Abstract

The Social media growth today seems inseparable in daily basis. Social media also needed for business actors. Along with the growth of local brands, all business actors rely on social media to introduce and promote their product. It is related to this research "Strategies for utilizing Social Media, Instagram as a Marketing Communication Media (Descriptive Study, Skincare Somethinc.) The research uses a Qualitative method with a Desriptive approach. The results of research show that Somethinc implements SOSTAC as their marketing communication strategy, they also use korean group member, NCT. They use story telling techniques when promote their products on their social media.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, science and technology (science and technology) has a significant influence on various developments in the field of employment, so that competition between companies cannot be avoided. To obtain this requires control and support from leaders and balanced work in order to produce better performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office of Type C Sintete. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative, as well as primary data obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to the Office of Customs and Excise Customs and Excise Type C Sintete. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees of the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Services Type C Sintete with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office Type C Sintete, while partially each variable shows Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Office of Type C Sintete.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the factors that affect taxpayer compliance of e-commerce actors in Indonesia. The methods used in this study are quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. The sample from this study was 212 respondents who were a sample of e-commerce entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The technique in data collection uses simple random sampling by spreading research questionnaires in the form of google forms and then spread to personal chats or social media. The data preparation method in this study applies Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software which is used to test hypotheses. The results showed that tax sanctions did not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, Digitalization of taxation had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, Religiosity had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and Religiosity was not proven to be able to significantly influence between the influence of tax sanctions and digitization on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Di era perbankan saat ini banyak bank yang menawarkan berbagai jenis produk dan menjanjikan macam fasilitas dan kemudahan bertransaksi. Nasabah di era ini dihadapkan dengan banyak pilihan dan semua bank menawarkan produk terbaiknya dan paling menguntungkan. Hal itu membuat nasabah harus berhati-hati dan berhati-hati menentukan pilihan bank karena harus dipatuhi kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel reliance terhadap variabel loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan serta variabel loyalitas yang diteliti pada WOM dari mulut ke mulut bagi nasabah terutama usaha kecil menengah SMB Panin Bank Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu debitur Bank Panin Surabaya sebanyak 150 nasabah peminjam dana. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan mudah dilakukan dengan sharing kepada responden yang telah dihubungi oleh penelitian namun tetap memperhatikan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis structural equation modelling, dapat disimpulkan Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa tingginya faktor kepercayaan nasabah tidak berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada bank.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive case study with quantitative method. The research object in this case study is PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and PT SMART Tbk, two plantation sub sector company that listed on Indonesia stock exchange period February 2022 until February 2023. This research is to calculate the intrinsic value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) and PT SMART Tbk (SMAR) from fundamental view. The intrinsic value is obtained from stock valuation calculation, which is started by top-down analysis. Top-down analysis covers the analysis of Indonesia’s macro economic condition, government’s policies, palm-oil industry analysis, and the firm’s competitive advantage. The results from top-down analysis are used as the base to do stock valuation using Discounted Cash Flow method, Cash Flow Return on Investment method, and Discounted Dividend Model method. In Discounted Cash Flow method, the free cash flows used are Free Cash Flow to Firm and Free Cash Flow to Equity. From the stock valuation result, the intrinsic value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk using: (1) Free Cash Flow to Firm model, the intrinsic value is Rp 34.092 per share; (2) Free Cash Flow to Equity model, the intrinsic value is Rp 35.176 per share. At the same time, for the Net Cash Flow Return on Investment method, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk recorded 25,92%. Then, the intrinsic value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk using: (1) Free Cash Flow to Firm model, the intrinsic value is Rp 18.763 per share; (2) Free Cash Flow to Equity model, the intrinsic value is Rp 2.479 per share. At the same time, for the Net Cash Flow Return on Investment method, PT SMART Tbk recorded 5,26%. For the results of intrinsic value and also the ratios in Relative Valuation, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and PT SMART Tbk have the potential to increase their stock price following their fair value. So that investors can place buy positions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand image on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable on Marcks loose powder in Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are consumers who buy Marcks loose powder products. The sample size is taken using the Hair Formula. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with a final sample of 100 respondents who were buyers or users of Marcks powder. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale type. The results of the research conducted show that brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, the same thing with brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, while brand awareness does not have a positive influence on purchase intention. The results of the indirect influence test show that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, and brand awareness does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

Abstract

IKM TS Aluminium merupakan salah satu UMKM di Yogyakarta yang memproduksi berbagai jenis peralatan rumah tangga berbahan dasar aluminium. Kinerja karyawan UMKM ini tergolong cukup rendah. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan kurangnya kesadaran karyawan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab yang diberikan maupun dalam mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, ketelitian karyawan dalam bekerja juga masih rendah sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya produk gagal atau produk cacat. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk mendampingi pemilik IKM dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut penting dilakukan karena karyawan merupakan salah satu pemangku kepentingan dalam IKM ini yang berkaitan langsung terhadap proses bisnis IKM TS Aluminium.

Abstract

Todays, technological developments are developing rapidly and indirectly affecting business activities, especially during Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in many people choose to doing something as online. This study aims to see the effect of the Use of Facebook Virtual Community as promotion media of culinary products during the Covid-19 pandemic, used a quantitative research method and the AIDA concept analysis. Sources of data in this study are members of two groups Facebook that specifically sells culinary products that consists of 7,700 populations with using Slovin method. The results said that the used of the Facebook virtual community as a promotional media is declared "Very Effective", but there are several things that need to be considered by the seller, especially in order to pay attention to the behavior of consumers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist objects and tourits visits on the economic income of the people of Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This research was conducted at Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik Selo Tirto Giri (Setigi) tourism. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of primary data by distributing quistionnaries to the surrounding community as respondents. The method used in this research is to use simple liniar analysis. The result of the data analysis show that the setigi tourism object variable has a significant effect while the tourist visits variable has no significant effect on the income of the setigi tourism economy community. This is because the number of tourist visits to tourist attractions in Setigi has not maximized the economic income of local community.

Abstract

Changes in organizational environment increasingly complex and competitive so that human resources are the main asset of any organization as employees determine the success of the organization in achieving organizational goals. The development of quality human resources to support the success of management in the development of employee motivation is also needed in order to achieve labor productivity and job satisfaction of subordinates. Employee performance is the result of work accomplished person or group of people, in order to obtain the right employees - truly qualified according to the needs of the organization, and therefore researchers interested in doing research in PO. Puspa Jaya, Bandar Lampung.Problems faced by PO. Puspa Jaya is a transition position of the conductor becomes very slow drivers and outcomes should have been more than achieved. This is an indication of employee development at PO. Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung less going well, so formulated problems "Is employee development and motivation affect the performance of employees at the PO. Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung ".The hypothesis is employee development has positive influence on employee performance, motivation positive effect on employee performance and employee development and motivation to work together positive influence on employee performance. The calculation is based on the results of significant value employee development amounted to 0.002 <0.05 and motivational significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Also be obtained from the calculation of the probability of employee development and motivation on the performance of the PO. Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung are 0.302 and 0.413.The conclusions in this study is the lack of employees in career advancement opportunities and the lack of coordination in the work. Suggestions researcher for the leadership of the PO. Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung have to pay attention to in the development of human resources, providing opportunities to gain higher office, and improve coordination so that the performance of employees will increase
