Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance of the services, analyze the factor restricting services and interpret the models performance Office land District Tapin. This research uses qualitative research methods with the descriptive approach. Research analysis unit is the Office of the District Land Commission Tapin, with data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the performance of the District Land Office Tapin in improving registration of land rights according to commendation Agrarian Staple ACT No. 5 of 1960 concerning the basic rules of agrarian issues and PP RI Number 24 in 1997 about the land registry, are: (1) in the field of land administration serve does no go well, and (2) less than optimal in the socialization of land areas. On the basis of research results, in order to improve the performance of the District Lnd Office Tapin and registration of land, then the Government should implement the socialization or outreach to the public through print and electronic media. As well as increasing the budget costs of organizing land rights en masse at no cost, and revamping the regulations concerning land rights to article that is forced by the sanctions firmly to the landowners who have yet to register their land rights. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze: 1) the performance of Village Officials in administering the government, especially at the research location; 2) factors that hamper the performance of Village Officials in administering the government at the research site.Data collection techniques in this study are: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; and 3) Documentation. Interviews are the main instrument, namely with key informants such as the Village Head, Head of Government and Community for making results in the discussion.The results showed that: The Performance of Village Officials in Administering the Government of Ribang Village in Muara Uya sub District, Tabalong Regency (Study of Government Affairs) can be said to run well and factors that inhibit performance are lack of ability to operate computers and lack of motivation from the apparatus to achieve work goals. Suggestions, for the implementation of services in the framework of organizing village governance, the Village Head and Village Officials need to carry out their work functions and duties to the maximum to better serve the community and Need learning or courses for Village Officials who are not yet proficient at using computers. Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out and analyze the performance of village officials in the framework of village autonomy at the office of the Mantuil Village in Muara District, Must Tabalong District. 2) To know and analyze any obstacles experienced by village officials in carrying out their duties and authority in Mantuil Village, Muara District, Tabalong District. Data collection techniques in this study are: 1) observation; 2) interview. Interviews are the main instrument, namely with key informants such as village heads, village officials and the community to produce results in the discussion. The results of the study show that the performance of village officials at this time can be said to be good, in the completion of the task performance of village officials it is quite good, only the level of discipline still needs to be improved in order to produce better quality development and for the future to be better The constraints faced are due to lack of good coordination so that there are tasks that are not resolved in time, besides that human resources are less reliable and become an obstacle that causes development to be delayed. Abstract

The biggest challenge in the practice of democracy is the process of sharing power, especially for the unitary state of Indonesia. The lack of clarity in the rule of law in the distribution of authority causes turbulence in resource-producing regions. The concept of asymmetric decentralization is one of the answers in the practice of democracy in Indonesia. Through a literature review approach, this paper tries to parse a few problems of asymmetric decentralization practices in Indonesia. Abstract

Motivation is a series of processes of human behavior in which this behavior can encourage someone to contribute to the organization with the aim of achieving the goals of the organization. After employees feel happy with their jobs, employees will respect the rights and obligations of fellow employees so that a conducive working atmosphere is created, in the end employees earnestly give their best ability in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, and this means that the maximum performance will shown by employees.The type of research used in this study is to use descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and assisted with the GSCA program, this type of research is to obtain accurate information about the motivation of employees through performance evaluation by distributing questionnaires to employees to obtain accurate data.The results of testing the model using the GSCA test show that Motivation (X) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) obtained an estimate value of 0.681, with a CR of 3.18. The test results are significant, because CR> 1.96. While the magnitude of the contribution of the Motivation (X) variable to Performance (Y) is 54.9%, and the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other variables, such as Leadership Style, Incentives, Work Environment, and others. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the performance Government of the village for the construction of road infrastructure Farmer in the village of Dusun Matarah East Barito Regency East. as well as to know and analyze the factors that hamper the performance Government of the village for the construction of road infrastructure Farmer in the village of Dusun Matarah East Barito Regency East. This study used a qualitative research approach is descriptive in nature. Techniques of data collection, through interviews and documentation. Key informants include PJ village chief, head of Government Affairs and development, Chairman of the BPD, and two communities. Interactive model of data analysis techniques belonging to Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this study showed that the Government's Performance, the village of Dusun Matarah East Barito Regency East in the construction of road infrastructure Farmer during this already well underway, based on indicators: productivity, Responsiveness, Corporate Responsibility, Accountability. Factors that hinder the performance of the Government in the development of road infrastructure Village Farmer is: Internal factors; The lack of ability of Government HR village, the rising prices of materials. External Factors; The lack of participation of the community, the existence of a society that does not support the construction of road infrastructure farmer. Based on the research results, it is recommended to the Government of the village, and the public needs to be done coaching and training in the form of an increase in the ability of the Government apparatus HR village, The village government need to hold more socialization to provide insight into the mindset of the community, namely, the need to support the development of this farmer road to the welfare of society itself, to community need awareness of yourself to participate in the construction of road infrastructure, for achievement of a farmer a progress. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the Quality of Service in Tanta Health Center is to create good service for the community. In this case to find out the Service Quality that is given to the community, the researcher only focuses on one indicator, namely on the Tangible aspect. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. This study uses questionnaire techniques or questionnaires that are giving to 30 respondents who are considered to have knowledge in research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique using frequency distribution tabulation. The results showed that the Quality of Community Services seen from the Tangible (Tangible) aspect of the Tanta Community Health Center, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency can be categorized as "quite high quality". Abstract

