Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap Minat PKM-K mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.209 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 300 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adversity quotient berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat PKM-K mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Minat PKM-K, Adversity Quotient

Abstract

Sebuah lagu akan dipresentasikan pada graf berbobot, berdasarkan interval nada dan ketukan nada, serta mencoba menyanyikan sebuah lagu dengan melihat lintasan graf berbobot pada lagu tersebut. Kemudian menentukan simpul dari notasi nada-nada pada sebuah lagu dan sisi dari dua nada yang berhubungan. Sebagai bobot sisi pada lagu berdasarkan interval nada berskala mayor dan ketukan nada-nada pada lagu, kemudian menggambarkan bentuk graf berbobot dari lagu tersebut. Sebuah lagu saat dibentuk graf berbobot berdasarkan interval nada akan mempunyai derajat masuk dan derajat keluar yang sama pada setiap simpul dan memenuhi Lemma Jabat Tangan, sedangkan saatdibuat graf berbobot berdasarkan ketukan nada baik perbaris syair lagu atau secara keseluruhan derajat masuk dan derajat keluar dari lagu tersebut tidaklah sama dan tidak memenuhi Lemma Jabat Tangan, dan untuk menyanyikan graf berbobot pada sebuah lagu dengan mengikuti arah, dan urutan nama pada setiap sisi pada graf bobot tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is based on the condition and indication of the change of view or paradigm in the society of Jujun Village, Keriling Lake District, in view of the status and stratification of a person in relation to the level of education. This study aims to see how the impact caused by education on social stratification in Jujun Village Keriling District Lake Kerinci Province Jambi Province. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. This research is located in Jujun Village, Surrounding Lake Kerinci District, Jambi Province. Informants in this study are community leaders, Civil Servants and villagers JujunKecamatan Keliling Lake Kerinci District Jambi Province. Data were collected by interview and documentation study. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion from the existing data to obtain the perfect data. The results show that education occupying the upper social layers in Jujun Village society and education greatly impacts social stratification in Jujun Village, because for previously uneducated community members, it is not so valued and respected in society. However, when he is able to complete his education to college and obtain a bachelor's degree he will be able to be in the upper social class, even though his family background is of the lower class. So that cause education in Jujun Village society is increasing. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that education has an impact on social stratification in Jujun Village, Keriling Lake District. In Jujun Village society, education is seen as a way to be respected and respected so as to gain a better position and be in the upper social class in society . It is suggested to the community to be able to maintain their paradigm in viewing education and related parties such as Jujun Village government is expected to provide support for the progress of education in Jujun Village itself. Especially to members of the community from the lower classes if they want to send their children to school. Keywords: education, stratification and community

Abstract

Syariah Marketing merupakan konsep marketing yang telah dijalankan berdasarkan konsep keislaman yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. Konsep Syariah Marketing tergolong baru dan menjadi solusi alternative dalam praktek bisnis ditengah persaingan usaha yang mulai meninggalkan nilai-nilai dari praktik bisnis yang sesungguhnya. Syariah Marketing bukan hanya sebuah marketing yang ditambahkan syariah, tetapi lebih jauhnya bermakna suatu pemahaman akan pentingnya nilai-nilai etika dan moral pada praktik pemarasan yang harusnya masih sangat relevan jika dijelaskan dan dipraktikkan secara detail kepada pelaku bisnis. Syariah Marketing kini mulai diterapkan diberbagai perusahaan jasa, salah satunya adalah PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan Bank Syariah Mandiri, khususnya Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padang yang sejak pertama didirikan pada tahun 1999, secara operational dan manajerialnya telah menerapkan prinsip Syariah Marketing, yakni Karakteristik Syariah Marketing. Mengingat bahwa seringkali etika dari pemasar yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariat Islam dan meningkatnya jumlah nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri dari tahun ke tahunnya. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi karakteristik syariah marketing tersebut maka yang patut diteliti adalah, pertama analisis implementasi karakteristik syariah marketing sebagai strategi meningkatkan nasabah pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padang. Kedua, bagaimana kesesuaian antara konsep syariah marketing dengan fakta yang dipraktikkan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padang. Dalama implementasinya, Bank Syariah Mandiri harus memenuhi 4 karakteristik dalam syariah marketing yang dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi pemasar, yaitu : (1) Teistis (rabbaniyah) (2) Etis (akhlaqiyah) (3) Realistis (al-waqi’iyyah) (4) Humanistis (al-insaniyyah).   Keywords: Syariah, Marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap mahasiswa semester satu program studi tehnik sipil Universitas Ekasakti, Padang. Latar belakang dalam  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa memperoleh kesulitan dalam  pembendaharaan kata-kata dalam  pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Kemudian, masalah ini juga datang, dimna dalam  observasi, penulis melihat dimana dosen berusaha dalam menggunakan sedikit metode dalam  pembelajaran.  Sehingga,adapun rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kesulitan siswa dalam pembedaharaan kata-kata; dan (2) Di dalam pembelajaran, dosen  berusaha menggunakan metode. Adapun,  tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak positif penggunaan gambar dalam memperbaiki kemampuan mahasiswa dalam kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan melalui satu siklus penelitian dengan menggunakan gambar dalam mengajar mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris. Jumlah partisipannya adalah 40 mahasiswa. Dalam  tehnik penggumpulan data,penulis  menggunakan tes, data yang diperoleh di penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner. Sedangkan, di dalam analisa data, penulis menggunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dan ,hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan jumlah kosakata mahasiswa dari penggunaan gambar dalam proses belajar mengajar yang mana bisa dilihat dari nilai rata-rata mahasiswa meningkat dari 53 menjadi 63, pada siklus I, dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari siklus II menjadi 80. Selain itu, motivasi dan minat belajar mahasiswa dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris meningkat.

