Quantitative research with an associative/relationship approach. The number of samples is 47 employees. The data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using instrument test, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), determination coefficient (R2), simultaneous influence test (F test), and partial influence test (t test). Result: Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation is Y = 1.779 + 0.365X1 + 0.316X2. Abstract

The study used a quantitative approach with an online survey method distributed to 230 participants who had purchased tickets. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that fanaticism has a significant positive impact on purchasing interest and purchase decisions. Price has a positive impact on purchasing interest but not on purchasing decisions, while location has no positive impact on purchasing interest and purchase decisions, and purchasing interest has a positive impact on purchasing decisions. The following findings explain that in the context of K-pop concerts, emotional factors such as fanaticism are more dominant than rational factors such as price and location. The phenomenon of K-pop concerts in Surabaya is the first. Day6 is a South Korean artist to perform a concert in Surabaya, so researchers are interested in examining the influence of fanaticism, price, and location factors on purchasing interest and ticket purchase decisions for a South Korean band concert at the Jawa Pos Arena in Surabaya. Theoretically, this can contribute to the development of science in the marketing and consumer behavior sectors. Meanwhile, practically, it can contribute to promoters or concert organizers by providing suggestions to consider more emotional aspects in marketing strategies, as well as choosing locations that are comfortable, safe, and easily accessible.

Abstract

This study utilizes secondary data from 532 provincial, district, and city governments in Indonesia from 2021 to 2022, with a total of 1,064 observations. Data sources come from the Ministry of Finance, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and Bappenas. The analysis results indicate that the social function budget has not had a significant direct impact on reducing the proportion of the population living in inadequate housing. However, when the interaction with the HDI is taken into account, the effect of the social function budget on the achievement of SDG 11 becomes significant and positive. These findings indicate that the quality of human development plays a crucial role in increasing the effectiveness of social budget utilization. Therefore, this study recommends integrating social budget policies and strategies to improve the HDI so that the development of adequate cities and human settlements can be achieved sustainably. Regional governments are expected to develop inclusive budget plans and encourage investment in the education, health, and community economic sectors to increase the success of social programs in supporting the achievement of the SDGs.

Abstract

The development of digital technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, has brought great impact to accounting epistemology. This research aims to explore the influence of these technologies on accounting practices, especially in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. Through the literature review method, this study analyzed 26 relevant articles to identify the impact of AI and Big Data in accounting, focusing on validity, transparency, and emerging ethical challenges. The results show that AI in accounting can automate processes, reduce human error, and speed up the processing of financial information. Big Data Data helps companies to gain deeper insights through larger and real-time data, making financial statements not only a reflection of the past, but also a predictive tool. However, challenges such as algorithmic bias, data privacy and adherence to ethical standards are important concerns that must be managed. Companies are expected to allocate adequate resources in accounting technology and provide training related to AI and Big Data. The application of these technologies must comply with strict ethical standards and regulations to avoid misuse. Further research could explore the application of digital technologies in different industry sectors or company types and involve interviews with accounting professionals and information technology experts.

Abstract

The research highlights the importance of adopting environmental sustainability principles to enhance employee performance in the geothermal energy sector. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero). Abstract

In the era of globalisation, the use of gadgets has increased rapidly, including among children, bringing both positive and negative impacts. In children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), gadgets trigger aggression, reduce focus, and lead to repetitive behaviours, stimming, and babbling, making them a challenge for therapists. This study aims to analyse therapists' stress management in handling children with ASD who are exposed to gadgets. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with four informants through interviews, observations, and documentation, the data were analysed using NVivo 12. The results show that therapists manage stress through relaxation, emotional release, and mindfulness, which are generally effective in preventing burnout, although there are differences in satisfaction among the informants.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, life skills are a key factor in improving human resource quality, particularly in entrepreneurship. PKBM Tim Suara Masyarakat Dawuan, Karawang Regency, implements entrepreneurship training based on life skills to strengthen learners’ economic independence. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving four informants: PKBM managers, training tutors, and program alumni. Data analysis was conducted systematically using Nvivo 15. The findings reveal that training management at PKBM Tim Suara Masyarakat Dawuan is carried out through careful planning based on learner needs, participatory learning methods, and continuous evaluation. Supporting factors include financial assistance from external partners, adequate facilities, and the active role of tutors in motivating participants. However, challenges remain, particularly low awareness among school-age learners who struggle to recognize the importance of life skills and economic independence. This study contributes to the limited literature on life skill-based entrepreneurship training in non-formal education in Indonesia. Practically, it provides strategic recommendations for PKBM to maximize training success, enabling the development of independent, creative, and competitive graduates.
