The highest efficiency is obtained from the comparison of P3HT: PCBM on topcell and PPV: PCBM on bottomcell (2: 1) which is 4.37 % with current strength of 0.0 5 mA and voltage of 4.098 V.

<![CDATA[Comic is juxtaposed pictorial and other image in delibrate squence, intended to convey information and produce an aesthetic response in the viewer or reader. This reaserch aims to develope matter and characteristics colered comic for learning class VII SMP/MTs as learning media and to determine the validity and practicality level as media function. The type of this research is Research and Development (R&D) with 4-D models: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop and (4) disseminate. This research is restricted until develop.The matter and characteristics colored comic was validated by two chemistry lecturers of FMIPA UNP and three sciense teachers of SMPN 4 Padang. The particality test was done by three sciense teachers of SMPN 4 Padang and 32 students of VII.2 class SMPN 4 Padang. This research used validity and practicality questionnaire as instrument. The coleccting data techniqe was conducted by distibuting the questionnaire and analyzed by Kappa Cohen formula. The result of analyzed show that matter and characteristics colored comic as learning media has 0,83 validity level and categorized as very high validity. The practicality level of this media has 0,87 categorized very high. The colored comic is very valid and practical to use as learnig media.

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas IV (satu) SD Negeri 20 Sitiung melalui pendekatan matematika realistik pada operasi hitung. Dari hasil observasi peneliti di SD N 20 Sitiung di kelas IV, di ketahui siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar matematika tentang pembelajaran operasi hitung campuran, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perkalian dan pembagian. Pada saat guru menjelaskan pelajaran tersebut di depan kelas siswa mengerti, tapi bila siswa diberikan soal latihan yang berbeda siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal tersebut. Seperti pada waktu guru menjelaskan pembelajaran tentang perkalian siswa mengerti setelah guru membuat soal pembagian dan perkalian dalam bentuk operasi hitung campuran siswa mulai bingung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuatitatif, karena peneliti ingin mengamati fenomena yang terjadi di dalam kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP penerapan model-model pembelajaran. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata komponen RPP penerapan model-model pembelajaran 69%, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata komponen RPP penerapan model-model pembelajaran 83%, terjadi peningkatan 14%.

<![CDATA[This paper is a study of the story of the institution, which illustrates the deveopment of educational institutions namely SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping was bron from 1955 and going until now. This paper illustrates how the development of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping since it is inception until 2016 which focuses on the changing school status.the developments school starts from fillial to change in independent schools, superior classes and referral schools. So that it can see the contribution of this education to the development of education in Pasaman Regency. This writing uses a descriptive method which is supported by historical methods. The steps in this study are inseperable from historical methods and qualitative methods are often used, namely; Heusristics in the from of data colletion or information from documents and interviews with resource persons in the from of school development and managenent. Then criticism (extren and intern) then the interpretation and final writing.
