Abstract

Golden Energi Mandiangin adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam Manufacturing Crumb Rubber dimana dalam operasionalnya memerlukan pengendalian persedian bahan baku untuk produksi. Masalah optimalisasi pemesanan bahan baku merupaka hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan, sehingga masalah ini terus dipelajari dan dikembangkan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode EOQ. Penelitian dan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, apabila menggunakan metode EOQ dalam pengadaan bahan baku akan didapatkan penghematan biaya.. Jika penyelenggaraan bahan baku didasarkan pada metode EOQ terdapat penghematan biaya tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 392.013.491,- tahun 2014 sebesar Rp. 714.924.228,- tahun 2015 sebesar Rp. 341.627.892,-.Dengan demikian berarti ada perbedaan yang sangat nyata antara kebijaksanaan persediaan yang dilakukan menurut perusahaan dengan perhitungan menurut EOQ.

Abstract

Proses produksi kapal sebagian besar merupakan pekerjaan pengelasan, kira-kira sepertiga dari seluruh jumlah pengerjaan. Tahapan pengelasan diatur didalam Welding Prosedur Specification (WPS) yang mengatur aturan pengelasan seperti class, material, elektroda, cara pengelasan, bentuk bevel, panjang jarak bevel (gap) dan sudut kemiringan. Berdasarkan WPS yang digunakan pada pembangunan Kapal Tanker HN 309 panjang jarak bevel (gap) pada pengelasan SMAW adalah 2,6-3 mm. Uji lengkung dilakukan untuk mengatur kekuatan material akibat pembebanan tanpa menyebabkan deformasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan bending (kualitas) hasil pengelasan dengan gap 2 mm pada plat 11 mm dengan variasi kuat arus 100 A, 120 A dan 140 A. Melalui metode pengelasan plat ASTM A36 yang kemudian dilakukan uji bending mengunakan mesin bending MTS landmark ASTM E 190-2003. Kekuatan lentur uji bending dari ketiga spesimen berdasarkan variasi kuat arus yaitu nilai kuat arus 140 A paling baik dibandingkan dengan kuat arus 120 A dan 100 A yaitu nilai kuat arus 140 sebesar 1,76107649 kN/mm2, nilai kuat arus 120 A sebesar 1,50230752 kN/mm2 dan nilai kuat arus 100 A sebesar 1,44976202 kN/mm2 dengan nilai regresi linier yang diperoleh sebesar 0.872. Sehingga prosedur pengelasan plat 11 mm dengan gap 2 mm dapat digunakan dalam proses produksi pembangunan kapal.

Abstract

The problem in this research is using the control chart diagram - R whether the 2018 kernel product defects at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur is still under control ?, by using a causal diagram what factors cause the failure of kernel products at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur?. The purpose of this final project is to determine the defect rate of kernel products at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur is still under control or not through the control chart - R and to find out what factors cause the failure of kernel products at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur through a causal diagramThe data collection methods used in the writing of this study were field research (interviews and documentation) and literature study. The data analysis method used is the control chart - R to see abnormalities or deviations in the kernel quality data and cause and effect diagrams to analyze what are the causes of product defects.Based on the results of research and data processing, it is known that of the three quality standards of kernel products, two of them are out of control, namely dirt and shell (dirt content) and broken kernel (broken kernel). Therefore, the authors provide suggestions for the company to improve the quality of kernel products.

Abstract

Tanaman karet merupakan salah satu tanaman potensial, hasil produksi lateks dari tanaman karet digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan karet gelang, dan proses pemotongan diperlukan mesin pemotong karet gelang. Tujuan dari analisis kinerja pemotong karet gelang ini adalah mengetahui hasil potongan / menit dari mesin ini dan mesin tersebut mengunakan motor listrik 1,5 HP dengan perbandingan reducer 10:1 dan mendapatkan hasil 110 Potongan / menit dan dari hasil pengambilan data dengan menggunakan pisau pemotong setebal 5 mm rata-rata mesin ini dapat mencetak butiran dengan ketebalan 2 mm., adapun mesin ini nantinya akan dijual dengan harga yang lebih ekonomis dan menggunakan tingkat konsumsi daya listrik tidak boros dibandingkan dengan mesin yang sudah ada dipasaran.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country with subtropical climate suitable for planting multicultural and one of those plants is sugar cane. Sugar cane is a raw material for producing sugar, where biomass waste has not been utilized appropriately. The amount of biomass waste was produced of 24-30% from sugar mills. Effective, efficient and environmentally friendly waste treatment technology is needed to utilize the waste into a renewable energy source using gasification methods. Gasification is a process to convert biomass waste to combustible gases (CO, CH4, and H2). This process is combustion with limited air supply (20% -40% stoichiometric air) to break long hydrocarbon chains into short hydrocarbons at high temperatures. This method requires an updraft gasifier furnace that is capable of being operated at high temperatures, which can convert biomass waste into syngas with high conversion. An updraft gasifier is a gasification furnace at temperature of 300-500oC and atmospheric pressure, also used air flow of 10-20 L / min and zeolite as catalyst. This research are devided into few steps, namely drying, crushing, separating, gasification process, The proximate and ultimate method was used to analyze the produced syngas. Proximate analysis is an analysis to measure the calorific value by using a calorimeter bomb, ash content used AAF furnace, and moist water content used a decator. Moreover, ultimate method was used to analyze CH4, H2, O2, N2, CO and CO2 compositions by using Gas Chromatography (GC). Firstly, sugarcane bagasse as the main raw material, were dried and chopped in 7 cm then it were put into the gasifier. The results showed that maximum syngas ratio of combustible gas (CO, H2 and CH4) and noncombustible gas (NGC) of 1.03 with added the zeolit of 200 gr and water of 40 ,L/min.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of a hybrid dryer by combining the utilization of solar energy (solar dryer) and biomass power sources. Utilization of solar thermal energy sources by maximizing solar heat radiation sources which are absorbed directly into the drying chamber in the form of a transparent house with ventilation holes for fresh air to enter and moist air to exit. This process will produce hot air circulation (convection) in the drying chamber continuously so that the process of evaporation of water from the material being dried is faster. The temperature of the hybrid dryer with a sun source without the test material was 56º C. In the hybrid dryer test with a biomass combustion power source without the test material, the maximum temperature was 46 º C with a stable temperature of 40 º C. In the hybrid dryer test with a solar power source with the material test with a drying rate for 6 hours of drying there was a reduction in the mass of areca nut by 19%. The performance of the hybrid drying machine is better when the temperature is controlled with a setting temperature of 60º C. The average drying rate of areca nut from the hybrid dryer is 1 kg/hour

