Abstract

Women are often burdened with carrying out family functions, especially for long-distance partners. This is due to the gender bias that grows in society and places women with feminine characteristics in the domestic sector, while men with masculine characteristics are placed in the public sector. This article tries to explain the role of the wife in carrying out family functions for long-distance family couples, especially for informants in the city of Purwokerto. This type of research is field research using a gender approach to determine the existence of gender bias that occurs in the distribution of family function roles. Primary data obtained from interviews was then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of husband and wife in carrying out family functions in long-distance couples in Purwokerto is mostly carried out by women as wives, which causes women to experience multiple burdens. This is due to the patriarchal culture and government policies which seem to place women in a domistic position and are responsible for everything that happens in their household.

Abstract

Sintuwu Maroso is the local wisdom of Poso City, containing moderation values which are believed to be one of the solutions in minimizing the possibility of religious conflicts in Poso City again. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of Situwu Maroso in moderation education in schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of field study research at SD-IT Hidayatullah Poso. Data collection techniques with interviews with several informants, namely principals, teachers, students then observe directly the learning process activities. The results showed that the values of sintuwu maroso in religious moderation education have been implemented in the learning process in schools, but have not been written in reality. The implementation of Sintuwu Maroso in religious moderation education is reflected in the aspects of: policies in the delivery of Tuwu Mombetubunaka (mutual respect), Tuwu Mombepomawo (living in mutual love), Tuwu Mombetatuwu (supporting each other / helping each other) through ceremonial activities and morning apples; in the learning process in the classroom, one of which is local content lessons; as well as extracurricular activities. Habituation and example are needed in implementing Sintuwu Maroso in religious moderation education. The local wisdom of "Sintuwu Maroso" in schools in forming a culture of moderate thinking is important to continue, so that overall students have moderate thoughts, deeds and movements, and accommodate local culture.

Abstract

Students' engagement can be enhanced when educators employ appropriate teaching methods during the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to uncover the levels of student engagement before and after the implementation of the Talk Action Your Obligate (TAYO) teaching method and to assess the effectiveness of the TAYO teaching method in increasing students' engagement in learning Qur'an Hadith. The research design used in this study is experimental, with a quantitative descriptive research method. The results of the research reveal that the Talk Action Your Obligate (TAYO) teaching method is effective when used in the Qur'an Hadith learning process, as it places learners at the center of the learning experience, thus encouraging them to actively develop their potential, provided that educators effectively guide the learning process. Furthermore, students' engagement in various indicators significantly improves following the implementation of the TAYO method. Hence, it is recommended for educators to consider using this method to prevent student boredom during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of MIKADA products in increasing sales volume carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" in Dampal village, Sirenja District, Donggala Regency. The informant in this study was coordinator and head of business group Nadoli Nasintuvu and several consumers/buyers of MIKADA products. This study used a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and ductumeation. The results showed that to increase sales volume, the marketing strategy carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" includes a labeling product strategy, highlighting product quality and using new packaging, pricing strategy, by setting prices according to operational costs incurred, place strategy, namely serving purchases at production houses, marketing in the local market and establishing partnerships with the Sikola Mombine Foundation to Marketing, while the promotion strategies used include advertising through the distribution of brochures, personal sales and publicity.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the forms of internalization of character values ​​through a religious culture approach in preventing bullying behavior among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency as well as the impact of internalizing character values ​​through a religious culture approach in preventing bullying behavior among students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are teachers and students. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques which were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verification methods. Forms of internalizing Character values ​​towards Bullying Behavior among Students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency firstly, instilling religious character values ​​through extra-curricular activities, through getting used to good behavior and through advice, secondly instilling the character values ​​of tolerance, instilling character values Social care. The impact of internalizing character values ​​on bullying behavior among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Parigi Moutong Regency has a positive impact. This can be seen from changes in behavior for the better among students as well as reducing and preventing bullying behavior in the school.

Abstract

Sintuvu cultural values in the reality of Kaili people's lives are extracted from various meaningful events as a learning process that forms awareness about togetherness. The value components that make up Sintuvu into the principle of togetherness and a symbol of unity in Kaili society include the values of harmony, kinship, the spirit of sharing, solidarity, consensus, responsibility and openness. From the results of initial observations on the ethnoparenting of the Kaili tribe in Palu City, it was found that the cultural values of the Kaili tribe, especially the cultural values of sintuvu are still not optimally applied in the people of Palu City, even feared to be increasingly displaced by western parenting patterns that are different from the values of local wisdom. As for Palu City as Kaili Land, of course, the most important thing in applying Kaili cultural values, one of which is Sintuvu cultural values. And Lere Village is one of the villages in Palu City where the majority of the population is Kaili tribe. So, the author is interested in conducting research on the application of Sintuvu cultural values of the Kaili tribe, with the research title "Application of Ethnoparenting based on Sintuvu Cultural Values of the Kaili Tribe in Developing Social Emotional Aspects of Children in Palu City".

Abstract

Penelitian tentang perempuan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pengembangan ekonomi keluarga maupun dalam masyarakat. Bagi perempuan pelibatan dalam kegiatan penelitian sosial merupakan salah upaya dalam meningkatkan pembedayaan perempuan untuk medapatkan informasi terkait dengan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam masyaraakat khususnya masalah pemebrdayaan ekonomi sosial keluarga. Berdasarkan fenomena sosial yang ada pada keluarga ataupun masyarakat maka Perempuan melibatkan diri dalam melakukan penelitian berdasarkan permasalahan atau fakta yang yang dikemukakan dalam tulisan ini adalah (1) Partisipasi perempuan dalam kegiatan penelitian tentang pemberdayaan perempuan dalam masyarakat dapat menamba wawasan dan daya kritik bagi perempuan , (2) kebutuhan praktis pemberdayaan sebagai salah satu langka strategis perempuan yang telah dipenuhi syarat dalam melakukan penelitian, oleh karena itu keberadaan perempuan dalam melakukan penelitian menunjukan tingkat keterlibatan perempuan untuk melakukan penelitian dalam rangka meningkatkan ekononomi keluarga. Namu demikian untuk menghasilkan peneliti perempuan yang berkualitas maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan berkelanjutan baik penelitian kualitatif maupun kuantitatif bagi perempuan sehingga dapat terukur tingkat kemampuan perempuan dalam melakukan penelitian sosial sesuai fakta yang terjadi dalam keluarga dan masyarakat.
