Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, iklim organiassi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan (BPKH) Wilayah VII Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, iklim organiassi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan (BPKH) Wilayah VII Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksankan diruang perawatan RSUD Daya kota makassar. Sampel yang digunakan total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 84 responden dirunag perawatan RSUD Daya kota Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan angket / kusioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, uji T dengan nilai signifikansi α <0,05, Uji F serta uji keofesien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap asuhan keperawatan melalui motivasi perawat diruang perawatn RSUD Daya kota makassarKata Kunci:Manajemen waktu, Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Asuhan Keperawatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung, bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi bauran promosi dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung.  Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus.  Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif, yang menguji pengaruh variabel bebas dan variabel terikat menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan juga dilakukan pengujian untuk menentukan akurasi pengukuran menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas variabel X dan Y semuanya menyatakan valid dan reliabel.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran promosi berada dalam kategori baik, dan kepuasan pelanggan berada dalam kategori baik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada  Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung, dan berdasarkan interpretasi korelasi Pearson Product Moment  maka hubungan ini berada dalam hubungan yang cukup kuat.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis terbukti: terdapat pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Bauran Promosi, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City, aimed to know the correlation of promotion mix and customer satisfaction, and also to analyze the influence of promotion mix  to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro Small Medium Business of Bandung City.  Respondents of this research are 56 people,  selected using saturated or census sampling technique.  The method use is descriptive and associative, which tests the influence of dependent and independent variables using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using validity and reliability test.  Result of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y  express all valid and reliable.  The result showed that promotion mix at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City is in the category of good and customer satisfaction is in the category of good.  Results showed there is the correlation of promotion mix to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City, and based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough.  The result showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of promotion mix to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro Small Medium Business of Bandung City. Keywords: Promotion Mix, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the performance of businesses in small micro enterprises (MSEs) through the influence of the family environment and social media marketing through entrepreneurial orientation. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that intends to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable and another. The population of this study is the total number of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar amounted to 9,958 businesses. The sample in this study used Slovin formula so that it was obtained into 99 respondents. The testing of analysis tools used is path analysis. The results of the study are variable family environment partially positively and significantly affect the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city. Social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Social media marketing variables partially affect the positive and significant performance of micro and small businesses in makassar city. The variable orientation of entrepreneurship partially positively and significantly affects the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family Environment Variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation. And social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation, which means the better social media marketing will improve business performance through entrepreneurial orientation. Abstract

Digitalisasi informasi adalah proses mengubah berbagai informasi, kabar, atau berita dari format analog menjadi format digital sehingga lebih mudah untuk diproduksi, disimpan, dikelola, dan didistribusikan.  Pelayanan pengadilan telah dirintis sejak dikeluarkannya cetak biru pembaruan peradilan 2010-2035. Proses  digitalisasi  layanan  pengadilan  dimulai  pada  administrasi dokumen yaitu dengan aplikasi SIPP yang kemudian meluas pada pemrosesan perkara dari pendaftaran hingga diterbitkannya putusan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum. Peradilan elektronik dimana semua proses terkait perkara dapat dilayani pada aplikasi e-court dan e-litigasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah kuesioner 100 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), dan Empathy (X5) sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan nasabah (Y). Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 21 metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabahKata Kunci :  Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction of Bank Bni Branch Pare-Pare Kcp Barru Sampling technique using questionnaire with the number of questionnaires 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Bni Branch Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Independent variables in this study are Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) while dependent variables in this study are customer satisfaction (Y). The analytical test tool used is SPSS 21 multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfactionKeywords: Quality of Service, CustomerSatisfaction.

Abstract

This research was doing at STI E Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Analysis data was using descriptive method and quantitative method. Namely by analyzed of linear regression to measure influence of academic service quality consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty toward the satisfaction of students. Reseach result shown that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty each other have positive influence, toward dependence variable (students satisfaction). By hypotesa analyze namely syncronisation analyze show that reliability and assurance are dominan factor which influence the satisfaction of students at STIE Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif. Proses awal penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner penelitian, observasi, dan dokumentasi di Kabupaten Mamuju, pengolahan data itu dimulai dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepercayaan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini mengandung arti bahwa kepercayaan publik menjadi faktor penentu Kepatuhan wajib pajak. Semakin tinggi atau semakin meningkat kepercayaan publik yang diberikan akan meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil tersebut disebab karena kepercayaan publik yang diterima masyarakat diapresiasi positif oleh responden. Sebagaimana terlihat dalam penilaian responden tabel 4.1 diatas yaitu Kepercayaan publik memperoleh penilaian rata-rata diatas enam puluh persen yang mengandung arti responden memberikan penilaian baik pada kepercayaan publik di kabupaten Mamuju Kata Kunci: Pajak , kepercayaan publik, kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of training and work experience on the professional nursing care model (MAKP) through nurse competence at the Sayang Rakyat Hospital Makassar. The research design used in this study was a survey with a quantitative approach. The study population was all nurses in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar. The method of determining the sample used in this study uses a total sampling technique (saturated sampling) with a total sample used by 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis using multiple linear regression test.The results showed that: Training for nurses' competencies in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar had a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0.006 <0.05. Work experience on nurses' competencies in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Nurse competence towards MAKP in Sayang Rakyat Makassar Hospital has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Training on MAKP at the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0.027 <0.05. Work experience on MAKP in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Training for MAKP through nurse competence in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with tcount <ttable or 1,636 <1,660. Populasi berjumlah 50 karyawan dengan metode analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reabilitas serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Variabel motivasi yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar.
