Abstract

Government employees development as human resources influence to officer performance. Government employees development will cause some changes attitude, habit, knowledge and skill. Government employees development is an effort to improve technical, theoritical, conseptual, and moral that approriate with job needed or position through education dan training. This research used quantitative method by quantify attitude, opinion, and people perception or social symptom by using Liker Scale. While, to get information about the influence of human resources on government employees performance in Economic Administrative field Kabupaten Kerinci by using Spearman Rank and Determination Coefficient. This research show that there were some influence between human resources on government employees performance; it's approved by the significant test that Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research is based on students’ motivation to participate an English speech competition. This research aims at knowing students’ motivation to participate an English speech competition II at STAIN Batusangkat in 2011/2012 academic year. This research is a qualitative research which describes students’ motivation to participate an English speech competition II at STAIN Batusangkar. Informants in this research were all students that participated an English speech competition II that consisted 25 participants trough snowball sampling. Instrument used in this research was interview. Interview was used to get the data about students’ motivation to participate an English speech competition II that registered in 2011/2012 academic year. Result of this research shows that there two kinds of motivation that students participate an English speech competition; intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is divided into 6 types, namely: 1) the need for self-confidence to speak in public; 2) the need for practicing English in order to improve English and to pronounce English well; 3) the need for measuring English speaking ability compete to others participants; 4) the need for showing that non-English students are able to speak English; 5) the need for happiness that can be participant an English speech competition; 6) the need for having relationship with other participants. Furthermore, extrinsic motivation can be divided into 5 types, namely: 1) the need for getting rewards; 2) the need for supporting by others; 3) the need for a test; 4) the need for winning and competing other participants; 5) the need for getting experience. Dealing with students’ motivation above, it can be said that “the need for self-confidence to speak in public” is the most dominant (30.8 %) of students’ motivation to participate the English speech competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of independence students and lab work are jointly or singly against the results of the study. This research population amounted to 58 people and sample totaling 37 students of class X TKJ in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang. The technique of sampling was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data about student learning result obtained from subjects teachers repair pheriperal grade X TKJ in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang. While data on independence students and lab work are collected through the now presented to student by using Likert scale which have tested the validity and realibility. The results of the analysis of the data shows that (1) independence students and lab work are jointly contribute significantly to student learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang of 43,42%, (2) independence students contributed significantly to the results of the study amounted to 23,61%, (3) lab work contributed significantly to the results of the study at SMK Negeri  1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang of  37,21%.

Abstract

Improving the quality of midwifery services is one of the most crucial issues in the field of health services, so that the need for improvement and improvement of human resources for the creation of excellent health services. Puskesmas Tiumang requires skilled and professional midwives to provide health services to the community, and this is a role model for determining exemplary midwives. So far, the work area of ​​Puskesmas Tiumang does not have a screening and assessment system to determine the exemplary midwife. This study aims to apply the method of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) in determining exemplary midwives in the work area of ​​Puskesmas Tiumang of Dharmasraya Regency. The framework in this research is; (1) data collection; (2) system analysis; (3) system design; (4) implementation and testing, and; (5) system evaluation. Based on the results of the analysis using Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method, the ranking of exemplary midwives in the work area of ​​Tiumang Health Center. The results of this study can be used as a decision support tool in determining exemplary midwives in the work area of ​Puskesmas ​Tiumang Dharmasraya District. Abstract

Sistem  informasi  transaksi inventaris rumah  sakit  merupakan transaksi inventaris yang merupakan aplikasi yang  menjadi system utama dalam  sebuah organisasi yang mempertemukan kebutuhan pengelolaan transaksi inventaris rumah sakit , kegiatan operasional baik bersifat manajerial atau teknis dengan strategi atau kebijakan rumah sakit. Mengingat pentingnya sistem informasi rumah sakit ini, kita berupaya untuk mengembangkan sistem ini dan mengimplementasikannya dalam kegiatan dan menjadikan sistem ini menjadi sistem bertujuan untuk pembangunan sistem aplikasi rumah sakit.          Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Transaksi, Inventaris