Research is to find out and analyze 1) influence of education against Pertamina Hospital employee motivation Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 2) Influence of education on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 3) influence of work experience against Pertamina Hospital employee motivation Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 4) Influence of work experience on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 5) Influence of motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 6) Influence of the education, work experience, motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 7) to know the influence of the education, work experience through motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency. This research is eksplanatory research. The approach used in this study was the quantitative approach. Sampling method with the method of probability sampling techniques in the collection of data in this study are: 1) the study of librarianship; and 2) Questionnaires or question form. Questionnaires or question form is the main instrument with 30 sample respondents from a nurse who works at the hospital of Pertamina Tanjung Tabalong Regency. Methods of data analysis using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The research results showed that: 1) there was no influence of Education against Pertamina Hospital employee motivation Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 2) there is the influence of Education on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 3) there is no working experience influence employee motivation against Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 4) there is the influence of work experience on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 5) there was no influence of Motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 6) there is the influence of the Education, work experience, motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency; 7) there is no influence on education, work experience through Motivation on performance of employees of Pertamina Hospital Tanjung Tabalong Regency. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan efektivitas jasa Ijin Bangunan (IMB) di Kecamatan Telaga Bauntung di Kabupaten Banjar berdasarkan peraturan daerah nomor 4 dari 2012. Informasi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, melalui studi perpustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui responden. Sementara analisis data melalui kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil kajian ini adalah: (a) berlakunya suatu dasar hukum yang tidak memberikan delegasi kewenangan kepada daerah, (b) sistem kerja tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik, sehingga pelaksanaannya kurang efektif, dan (d) sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pa dalam mengatasi pengeluaran dalam pemerintahan adalah dengan (a) pemberdayaan peraturan kabupaten banjar nomor 4 dari 2012 sebagai dasar hukum untuk pokok bahasan dan obyek imb, (b) keterlibatan unit pelayanan sipil yang memadai dan camat sebagai aparat regional yang berpartisipasi dalam membantu imb dan (c) hukum dan peraturan yang memberikan fleksibilitas khusus untuk meminta izin dengan sistem layanan satu atap. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan pelaksanaan Permenkes No. 129/2008 dilihat dari 21 jenis jasa di H. Damanhuri Barabai Regional Hospital hulu sungai tengah District. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada responden untuk mendapatkan data primer, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung dan dokumenter yang ditemukan di lapangan. Dengan menggunakan Skala Likert data dianalisis dan disajikan sesuai dengan tujuannya, kemudian menyimpulkan sesuai dengan temuan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit daerah H. Damanhuri Barabai berdasarkan Permenkes nomor 129 tahun 2008 dalam hal aspek 21 jenis layanan yang dianggap termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat baik, karena Skor kriteria interpretasi menyatakan bahwa nilai 84,56% termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat baik.
