<![CDATA[The mathematical communication skill is an important aspect and should be achieved in the learning process of mathematics. The importance of mathematical communication skil for students make this capability need to be improved in the learning process of mathematics in every level of education. But, in fact mathematics communication skill of grade X IIS SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP still low. One of the solution of problem is imprementing flipped classroom learning in the mathematics learning process. The purpose of the research is to analyze the students mathematics communication skill that be tought using flipped classroom is better than using conventional learning in the grade X IIS SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. This research used sample random sampling grade X IIS 4 as experimental class and grade X IIS 3 as control class. Final test data analysis of mathematics communication skill that is used is t test on real stage α=0,05, so get P-value=0,008. Because P-value < α, so accept H0. It can be concluded that students mathematic communication skill by using flipped classroom learning better than conventional learning in grade X IIS SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran disekolah seorang guru hendaknya pandai memilih model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Dengan mengunakan model-model pembelajaran yang sesuai ini siswa dapat termotivasi dalam belajar untuk meningkatkan prestasinya khususnya pada ujian akhir sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model-model pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru dan belajar siswa, ini terbukti pada siklus pertama semua guru (sembilan orang) mencantumkan penilaian hasil belajar dalam RPP penerapan model-model pembelajarannya meskipun sub-sub komponennya (teknik, bentuk instrumen, soal), pedoman penskoran, dan kunci jawabannya kurang lengkap. Jika dipersentasekan, 56% orang guru masing-masing mendapat skor 1 dan 3 (kurang baik dan baik), tiga orang mendapat skor 2 (cukup baik), dan satu orang mendapat skor 4 (sangat baik). Pada siklus II ke kesembilan guru tersebut mencantumkan penilaian hasil belajar dalam RPP penerapan model-model pembelajarannya meskipun ada guru yang masih keliru dalam menentukan teknik dan bentuk penilaiannya. Tujuh orang mendapat skor 3 (baik) dan satu orang mendapat skor 4 (sangat baik). Jika dipersentasekan, 78%, terjadi peningkatan 22% dari siklus I.

<![CDATA[This study aims to produce e-module acid base titration based scientific approach and reveal the level of validity and practicality of the e-module. The type of research used is development research or Research and Development (R & D) using the Plomp development model (Preliminary Research, Prototyping Stage, and Assessment Phase). The research instrument used in the form of questionnaires in the form of validity sheets and practicality of- e-acid base titration module-based scientific approach validated by 5 validators consisting of 2 chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP,1 lecturer graphic design/multimedia FT UNP and 2 chemistry teachers from SMAN 15 Padang. Practicality tests were carried out on 2 chemistry teachers and 20 students of class XII of SMAN 15 Padang. The results of the analysis of the validity sheet, the practicality of the teacher and the practicality of the students showed the average moment scores of kappa (k) were 0.83, 0.84 and 0.88, respectively. The data obtained shows that the e-module acid base titration based scientific approach - is valid and practical.

<![CDATA[This research was a research and development of student worksheet with problem based learning for the Redox Reaction material that has been tested in eleventh grade students of SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. This study aims to produce the valid and practice of student worksheet with problem based learning for the Redox Reaction material. The type of this is a Research and Development (R & D) and the development model used is a model 4-D consists of four stages; (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop and (4) disseminate. This research is limited to develop stage. The research instrument used a questionnaire validity and practicalities. Validity sheets were filled out by 2 lecturers of department of chemistry and chemical 3 teachers. Practicalities sheets were filled out by 3 people a chemistry teacher and 28 students of class XI SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. Data from this research will be analyzed using Cohen’s kappa formula. This result found an average value of 0.83 kappa moment with high validity category. This is also found the practicalities of teachers and students an average value moment kappa of 0.83 and 0.81 with high practicality category. This study can be concluded that the student worksheet with problem based learning for the Redox Reaction material is valid and practice, so that it can be used in learning activities.

