Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Implementasi Disiplin Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Barito Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, 1) Implementasi kebijakan absensi sidik jari di Satpol PP dan DAMKAR Kabupaten Barito Timur sudah berjalan optimal. 2) Implementasi kebijakan absensi sidik jari dilihat dari Sumber Daya, yaitu PNS di lingkungan Satpol PP dan DAMKAR Kabupaten Barito Timur sebelum diterapkan sudah mengetahui tentang penerapan absen elektronik dan mereka telah siap melaksanakannya 3) Pengawasan kepala dinas dalam implementasi kebijakan absensi sidik jari di lingkungan kerjanya sangat ketat 4) Koordinasi yang dilakukan kepala dinas dengan bawahannya terkait implementasi kebijakan absensi sidik jari sudah baik dengan selalu memantau dan menanyakan kepada bawahannya. Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini, perusahaan dituntut harus mempunyai SDM yang handal dan berkualitas agar memberikan kinerja yang maksimal. Faktor pertama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah faktor individu yang di dalamnya termasuk pengetahuan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan manajemen pengetahuan. Dengan memaksimalkan manajemen pengetahuan di perusahaan maka diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara yaitu 35 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Instrumen utama pengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis GeSCA (Generalized Structured Componen Analysis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis diuji dengan uji GeSCA menggunakan nilai Critical Ratio (CR). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Yazid Bersaudara Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong dengan pengaruh sebesar 49,9% dan sisa nya 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kompensasi, stress kerja, lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pengetahuan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Motorized Vehicle Testing Service Quality at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur and to analyze what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur.The research approach used is descriptive qualitative method, to describe the condition of the subject / object of research based on facts that appear or as they are. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques.Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at UPT PKB at Barito Timur Transportation Service is one of the public service institutions that carries out services on vehicle feasibility testing. As a public institution, it is mandatory to provide quality services, so as to provide satisfaction to the recipients of the service. The definition of Motorized Vehicle Testing (PKB) itself is an examination of the vehicle condition, whether the vehicle meets the requirements of land-worthy or not, including the completeness of vehicle documents, given the enormous benefits of public or non-public transportation equipment helping mobility of community activities.The results showed that the service quality of UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur was inadequate or still low, because it was found that most of the five quality indicators were still low, especially indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The factors that influence are internal factors and external factors . Internal factors consist of organizational structure, human resources / apparatus, small service and financial systems, while external factors are in the form of budgeting policies and placement of personnel from related institutions without looking at needs and competencies.

Abstract

The presence of the village was emphasized through Law Number 6 of 2014 about Villages, village funds as a form of creation for the 3rd Nawacita so that the village government had the authority to regulate its territory. The great nominal village funds must be managed properly however in practice there is still misuse of village funds. Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) 2.0 is an application developed to improve quality village financial governance. Through analyzing the Information System Success model in SISKEUDES 2.0 it must be known that things affect the system implementation and based on observations there are factors that influence it such leadership, commitment, communication, human resources, and training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan dan harga saham di masa pandemi Covid 19 pada saham perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45, harga saham sebagai indikator keberhasilan bagi perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatoris. yaitu penelitian penelitian yang dilakukan dengan maksud menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variable melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan yang masuk kategori saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah diaudit yang diunduh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu www.idx.co.id. Fokus penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam kategori saham LQ45. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan go public yang masuk kategori dan secara berturur-turut selama periode pengamatan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh current ratio (X1), Return On Assets (X2), dan Total Asset Turn Over (X3) terhadap harga saham (Y). Abstract

Penulisan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, ataupun pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalamannya, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan – permasalahan beserta pemecahan – pemecahannnya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh pembenaran (verivikasi) dalam bentuk dukungan data emperis di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Penelitian Dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Tabalong, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 42, sampel 42 orang dan teknik analisis data dengan instrument penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi dan Komitmen secara Persial dan Simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Penelitian Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Tabalong dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Penelitian Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Tabalong adalah Kompetensi, Determinasi adjusted (R2) adalah 0,440 atau 44%, hal ini menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research on community empowerment programs in Sungai Andai Kelurahan, Banjarmasin City aims to identify existing empowerment programs, then these programs will be evaluated to determine the form of programs that have a positive impact on improving family welfare. The method used in this study was the in-depth interview technique with the sub-district and community who were the target of the program. Then the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique. The results showed that there are several empowerment programs that have been implemented in Sungai Andai village, namely making salted eggs, making pastries, printing, sewing, embroidering, embroidering and food packaging processes. Some of these programs come from the Department of Industry and Trade of the city of Banjarmasin and also from village funds allocated specifically for empowerment programs. Based on information, these programs have not fully had a direct impact on improving the welfare of the community, because there are programs that have completed the implementation of training that cannot be followed up by the community independently due to constraints on financing. This research suggests that the kelurahan monitor and evaluate existing empowerment programs and provide assistance after training so that obstacles that arise in the next process can be resolved quickly. Abstract

The inpassing policy in functional positions is one of the instruments of various government efforts to create professional civil servants. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation and observation with the research subjects were give an policy implementers and civil servants who received the impact of the policy. The results of the study illustration that the implementation of the inpassing policy for functional positions has been running even though it has not shown any significant progress and the inpassing organizational structure has had a positive impact. Supporting Factors of the implementation of policies regarding the appointment of civil servants to functional positions through adjustments/inpassing are the extended implementation time of inpassing, government policies that require certain jobs to be carried out only by functional officials and the support of the South Barito Regency RPJMD while the inhibiting factors for the implementation of this policy are relatively minimal socialization, the process of appointment in a functional position which takes a long time and the requirements are not easy and the understanding of functional positions is minimal.The results of the research imply that the adjustment policy will provide optimal results when the socialization of the policy is also carried out optimally in addition to the goodwill of the government, both the central government and regional governments in implementing the policy in an integrated manner from the center to the regions. Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of collaborative leadership styles at STIA Tabalong by using qualitative research methods Sampling techniques using purposive sampling, i.e. chosen with specific considerations and objectives. The informants in this study are employees or academic community in STIA Tabalong. Data collection using interviews in depth. Data analysis techniques, meanwhile, use interactive models. The results showed that the collaborative leadership style at STIA Tabalong was effective. This is illustrated from the findings of research showing that the collaborative leadership style is well received by employees, increased leadership capabilities, leaders who are able to read the work climate situation, factors that influence leadership skills such as educational factors, experience, and the wide range of associations, as well as employees who are willing to adjust their way of thinking and act in the interests of together. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap pelayanan SKCK di Polres Tabalong, dimana dalam mengukur kepuasan masyarakat melalui 2 peraturan pemerintah yakni untuk mengukur IKM digunakan 9 unsur yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 14/KEP/M.PAN/2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Pelayanan Instansi Pemerintah dan untuk melihat kinerja petugas pelayanan yaitu Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 38 Tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kinerja Unit Pelayanan Publik. Dalam penelitian ini, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat akan lebihbanyak membandingkan harapan masyarakat dengan kenyataan dengan pihak yang memberi pelayanan yaitu dengan mengukur kinerja petugas pelayanan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang memohon pembuatan SKCK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja petugas pelayanan SKCK dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat di Polres Tabalong.
