This study is aims to determine the effect of capital structure and liquidity on profitability in automotive sector companies in Indonesia.This research is a non-participant observation research using quantitative data from secondary party as its instrument. The population in this research is automotive sector company in Indonesia.The capital structure variable in this study is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the liquidity variable is measured by Current Ratio (CR), and the profitability variable is measured by Return on Assets (ROA).The sampling technique on this research is using Purposive Sampling, that is a sample determination technique using certain consideration. The sample used in this research is 11 companies. Observation period of this research is from 2012 to 2016.The classical assumption test of the instrument is using the test of normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis technique.The results showed that the variable of DER (X1) has a significant effect on ROA (Y) in automotive companies in Indonesia. CR (X2) variable has a significant effect to ROA (Y) in automotive company in Indonesia. Then DER (X1) and CR (X2) this two variable both together have a significant effect on dependent variable of ROA (Y) on automotive company in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of country of origin, perceived quality and brand on smartphone purchasing decisions. The subject of this study is a smartphone that is sold officially in Indonesian market. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of samples used amounting to 120 samples which were active users of smartphones. Validity and reliability test results show that the research instrumentsare valid and reliable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results show that country of origin variables partially do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while perceived quality and brand variablespartially positive and significant influence purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, country of origin variables, perceived quality and brand have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the leading sectors in the economy in Eastern Aceh. The data analysis method used is Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and Shift Share analysis. Based on the calculation of LQ, it is known that the leading sector of East Aceh Regency is the mining sector and the LQ excavation from 2010-2016 with an average of 1,68 (LQ>1). This is because the availability of mineral content in East Aceh Regency increases the regional economy. The leading sector of Langsa City is health services and social activities with an average LQ since 2010-2016 of 2,10 (LQ>1). The leading sector of Aceh Tamiang Regency is the mining sector and excavation with an average LQ from 2010-2016 of 1,77 (LQ>1). Based on the shift share analysis, it is explained that the highest sector providing an increase in Aceh's GDRP was in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors, and it was in the East Aceh District and Aceh Tamiang District, while Langsa City was not included. The sector that contributes to the increase in Aceh's GDRP, in Langsa City the sector that provides the highest increase in Aceh's GDRP is the sector of large and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair.

The study was conducted at the collection division of PT. Summit Oto Finance Pekanbaru with the aim of research to determine the effect of sanctions from disciplinary actions on employee performance. The number of samples used was 42 people, using the census method. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The results of the analysis using SPSS can be seen that the position reduction variable has a negative effect on performance, transfer of position and termination has a positive effect on employee performance while complaints to parties authority does not affect employee performance. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, the results are 82.2% and the remaining 17.8% are not examined

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marketing strategies on student satisfaction at STIE Mahaputra Riau, to determine the effect of service on student satisfaction at STIE Mahaputra Riau. The results of this study are that marketing strategies affect student satisfaction at STIE Mahaputra Riau, service influences student satisfaction at STIE Mahaputra Riau, and the coefficient of determination is 92,% which means that student satisfaction can be explained by 92% marketing and service strategies while the rest is influenced by other factor.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Local Revenue and Special Allocation Funds on Regional Expenditures in the city of Banda Aceh from 2010-2015. The data used in this study was secondary data, which was obtained from financial statements for the financial year ending on December 31, 2010 to 2015, which was obtained directly from the DPKAD of Banda Aceh City. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that Regional Original Income and Special Allocation Funds simultaneously influence Regional Expenditures in the city of Banda Aceh in the period 2010-2015. Local revenue had a positive effect on regional expenditure with an influence of 306.4%. The special allocation funds had a positive effect on regional expenditure with an influence of 1365.6%. Suggestions for further research are expected to include other factors that are thought to influence regional spending such as general allocation funds. From the results of this study, it is expected that the Regional Original Revenues can increase, the government of the City of Banda Aceh is expected to increase the collection of Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions and other legitimate PAD (Original Local Government Revenue) intensively and actively up to a percentage of 100%.