Abstract

Research this aim deskripted about Moivation Activity of Office subdistrict head Gunung Kerinci. Focus of research which lift to motivation increase effectiveness. Include : effectiveness in performance succes a job . and also to the which factors and obstruct implement subdistrict head Gunung Kerinci. Technique of data cellecting which use is research qualitatives. Source of document obtain get from key informan and informan by using tecnique purposive sampling that is tecnique determination sampel which accomodate with purpose to research.Result of research show that motivation activity on offfice subdistrict head Gunung Kerinci pertained hve a good enough. Factors of which pickaba in execution motivation prima facie job activity is medium the complete infrastructure and good which comunications. Abstract

Mathematics subjects are one of the subjects included in the national exam (UN). In dealing with the National Examination it takes preparation and lots of practice questions and has complete teaching materials to make it easy to repeat the lesson both independently. But in reality, most students do not have complete questions about the collection of UN materials. Therefore it is designed a teaching material that can increase students' interest in the material and work on practice questions to deal with the National Examination. The purpose of this study was to produce an independent worksheet for the preparation of integrated mathematics national exams constructivism approach equipped with modified crossword puzzles. The development model is the 4D model, Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Stage Develop is the development stage to produce independent worksheets for preparation of integrated mathematics national exams. Constructivism approach is equipped with a valid modified crossword puzzle game. Independent worksheets are validated by three experts using the validation sheet. Based on the analysis carried out, the value of the validity of teaching materials in the form of independent worksheets for preparation of integrated mathematics national exams constructivism approach is equipped with a modified crossword puzzle game of 91.87 with very valid criteria. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of output, wage rate, and investment on employment opportunities in Indonesia. The type of this research is descriptive and associative research. While the type of data is documentary data, the data source is secondary data and time series data from the first quarter of 2001 until the fourth quarter of 2010. Endogenous variables in this study inflation and employment. Exogenous variables are output, interest rate, wage rate, and investment. Output, wage rates have a significant effect on employment opportunities in Indonesia. While investment has no significant effect on employment opportunities in Indonesia. Based on the results of these studies policies that can be recommended is the government needs to make policy in setting the minimum wage. In order for investment to positively affect employment opportunities in Indonesia, the company is expected to create more labor-intensive business field, so that job opportunities can increase. The government needs to provide incentives to companies that invest in businesses that absorb a lot of labor.

Abstract

This paper discusses an activity which is a part of design research in line with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The aim of the study is to design an instructional activity that can introduce the idea of the position of numbers on closed number line. This paper describes the use of guess my number game to introduce the position of numbers on closed number line to second grades pupils in Indonesia age ranged from 8 to 9 year. The episodes of classroom discussion were analyzed to see how the design works. The analysis focuses on the role of the game in emerging the idea of the position of numbers. The observation provides the information of classroom norms that allows pupils to attain mathematical idea. The analysis reveals that the idea of the position of numbers emerged when pupils engaged in the game.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang teratur dan berencana untuk mengubah perilaku manusia atau mengembangkan potensi diri sesuai yang diinginkan oleh tujuan pendidikan. Melalui sekolah, siswa belajar berbagai macam hal. Salah satu pendekatan yang membuat pembelajaran lebih bermakna adalah pendekatan yang besifat holistik. Pembelajaran holisitk sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan siswa, karakteristik  cara siswa belajar, konsep belajar dan pembelajaran bermakna. Pembelajaran terpadu melalui pendekatan holisitk. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami berbagai mata pelajaran, konsep, keterampilan  yang dapat dijadikan alat  untuk mempelajari dan menjelajahi tema yang dipelajari. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang peneliti lakukan di SD N 20 Sitiung, ditemui bahwa model pendekatan yang selama ini dilakukan didepan kelas masih kurang bisa memancing motivasi dan semangat siswa dalam belajar. Pendekatan yang akan peneliti gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N 20 Sitiung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan holistik dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa siswa kelas II.B. SD N 20 Sitiung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai siswa pada siklus II lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siklus I, nilai siklus I yaitu 6,95 sedangkan nilai siklus II yaitu 7,6.   Kata kunci: Keterampilan Berbahasa, Pendekatan Holistik, Sekolah Dasar, Sitiung.
