Abstract

Measurement of social intelligence on high school students are not available. The study aims to generate a instrument to measure social intelligence of high school students comprehensively. Product development of instruments and manual social intelligence for high school students who revised based on judge of two experts in instrumentation and social intelligence, readability test of the 100 high school students, reliability testing and validity testing to the 956 high school students. Expert judges by using the inter-rater agreement models show a high index between variables and sub-variables until descriptors and the items. Reliability test result by using Alpha coefficient of internal consistency obtained for 0.899. The construct validity of non-verbal test shows that there are six factors and verbal test shows that there are four factors. The validation process of exploratory factor analysis showed factor loading ranges between 0.566-0.996. The norms of social intelligence tests classify into six levels.

Abstract

Group counseling is a helping to individual in a group setting that is both preventive and healing by creating conditions such empathy that enables counselees to reflect itself. Cinematherapy is one form of therapy in addition to medical and mental health problems and life management. Using the film as a catalyst for the psychological process fits in well with the therapeutic effect in group dynamics. Reflection group counseling members about their emotional responses through cinematherapy an additional component that enriches group therapy. By understanding the meaning of a movie scene or a particular character, counselee obtain an effective way to get to know yourself and others. After leaving the group they are able to continue to maintain what they have learned. In this paper using literature study and related research. In addition, part of this paper allows researchers to construct a theoretical framework and methodology

Abstract

This research is aimed to observe the development to model of group counceling using a constructivist approach. The methodology of the research is employing Borg and Gall combined with the instructional design by Dick and Carey. The steps of the research include (1) preliminary research; (2) planning model development; (3) validation, evaluation and revision of model. The concept of instructional constructivist group counseling is intergrated between Gladding’s group counseling namely (1) beginning, (2) transition, (3) activity, (4) and termintion. Cognan’s (1) grouping, (2) situations, (3) intergrating, (4) questioning, (5) exhibition and reflection. This output of the research include instructional materials and student work sheet, group counseling guide and flowchard of constructivist group counseling.

Abstract

Fenomena istri minta cerai di pengadilan agama kelas 1 Palembang pada tahun 2016 meningkat tajam dari 2.533 kasus yang di perkarakan, tercatat 403 kasus cerai talak yang dilakukan oleh suami yang berhasil diselesaikan atau berakhir dengan vonis. Sedangkan kasus cerai yang diinisiasi istri sebanyak 1.427 kasus yang bisa dituntaskan. Maraknya perceraian yang diajukan istri kepada suami umumnya dilatar belakangi oleh masalah ekonomi dan perselingkuhan. Sebagai metode penyelesaian sengketa secara damai, layanan mediasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian. Pendekatan yang digunakan diantaranya pendekatan agama, konseling keluarga, dan pendekatan psikologis. Teknik reframing yang digunakan mediator menawarkan sudut pandang baru pada klien dengan harapan bahwa klien akan melihat situasinya secara berbeda dan dengan demikian dapat mengambil keputusan dan tindakan yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian yang dihadapinya. Reframing adalah membantu klien melihat situasinya dari sudut pandang lain, yang membuatnya tampak tidak terlalu problematic dan lebih normal, dengan demikian lebih terbuka terhadap solusi.

Abstract

Natural disaster is surely effecting various disadvantages, such as the victims, properties, sorrows, and deep scared. For the victims who are in that condition is surely feeling afraid, worried, nervous, and easy to be panic. The victims of disaster can come and happen to adult and children. For traumatic solving to the children is really different from the solving traumatic to adult. The children have a susceptible condition to the impact that is caused by an event and make a traumatic impact. This research aims to solve a traumatic impact after the disaster to the children. By qualitative, this paper describes the case thoroughly. Through observing and giving treatment to the children who are the victims of natural disaster, found that those who gets traumatic can be cured. In such away that the play therapy are considered to solve that trauma.

Abstract

The dynamic of juvenile life often cannot be separated from the background of their family. In some cases, a juvenile is forced being a good child and the other side should become breadwinner to fullfil their necessary of their family. This research examines how juvenile worker who graduated form senior high school is able to understand the concept of themselves. Through descrptive qualitative approach, understanding the concept of self-brand is described. The data were obtained by observation and interview with someone who graduated from senior high school in Losari, Cirebon. Hence, to investigate the career concept of worker juvenile of senior high school graduate is the alternatif from various choices of their life after graduation from senior high school.

Abstract

Nowadays, the cases about sexuality in teenagers really take the public attention. Thecases pregnancy before getting married which finally marriage early, abortion, baby dumping and deviationsexual such as homosexual, lesbian, masturbation and so on always increase in every year. Those sases really take the public attention in parents and school because sometime parents feel amazed and confuse why the teenagers can do that?. Actually, parents have to understand theis children’s life. Ideally, every school should help to guide in good cooperation whit parents. Sex education is really important wich is given by teenagers. Sex education as a way prevention, so the teenagers will not come to the problem in sexsuality. The teenagers really need guidance and information about themselves and the purpose of next life. Beside that, the most important are the attention and affection form parents. Affection and attention are the keys to be success in closeness with parents and children, especially children who grow up. Because of this closeness is expected to easily obtain direct guidance of a child to the maximal and effectively, so that the mental health of children is not disturbed.

Abstract

The issue of terrorism prevails over developed radicalism associated with Islamic faith. One of the indicatorsare using the veil (cadar) bymoslem woman. This paper present qualitatively to investigate the self-esteem of moslem woman who uses veil (cadar) in daily life. Through a psycho-ideological mind is known that the veil (cadar) which is used by them as the Islam implementation in concerning women. Related to the cases that often befall to the women dress and veil (cadar) allegedly has a relationship with the terrorism acts which always makes the people worried about. So that, the phenomenon which is happening infrequently coming to the women who wears veiled (cadar) getting an intimidation from the people and they beleive it. Related to the idea that the researchers want to investigate something related with the causes and reasons of Muslim women who wears veils (cadar), so there is no intimidation which experienced by the women who wears veil (cadar).

Abstract

Anak terlahir ibarat kertas putih yang bersih. Anak akan tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan lingkungannya. Peran orang dewasa disekitarnya akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakteristik anak tersebut. Apabila anak dibesarkan di lingkungan yang berkarakter, maka anak dapat berkembang secara optimal begitu juga sebaliknya. Pendidikan karakter di Indonesia sudah lama menjadi pembicaraan diberbagai media dan sudah banyak diteliti, namun kenyataan yang ada masih banyak yang belum sesuai dengan harapan. Pembentukan karakter tidak bisa dilakukan secara instan melainkan butuh waktu yang cukup lama. Masa anak-anak adalah masa yang tepat untuk memulai membentuk sebuah karakter anak. Oleh karena itu untuk membentuk karakteristik anak yang optimal diperlukan kerjasama antara orang tua dan guru dalam membimbing tentunya melalui komunikasi yang efektif. Dengan komunikasi yang efektif akan mempermudah pembentukan karakteristik anak sejak dini.

Abstract

Every Man has always been progressing in a phase of life. Disturbance at one stage will hinder the development as a whole. The purpose this research is to identify the level of development of adolescents of high school students in Singkawang on a foundation of religious life aspect. This research is a quantitative inferential. The study was conducted on the 12 SMA in Singkawang. Data collection technique is using the Inventory Task Progress (ITP). Data were analyzed using Task Analysis Progress (ATP) with the adoption of the categories in the Encoding level of development. The results showed that the development of adolescent high school students in Singkawang on the runway area religious life is one school located at saksama level and 〖11〗^th schools at the level of individuality.