<![CDATA[Research had done to identify students's understanding of the concept of chemical bonds at grade X MIA 3 SMAN 16 Padang. This research aims to know the level of understanding of students and cause different levels of students’s understanding based on the way of student learning. Type of this research is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approach. The subject of this research were the whole students of grade X MIA 3 at SMAN 16 Padang. The subjects were chosen by the technique of Purposive Sumpling, because the highest percentage of incompleteness “not all students could reach learning objective”of students on the chemical bonding was on this class. The instruments used during this research were three-tier multiple diagnostic test and questionnaires. The results showed that 10.01% of students understand the concepts, 49.80% did not understand, 37.86% misconception and 0.48% error. It can be concluded that students' understanding of the chemical bond is categorized as failure. Because the percentage of students who understand the concept of being under 30%-45%. The cause of the different level of students’s understanding on the chemical bonds is due to the lack of implementation of indicators repeating subject matter and making schedules and implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research departs from the findings of various violations that occurred during the campaign and collection and counting of ballots. Indications of violations found such as campaigns that do not comply with KPU regulations and ASNs that are not neutral. From these problems it can be questioned how the performance of the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in the City of Padang in carrying out their duties and authorities. This study uses qualitative techniques that are descriptive. Informants of this research were determined with purposive sampling, that was the Coordinator of the Division of Violation Enforcement of the Election Supervisory Body, Head of the Legal Division and Supervisor of the Election Commission, Political Observer of Padang City and the community. This research used primary and secondary data derived from interview, and documentation study. The data analysis of this study uses the data analysis techniques of the Milles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Validity tested of this data used source triangulation technique, and than the data were analyzed with qualitative data technique.. The results of the study show that the task of the Bawaslu is to do more prevention than to take action either during the campaign period or the counting of ballot papers because the Bawaslu in executing cases of violations is not explicitly stated in the law. <![CDATA[This research aimed to find out the implementation of standard procedure conducted by room boys of AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI. This research usedseven(7) indicators of implementation procedures: knocking the room door, opening the curtains of the window, striping, making bed, cleaning the bath room, dusting and rechecking. This research is descriptive research with qualitative data. The population in this research was eight (8) room boys of Ayana Resort and Spa. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. They were then analyzed by reducing, presenting, drawing conclusion, and verification of the data. The result of this research showed that the standard procedures of make-up room have been conducted completely and properly by 8 room boys of Ayana Resort and Spa, BALI. All indicators but cleaning the bath room have been implemented by room boys. Only 75% of room boys implemented cleaning the bath room indicator properly.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi elektronik voting dalam pemilihan di nagari Salareh Aia Kabupaten Agam tahun 2017. Latar belakang penelitian ini karena sering terjadinya permasalahan yang terjadi pada pemilihan dengan cara konvensional seperti pemilih ganda, surat suara yang tidak sah, kesalahan dalam penghitung surat suara dikarenakan banyaknya surat suara.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik purposive sampling.Jenis datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.Tehnik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi.Teknik analisis data mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan simpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi elektronik voting dalam pemilihan walinagari belum efektif.Hal ini terlihat dari masih ada beberapa indicator yang belum terlaksana dengan baik seperti indicator standard an sasaran kebijakan yang masih belum tercapai sesuai yang diinginkan, sumberdaya yang belum memadai baik sumberdaya manusia maupun sumberdaya financial sehingga terjadinya kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan secara elektronik voting. dan komunikasi yang antar organisasi pelaksanan dengan aktivitas penguat belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan panitia nagari belum mensosialisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakarat sehingga masyarakat masih canggung dan belum paham dalam penggunaaan elektronik voting. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on guest satisfaction staying at the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is classified as associative quantitative research with a simple linear regression test. The population in this study were all guests who stayed at the Grand Rocky Hotel in the last 1 months. The research sample amounted to 30 guests who were staying with the sampling technique was sampling quota. The technique of data collection is done using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression testing through the help of the SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. The results showed: 1) The performance of Grand Rocky Hotel employees was very good at 86.33%, 2) Guest satisfaction was in the very satisfied category (56.67%), 3) The results of simple linear regression test with a significance level of 0.041, there were no positive influences and significant between employee performance and guest satisfaction with a r value of 0,778 (sig 0,003) with an insignificant interpretation of the effect.]]>

<![CDATA[The river is one of the old used by man for a variety of activities in life, with the decline in the quality of human needs and river due to the presence of one of the various waste pollution accidents are heavy metals. This research aims to analyze the content of Pb, Hg and water quality standards based on raw fachir PP No 82 of 2001. This research was carried out in Januari, 2019.The sample using methods purposive sampling by observing four stations. Parameters observed fisika-kimia waters, is the parameter hg and pb on heavy metal concentration and water using atomic there water absorption spectrophotometry ( AAS). The level of heavy metals are on board in the highest station of a 0,447 mg /L based by Government Regulation no. 82 of 2001 and the quality of being inducted into a second, based on environmnetal quality standars and still classified as hight, the water out exceeding quality standards]]>
