This research aims to determine the effect of foreign debt, foreign investment, interest rates, and exchange rates on economic growth in Indonesia in the 2000-2021 period. The data used in this research is a time series using a multiple regression analysis tool model with the Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) approach. The results obtained in this research are that the foreign debt variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The foreign investment variable has a significant negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia in the 2000-2021 period. Meanwhile, the interest rate and exchange rate variables did not yield significant results for economic growth in the 2000-2021 period.

This research is motivated by the high level of job demands on PT X employees, affecting workplace well-being. There are several factors that have major influence on workplace well-being. However, this can be overcome with the job resources provided by the company. This study aims to see the role of job demands on workplace well-being with job resources as a moderator for PT X employees. The population in this study were all PT X employees and the sample used was 181 people. This study uses two measurements named The Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire by (Bakker, 2014) and The Workplace Well-being Questionnaire by (Parker & Hyett, 2011). The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The data were processed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) in the IBM SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that there was a positive role of job demands on workplace well-being for PT X employees with F = 56.101 and p = 0.000 <0.05. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient value R² = 0.387 is obtained, the role of job demands on workplace well-being is 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors. Other results show that job resources does not moderate the two variables in this study because the results obtained are p = 0.127 > 0.05.

The governor's regulation regarding the roadmap for bureaucratic reform that has been stipulated requires the regional secretariat of West Java province to carry out bureaucratic reform, so that it will affect the areas being reformed. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of bureaucratic reform at the regional secretariat of West Java province. Using descriptive quantitative research methods. The population in this study were CIVIL SERVANT at the regional secretariat of West Java province, with a sample of 373 employees. The data collection in this study was using a questionnaire. The results of the research are assessing the effectiveness of bureaucratic reform in 8 areas, namely Change Management, Organizational Arrangement, Management Arrangement, Strengthening Accountability, Strengthening Supervision, Structuring Legislation/Policy Deregulation, HR Management System, and Public Services. This study shows that Strengthening Supervision and Structuring Legislation/Policy Deregulation is proven still on process to be effective in bureaucratic reform policies at the West Java regional secretariat, meaning that further efforts are needed to achieve the long-term goals of bureaucratic reform. The implications of the research results are in the form of advanced policies related to bureaucratic reform and evaluating the implementation of the regional secretariat of West Java province

This research was conducted to see the role of resilience as a mediating variable in negative affect and work engagement. This research used quantitative research method such as non-probability sampling technique with convenience sampling on 110 employees in store division at PT X, which is a retail company. Participants characteristics in this research are having at least one year of service and minimum education of SMA/SMK. The questionnaire was filled out by the research participants by online and contained of three measuring instruments, namely the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) by Schaufeli et al. (2006) to measure work engagement, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) ) developed by Connor & Davidson (2003) to measure resilience, and 10 negative items from the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) developed by Watson & Clark (1988) to measure negative affect. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 27.0 and additional program named PROCESS Macro by Hayes (2018) to test the role of mediation. The results showed that negative affect and work engagement had a significant negative relationship (p<0.01). The results of subsequent tests found that resilience acts as a partial mediation in the negative affect relationship and engagement with a significant mediating role with a total effect of -0.377. Thus employee resilience can be a factor affecting work engagement and resilience can also be influenced by employee negative affect

The role of the government in setting strategies to encourage the process of economic growth is very important, one of the strategies used by the government in Indonesia is fiscal decentralization. Fiscal decentralization is the granting of authority from the central government to regional governments to regulate their own territory. This research pays attention to the effect of profit-sharing funds, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and profit-sharing funds on economic growth in Indonesia by using panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of panel data regression analysis in Indonesia during the 2017-2021 period, it shows that profit-sharing funds, general allocation funds have a positive influence on economic growth. Meanwhile, special allocation funds have a negative and significant impact on economic growth

Currently, Japan's free market and industrial economy is the third largest in the world after the United States and China, in terms of international purchasing power variations. The Japanese economy is made up of all the elements that make up a modern economy: industry, trade and agriculture. Good relations with various countries are one of the factors that help expedite foreign trade. One of them that is being intensively reviewed by the Japanese government is the halal market in Japan which has experienced quite significant developments in recent years. The Japanese government is motivated to advance the halal market by increasing the halal industry and halal tourism because Muslim tourists from all over the world are starting to flock to Japan. The seriousness of the Japanese government in the halal market is marked by the provision of halal-certified products that attract Muslim tourists from all over the world. Japan is also paying attention to the application of sharia principles in the field of tourism, including halal food with halal standards. The desire to prepare many halal restaurants was also driven by Japan's election as host for the world sporting event, the 2020 Olympics.

This study aimed to determine the influence of servant leadership and job characteristics on job satisfaction at PT Supralita Mandiri Semarang. The research method used in this research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 105 employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction by showing a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. In the research results, the variable of job characteristics also shows a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The study results show that employee job satisfaction at PT Supralita Mandiri Semarang Branch is influenced by serving leadership and job characteristics with a percentage of 59.8%.

Until now, companies that are included in the LQ45 category are the companies that attract large investors. Therefore, companies must have the ability to manage the company's sources of financing well and avoid company losses. Therefore, the aim of this study is to understand the empirical impact of asset structure, innovative technology, agency costs, firm size and firm growth on the leverage ratio. LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021. This research uses causal benchmarking. The sample for this research is LQ45 member companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period, using the target sampling method. There are 11 companies that meet the screening criteria for the research sample and 33 financial reports. The results show that asset structure, innovative technology, agency costs and size the company has a significant effect on the leverage ratio, while the company's growth variable has no significant effect on the leverage ratio.

Pegadaian baru-baru ini menjadi perlengkapan permanen dalam kehidupan orang Indonesia biasa. Perhiasan, peralatan, serta properti lainnya digadaikan setiap hari bagi sementara waktu menambah pengeluaran mereka yang tidak mampu meminjam dari bank serta lembaga keuangan lainnya. Bahkan, beberapa pegadaian tersebut telah merambah ke provinsi-provinsi sehingga mengambil peran baru sebagai eksponen pembangunan. Namun terlepas dari popularitasnya, studi tentang pegadaian tidak begitu penting. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini mencoba mengisi kekosongan tersebut dengan menghadirkan beberapa fakta baru yang terkait dengan keberadaan pegadaian dalam sistem keuangan secara terus menerus. Penelitian ini dikaji melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang akses datanya dari library research, jadi penelitian ini dikaji dengan kualitatif. Ini kemudian membahas peran pegadaian dalam sistem keuangan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis kinerja pegadaian dengan penekanan khusus pada sumber serta penggunaan sertaa serta profitabilitas serta efisiensi operasional pegadaian. Bagi mengetahui apakah pegadaian masih mampu meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya dengan Meningkatkan ukurannya, tes dijalankan pada skala ekonomi. Singkatnya, apa yang ditunjukkan oleh semua analisis serta hasil bermakna bahwa pegadaian mampu serta akan menjadi sumber kredit alternatif yang baik bagi peminjam kecil bagi UMKM serta masyarakat
