Warta Penelitian Perhubungan diterbitkan oleh Sekretariat Badan Litbang Perhubungan yang memuat hasil penelitian dan kajian kebijakan di sektor transportasi. Pada tahun tahun sebelumnya hingga tahun 2016 Warta Penelitian Perhubungan terbit 12 (dua belas) kali dalam satu tahun. Abstract

Ha11g Nadim Airport began operations on August 9, 1965, located in Big Stone area about 20 km from downtown Batam can accommodate 18 (eighteen) wide-bodied aircraft like Boeing 767 and has the lo11gest runway in Indonesia which is 4025 meters. Movement of passengers 011 merage 6,000 people/day, with 42 flights/day. To improve air transport services after getting of the plane tawards the ultimate goal, the Hang Nadim Airport in cooperation with PT. Dmnri in order to improve services, especially for passenger air transportation that will melajutkan journey towards the ultimate goal in Batam that is by adding alloying modes of transport other than taxis and motor vehicle (motorcycle taxis). Damri buses started operating on December 5, 2008, and is still running but not according to what was expected because as the location of parking too far from the gate making it difficult for passengers to board buses and schedules refe1Ted to (headway) and things that can diapstikan this is because the number of bus fleet is too small. To peninkgatan services necessary to the addition of the bus fleet and the addition of routes I new routes, especially to human settlements in the area of Batam.

Abstract

Various solutions have been implemented by the DK! Government of to solve the problems of urban transport. However, these efforts have not been reduce private vehicle users as a cause of congestion. It is necessary to study on the selection mode of policy implementation plans prirnte Pelzicle restrictions. Mode choice method used in this study is Multinominal logic. The analysis will examine if the four transfer modes applicable policy. Those policies are congestion costs, increased taxes, increased parking fees, and fuel prices increase. From the results obtained that the implementation of four policies relating to the additional costs traveling to private vehicle users will have an impact on the shift to other modes of the motor (35.63%), railways (20:44%), and the busway (20.50%). Congestion charging at 20% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (27.57%), train (10.21 %), and the busway (12.35%); increase in vehicle tax rate of 20% will have an impact on the movement of the user to motor cars (26.10%), train (16.84%), and the busway (15.73%), an increase of 40% is the motor (29.52%), train (18.23%), busway (17.9%); increase in parking fees by 20% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (25.74%), rail (4.03%), and the busway (4.70%); increase in fuel prices 30% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (31.26%), rail (6.75%), and the busway (5.13%).

Abstract

The pedestrian is traffic, in the transport system which is dominant in urban areas. Walking characteristics is a major factor in the design, planning and operation of transportation facilities, particularly lzigh demand by the short period.  Tiw study was conducted in the area around the commercial area on Highway Margonda Depok, Depok_ Town Square between City and Margo.  TI1is research is to analyze pedestrian behavior by microscopic analysis. Microscopic is taken because of to see journey behavior that happened in each individual. By using microscopic can know by characteristic, behavioral, and pattern movement of pedestrian individually. Research microscopically this also can see pedestrian trail individually in time and position, where used variable is N (pedestrian number), T (time), Y and X (Coordinate Location).  The study concluded that there was difference in the pattern of female and male pedestrian. VV/ren crossed in groups of women tend to follow the pattern of male.

Abstract

Air transport cargo seniice is a form of air trn11sportation sector so as to passengers transport. TI1e mai11 and s1qrporti11g ai111ort facilities 11eeded to se11Je the needs of the users. Cargo air has been used as motivation factor level competitive business currently and become an important factor for tl1e process of s11pply chain i11 111a11y kinds of industrial activity. T1ie research using primary and seco11dar~1 data.TI1ere ·were 31 respondents participated as samples which consist of private cargo and companies cargo on domestic airport cargo ten11i11al of Soekanw-Hatta. Quantitive descriptive inethod was used to anqlyze the data with the application of MS Excell. T11e result of the study shows that a cargo transport travel expenses to Soekarno-Hatta Airport is Rp 100,000 to 200,000,. The average length of time of travel toward SoekarnoHattais between 1-2 hours.Key Words: air transport cargo service, airport, travel expenses, length of time of travel

Abstract

Assessment of Management of Liquid Waste and Solid Waste useful to prot>ide a11 Ol'erview for stakeholders in making decision to develop a waste management system of output from ai1port operation which sustainable and environmentally friendly. T71e assessme11t took a case study at Ngurah Rai Airport which is the second largest airport in Indonesia. T7re assessment looks at the waste management procedures, both liquid and solid waste at tlie airport. In addition, this study provides arz overview of relationship between the number of passengers, the number of aircraft and the production of solid waste. Given this assessment can be seen that the waste management system has been implemented and can provide recommendations related to the waste management system to other airports.

Abstract

Trans Maluku is a national transportation network that links 12 island groups in Maluku Province. Island Group XII is Ambon Island that became PKN of Maluku province. This study aimed to find out ltaw tlte performance of the national road network in Island Group XII of Ambon Island and formulate development strategies. Analysis using quantitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. 71ze results of the national road network Passo-Galala, Lahthalat- Batu Gantong and Waihaong-Batu Merah indicates that: indicators of accessibility, capacity and integrated quite effectively. Indicators are classified as not effective is Road Safety. The use of tire road network of relatively efficient aspects of tire VCR. Construction of support facilities necessary for the security of road users and an increase in financing the road network.

Abstract

Assessment of tire Tariff Schedules Commercial Scheduled Air Transport Related to Fuel Price illcrease Aircraft illtematio1wl Ai1port Yogyakarta Adi Sucipto is to know haw the effect of rising prices of aviation fuel or aircraft fuel to air freight carrier rates, namely PT. Garuda llldonesia (Garuda Airlines), PT. Sun Lion (Lion Airlines), and PT. Metro Batavia (Batavia Airlines) for route Jakarta - Yogyakarta during the period January to September 2011. Assess111c11 t method used is descriptive quantitative method to calculate the total cost of airline travel route Jakarta - Yogyakarta with calculation components include (a) Type of aircraft and aircraft type, (b) Using the assumption of hvo load factor is 65% lower load factor and load factor is high 80%, (c) Using tire asswnption of hvo aviation fuel prices are the lowest aviation fuel jet fuel price range, - and the highest price of aviation fuel during the period January to September 2011, the average ticket price flight route Jakarta - Yogyakarta period from January to September 2011. 17re results of the assessment indicates there is a difference significant benefits from each airline operator, when associated with the load factor and the difference in price of aviation fuel.

Terminal is the place for drop off and pick up of the people and transfer mode to next journey according trip end destination. The facility of terminal divided of vehicle facility, people facility, and operation facility. This facilities must be good performance, so can service the customer. But tf1e terminals officer, must be evaluation the facility conditions periodically. Importancei1erformance analysis method can be use, with interview the customer of terminal. Base on data from interview, percentage of importance level and satisfaction level can be measure.
