Abstract

Watching movies in the cinema has often been done by the people in the city. there are many cinema places that people visit to watch movies. This study aims to determine the influence of Film Quality, Brand Image, Attractiveness, Word of mouth on the intention of watching movies in batam city. In quantitative research, 400 respondents will be taken and 30 respondents for qualitative research. In this study, disproportionate random sampling and multiple regression methods were used. The application used for data processing is IBM SPSS statistics 24. From the test results on the hypothesis that states that there is a significant influence on the results obtained by the variables Film Quality, Brand Imagery, Attractiveness, and Word of mouth have a positive effect on viewing interest in the batam community.

Abstract

Fulfillment activities in the adjustment of standards and procedures applicable in Indonesia, auditors need time in completing the audit. If the auditor does not have the accuracy, accuracy and expertise in auditing. This affects the length of audit completion which is getting longer. This also has an impact on the publication of the company's financial statements which results in the quality of the financial statements will decrease, especially the reliability and relevance of the information. This study aims to determine the effect of the company's age, profitability and audit engagement period on the speed of publication of financial statements. The research model used in the preparation of this thesis is a descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted on companies registered in 2016-2022. The data is obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study state that the age of the company does not affect the speed of publication of financial statements in food and beverage subsector companies in the 2016-2021 period, because the length or absence of a company is established cannot be a reference that the company can present financial statements on time

Abstract

Determining the factors that cause companies to experience financial distress is important. Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) are factors that can detect a company experiencing financial distress. Consumer services companies experienced a decline in earnings per share. This study aims to analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) which can cause financial distress in consumer services companies. This research is in the form of quantitative research, where the data obtained is then processed using SPSS software. The analytical method used is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on financial distress, Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) has a positive effect on financial distress and Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence consumer education has on brand loyalty mediated by brand engagement at the 6 (six) most coffee shops in Indonesia, namely Janji Jiwa, Starbucks, J.Co Donuts & Coffee, Dunkin Donuts, Kulo and Kopi Kenangan. The data collected is primary data, which is data collected directly by researchers to answer research problems and goals. The unit of analysis in this study is individuals, because consumer education, brand engagement, and brand loyalty analyzed are for generation Z who have made purchases in 6 (six) coffee shops with the highest number of shops in Indonesia with a sample of 200 respondents. The data collection technique used is to deploy a questionnaire with a one-shoot time horizon. The results of this study show that there is an influence of consumer education on brand loyalty mediated by brand engagement.

Abstract

Implementing occupational health and safety in the work area is a form of respect for human rights. Therefore, this research wants to examine the implementation of occupation health and safety in the field to examine whether it only refers to the constitutional law or surpasses the constitutional law. The researcher uses the scoring analytics method by giving a score of 0 if the company does not reveal the Occupational health and safety issues, giving a score of 1 if the disclosure only follows the measurement and a score of 2 if the exposure is beyond the criterion or the rules. The indicator is arranged based on the Decree of the Director-General of Coal Minerals of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019. Based on the research result, the implementation of Occupational health and safety in most companies only refers to the constitutional law. The disclosure that can make the revelation surpass the indicator is about the control of Covid-19 spread and international certification for the implementation of Occupational health and safety. Other factors that can impact occupational health and safety disclosure are the parent company's location, the existence of a foreign commissioner, and the type of company ownership.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap mekanisme penetapan harga Jual dan jasa pada Fotocopy Erifoto Stabat Kabupaten Langkat iProvinsi Sumatera Utara tersebut. Untuk mengungkap persoalan tersebut secara mendalam dan menyeluruh, maka penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan selama masa penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan atau observasi dan wawancara, dengan objek penelitian di Fotocopy Erifoto Stabat Kabupaten Langkat  Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis tentang mekanisme penetapan harga jual dan jasa di Fotocopy Erifoto Stabat Kabupaten Langkat  Provinsi Sumatera Utara maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme penetapan pembulatan harga yang tidak jelas di Fotocopy namun Percetakan Ammey menggunakan penetapan harga berbasis keadilan, penetapan harga di Fotocopy Erifoto Stabat Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara sudah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam karena harga yang ditetapkan tidak mendzalimi pembeli dan mengambil keuntungan pada tingkat kewajaran. Fotocopy Erifoto Stabat Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara tidak mengambil keuntungan dari hasil pembulatan harga, tetapi sisa dari hasil pembulatan tersebut akan dikumpulkan dan dialihkan untuk dana sosial dan untuk kotak amal masjid. dan penetapan pembulatan harga merupakan titik keseimbangan antara kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan yang disepakati secara rela sama rela oleh penjual dan pembeli.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment with Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this study were credit marketing staff employees in the Jabodetabek area banking. The sampling technique used a census of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the variant-based structural model equation method with the partial least squares approach using the SmartPLS version 3.2.1 application. The results showed that Work Satisfaction had an effect on Work Engagement, Work Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement had no effect on Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction had no effect on Organizational Commitment through the Work Engagement variable. The managerial implications of this research are first, to increase work satisfaction, employees should be placed according to the educational background, work experience, and competency of the worker. Second, to increase Organizational Commitment to banking employees, companies retain employees by providing career path certainty in the company. Third, to improve Work Engagement, ideas from employees for the betterment of the company can be considered so that employees feel involved in their organization

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to examine and analyze the effect of Apparatus Competence on Performance Accountability of Government Agencies, (2) to test and analyze the ability of Organizational Commitment to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability. The research was conducted at 29 OPD in the Government of Serang Regency using quantitative methods through data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, while a sample of 145 people used the census method. This study obtained the results that Apparatus Competence has a positive and significant effect on Government Agencies Performance Accountability, Organizational Commitment is also able to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability.

Abstract

Education & Training Research (Training), Leadership and Motivation are factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the Performance of Military Staff General Staff of the Jayakarta/Jayakarta Regional Military Command in East Jakarta. To prove this effect, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Education & Training (Training), Leadership with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Military Personnel of the General Staff in East Jakarta. The object of this study was taken from the General Staff Military Personnel population in East Jakarta. With a total sample of 107 out of 146 populations calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% error margin, data collection used a closed questionnaire and there were 5 rating scales. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), double linear registration was used as an analytical tool while hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test and path analysis was used to test the effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that Education & Training (Training) has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Training has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training has no effect on employee performance through motivation. And leadership has no effect on employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

Training, motivation, and discipline are Three factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Unlock Main Techniques. to prove the influence of the three, and this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Training, Motivation, and Discipline on the work environment as an interference at PT. Main Bukaka Engineering Tbk. This research was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. Located on Jl. Raya Narogong. took 84 students as a research sample, calculated using the Slovin Formula from a total population of 630 employees at 10% margin error. Data was collected using an online questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The research was conducted by analyzing data assisted by statistics (SPSS Version 25). Quantitative, namely by describing research data and conducting inference analysis. Instrument variables include validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression analysis methods is used as an analysis tool while the hypothesis is made by t-test and F-test. The research yielded two main findings per the proposed hypothesis: 1) Training has an effect on employee performance 2) Motivation has an effect on Voting Decisions 3) Discipline influences impressions on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve Training, Motivation, Discipline, and Employee Performance to improve Voting Decisions