Abstract

Almost all level education have beeb introduced early on as one of the subjects. One of school that has been using a computer or laptop as a medium of learning is a school SLB. Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi. SLB. Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi is an extraordinary school of elementary, junior and senior high school students, from all the disorders of blind, deaf, physically disabeld, mentally disabled and Autism. In this study the rspondens werw people with cerebral palsy mixed. That is, people with cerebral palsy accompanied by other symptoms of disease, the person is in a wheelchair, can not do mobility (sitting and standing) without the help of others (in a wheelchair). In the learning process the condition of people with cerebral palsy should be considered. And the facilities provided must be in accordance with the condition of cerebral palsy. Ergonomic portable laptop desk design can be obtained by anthropometry approach in accordance with posture of students of cerebral palsy SLB. Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi, thus providing comfort, safety and pain relief by using an ergonomic portable laptop desk.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor dan akar yang sangat penting yang mampu kepuasan kepada nasabahnya.Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang menentukan service quality (servqual) terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT.Bank Sinarmas Tbk Kcp. Jambi Tebing Tinggi dan mengetahui service quality (servqual) terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT.Bank Sinarmas Tbk Kcp. Jambi Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari observasi langsung dan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung yang dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji servqual dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian bahwa kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh area parkir, kelengkapan fisik yang dimiliki, penampilan karyawan, fasilitas keamaan, pelayanan yang cepat kepada nasabah, pengetahuaan karyawan terhadap produk bank, perhatian pribadi kepada nasabah dalam hal pelayanan dan kepekaan karyawan untuk mengetahui minat nasabah (reality) dan untuk mengetahui service quality (servqual) terhadap kepuasaan nasabah yaitu reliability, responsiveness , assurance dan empaty sedangkan penilaian nasabah yang tidak puas yaitu tangible.

Abstract

PT X Industry adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi Pulp & Tisu dalam berbagai macam jenis, sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. PT X Industry terdiri dari beberapa Divisi dan Divisi membawahi beberapa unit, Salah satu unit dari divisi Pulp Mill adalah Pulp Machine. Untuk menghasilkan produksi Pulp tidak terlepas dengan ketersediaan Felt pada Pulp Machine sehingga Perusahaan perlu melaksanakan perencanaan dan Pengendaliannya sehingga Umur Felt dapat dioptimalkan. Dengan adanya peningkatan umur felt akan berdampak langsung terhadap penghematan Cost Felt dan berpotensi terhadap peningkatan Produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Total Cost Felt dengan menggunakan Metode EOQ. Lokasi penelitian di PT X Industry Divisi PUP (PulpMill Production) Unit Pulp Machine di Heavy Duty Press (HDP 1 & 2 ). Tanggal 08 Oktober 2019 sampai 10 Januari 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan dilakukan perhitungan angka-angka yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan cost Felt. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, Observasi dan dokumen. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil Penelitian ini bahwa dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dengan safety stock Total Cost Felt lebih besar dari tanpa safety Stock akan tetapi dengan adanya Safety Stock lebih menjamin ketersediaan Felt sehingga produksi dapat berjalan lancar dan dapat memenuhi pesanan konsumen sehingga kerugian yang lebih besar dapat dihindari.

Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Timber Business Unit Aro Kerinci is a company engaged in processing. Customer satisfaction is a major key in the service development process. Therefore, increasing the performance of a company is to increase the quality of a company. Performance is a description of the level of implementation of an activity, program, realizing the goals, objectives, mission and vision of the organization which are contained in the formulation of an organization's strategic scheme (strategic planning). Retrieval of performance results at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Aro Kerinci Timber Business Unit has four perspectives and ten indicators, namely financial indicators with increasing profit perspective, customer indicators, consumer loyalty and increasing number of consumers, internal business indicators, number perspective, work accident rate and employee attendance and learning perspective and satisfaction indicators growth. employees, increase employee competition and rewards or rewards. To determine the level of service at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Aro Kerinci Timber Business Unit is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with hierarchical stages, pair comparisons and consistency checks in carrying out this consistency check carried out by several stages of Weight Sum Factor (WSF), Consistency Factor (CF), index consistency (CI), index ratio (RI) and Consistency Ratio (CR).