Abstract

Pendekatan pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran sepakbola yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru penjasorkes hendaknya dapat mengembangkan keterampilan dasar bermain sepakbola. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya meeningkatan hasil pembelajaran sepakbola siswa kelas V SD Negeri 24 Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman melalui pendekatan bermain. Penelitian tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan suatu pencermatan terhadap kegiatan belajar berupa sebuah tindakan, yang sengaja dimunculkan dan terjadi dalam sebuah kelas secara bersama.Penelitian iniini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 24 Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Sebagai subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas V, Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018  dengan jumlah siswa 12 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar akan dianalisis.Hasil analisis ini akan dimasukkan dalam laporan penelitian, hasil belajar yang diperoleh akan dianalisis untuk melihat perubahannya. Hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa pada tindakan penggunaan pendekatan bermain dalam pembelajaran Sepakbola siklus II berjalan jauh lebih baik dari siklus I. Siswa yang sebelumnya belum mencapai standar ketuntasan maksimal, pada siklus II mampu mencapai standar dengan nilai rata-rata 87,27Sedangkan untuk persentase ketuntasan belajarnya sudah maksimal yaitu 100%, artinya semua siswa memiliki nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Dengan peningkatan 26,08% dari siklus I demikian proses belajar menggunakan pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan suatu proses mencapai hasil dengan mendayagunakan sumber daya yang tersedia secara produktif. Dunia pendidikan saat ini membutuhkan suatu strategi yang harus disusun secara sistematis yang harus diaplikasikan oleh seorang Kepala Sekolah untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Penerapan fungsi manajemen bagi kepala sekolah dirasakan sangat perlu guna melakukan pengelolaan organisasi pendidikan yang meliputi pengelolaan dalam hal Perencanaan (Planning), Pengorganisasian (Organizing), Penggerakkan (Actuating), dan Pengawasan (Controlling). Dalam penelitian ini dibahas tentang Manajemen dalam organisasi pendidikan, Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi Kepala Sekolah, Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pengelolaan Organisasi Pendidikan, Motivasi dan peningkatan Kompetensi SDM. Kepala Sekolah tidak semata sebagai pemimpin di sekolah tanpa ada penataan sesuai dengan kemampuan atau kualitas kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah tidak saja sebagai manajer di sekolah tapi juga berfungsi sebagai Edukator, Administrator, Supervisor, Pemimpin/ Leader, Inovator, dan Motivator. Komponen guru dan karyawan merupakan komponen sentral yang menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik, akan memberikan kesempatan kepada anggotanya untuk selalu meningkatkan diri. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia di sekolah, khususnya guru dan karyawan, akan berdampak atas meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan. Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya daya ledak otot tungkai pemain bolavoli Universitas Dharmas Indonesia (Undhari). Jenis penelitian ini adalah komparasi untuk melihat perbandingan latihan naik turun bangku dan knee tuck jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemain bolavoli Universitas Dharmas Indonesia berjumlah 47 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang pemain putera. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan rumus uji t sampel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Latihan Naik Turun Bangku memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai ini ditandai dengan t hitung= 16,51> t tabel= 2,16. (2) Latihan Knee Tuck Jump memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai ditandai dengan thitung= 9,33> ttabel= 2,16. (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang berarti antara kelompok latihan Naik Turun Bangku dan Knee Tuck Jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana thitung = 7,14> ttabel= 2,16.

Abstract

ABSTRACT School leadership will affect the performance of teachers, where the leadership of the breed, the principal will certainly be able to lead the high performance achieved by teachers in carrying out their daily duties. To improve the quality of education a school principal should be able to improve the performance of teachers as educators. As the head of the school leader must be able to provide effects that can cause the teacher moved to carry out its duties effectively so that their performance will be better. Teacher certification with government regulations provide certificates to teachers who already frofesional as an educator, with another katab forfesional was considered by the government in carrying out a task as educators of the nation.This type of research is the study exprimen with quantitative analysis method performed at state junior high school Ekasakti Padang. This study used a sample of 17 teachers who have received certification. Sampling technique is the total sample that is the totality of teacher certification in SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership impact on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. Based on the analysis of the research results prove that perbangan t with t-table of 480.89> 2.110, it suggests that the presence of school leadership influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. Teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang significant effect on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. The research proves that t with t-table then the numbers obtained by 1,890,608.95> 2.110, indicating that the certification of influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership and teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang jointly affect the performance of teachers SMA Ekasakti Padang. These results together can be proved by using perbangan F arithmetic with F-table then the numbers obtained by 3.20> 2.30, this indicates that the presence of the effect of school leadership and teacher certification on the performance of junior high school teachers 4 SMA Ekasakti Padang. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat seberapa besar motivasi mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan fungsi Penasihat Akademik (PA) dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan baik akademik maupun social pribadi pada Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UMMY Solok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui angket tentang motivasi yang disebar kepada 20 orang mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. Hasil dari angket menunjukkan bawah pada umumnya mahasiswa menemui PA hanya untuk memperoleh informasi tentang mata kuliah, artinya peran dan fungsi PA hanya sebatas validasi yaitu hanya sebatas konsultasi dan tanda tangan Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) sehingga pertemuan antara mahasiswa dan PA dalan hal social pribadi masih rendah.
