Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui korelasi antar karakter  biokimia dengan katahanan cabai terhadap penyakit Antraknos. Penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Fakultas Pertanian UNWIM, Tanjungsari Sumedang dari bulan Oktober 2003 - Februari 2004. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan jumlah ulangan tidak sama, dengan asumsi model acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dilapangan maupun di laboratorium, karakter kadar air buah mempunyai nilai korelasi fenotip dan genetik yang tidak nyata dengan intensitas penyakit Antraknos. Karakter kadar antosianin dan kadar lignin kulit buah berkorelasi fenotip negatif nyata terhadap intensitas penyakit antraknos, tetapi berkorelasi genetik negatif tidak nyata terhadap intensitas penyakit Antraknos. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan seleksi tidak langsung secara genetik untuk karakter ketahanan tanaman cabai merah melalui karakter kadar antosianin, kadar air dan kadar lignin kulit buah tidak akan efektif.

Abstract

Model pengembangan  ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Lebak merupakan arahan pengembangan agribisnis tanaman pangan yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lebak, instansi terkait, dan masyarakat. Sebagai acuan dasar, model ini merupakan program/dasar pengembangan agribisnis tanaman pangan, sedangkan pelaksanaannya diserahkan kepada prakarsa masyarakat yang disesuaikan dengan dinamika politik yang berkembang. Tanaman pangan yang sudah dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Lebak antara lain tanaman padi sawah, padi gogo, jagung, kacang tanah, kacang kedelai, ubi kayu dan ubi jalar. Komoditi tersebut diusahakan baik dilahan sawah maupun dilahan darat. Potensi komoditas agribisnis tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Lebak diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis lokalisasi, spesialisasi dan kekuatan basis serta potensi sumberdaya agribisnis tanaman pangan yang ada di lingkungan Kabupaten Lebak. Hal ini dilakkan untuk mengetahui kecamatan yang menjadi basis komoditas tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Lebak.

Abstract

This research to identify the characteristics of visitors and analyze the perception of visitors to management of Wana Wisata Damar Peak in forest conservation. Visitor perseption in review of service, infrastructure, environment (physical, social, and culture), and forest conservation. The research location in Pakualam Village, Darmaraja Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province from late june to erly july 2017. Research design is a quantitative design using survey method. Data collegtiorn using interviews, observation, and literature study. The selection of sample using simple random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Research result indicated that most ofvisitors came from Sumedang, male gender, aged between 20 – 29 years old, with high school education as a student and have income less than Rp 1.000.000, the purpose of visiting in general for a vacation because this place is attractive  and cheap entry fees, most visitors budgeted for the cost of recreation per mont less than Rp 200.000. Almost half of the visitors came with friends using their own vehicles, doing a one-time visit and interested to visid again. Visitor perception to management of Damar Peak in the forest conservation is still not good because the manager and the community is still lacking in the effort of forest conservation.

Abstract

Perkebunan Inti Rakyat (PIR) adalah perkebunan besar yang dibangun untuk memungkinkan  rakyat memiliki kebun-kebun, di mana mereka dibimbing untuk berusaha di dalam suatu sistem koperasi, sehingga para petaninya dapat memperoleh keuntungan berkelanjutan secara bersama-sama. Tujuan  penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembangunan PIR Kelapa Sawit, produktivitas dan pendapatan petani. Teknik metoda penelitan yang digunakan adalah survei dengan petani peserta PIR sebagai unit analisis. Data diperoleh dari para petani yang sebelumnya diacak – ada 60 petani yang diwawancarai. Data dan hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan PIR Kelapa Sawit berhubungan dengan produktivitas kelapa sawit, yaitu semakin luas kebun kelapa sawit yang dibangun semakin tinggi produktivitasnya. Produktivitas kelapa sawit juga berkorelasi dengan pendapatan petani. Artinya, semakin tinggi produktivitas kelapa sawit, semakin tinggi pendapatan petani peserta program PIR.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the greenhouse Faculty of Agriculture, Winaya Mukti University Sumedang district, from April 2011 until June 2011, which is located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The aim of research to study the effect of fly ash Bokashi on growth and baby yield of rapeseed varieties Greenbow. The design used in the study is a randomized block design, which consists of five treatments and five replications. Treatment trial is dose flay ash Bokashi, which is 0 tonnes ha-1, 5 ton ha-1, 10 ton ha-1, 15 ton ha-1 and 20 ton ha-1. The results showed that the fly ash Bokashi effect on plant height, number of leaves per plant, diameter and weight of sweet potatoes per plant. Award dose Bokashi fly ash 5 ton ha-1 showed equally good results by administering doses of fly ash Bokashi 10 ton ha-1, 15 ton ha-1 and 20 ton ha-1 on plant height, leaf number, diameter and weight of tuber turnip var. Abstract

The research was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture Unwim which has a place to stay 850 mdpl. This study aims to determine the effective timing of male pruning to increase yield components and sweet corn yield. The environmental plan used is a collection of groups consisting of: A = Without pruning B = Pruning 7 days after pollination C = Pruning 14 days after pollinationD = Pruning 21 days after pollination. The result of the research showed that the male flower pruning after pollination of the effect on corn yield and yield components such as Weight, Length and Diameter of Tonggol both without and with kelobot. Sweet corn plants that are not exposed to male flower pruning have the same result and yield components as the plants that are trimmed by their male flowers

Abstract

Suatu percobaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inokulasi mikoriza vesikular arbuskular terhadap pertumbuhan benih panili di persemaian, telah dilakukan di Desa Jatimekar, Kecamatan Situraja, Kabupaten Sumedang. percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan Juni 2010 sampai bulan Oktober 2010. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola sederhana, dengan enam perlakuan takaran mikoriza dan diulang empat kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah A= 0 g/tanaman, B= 10 g/tanaman, C= 20 g/tanaman, D= 30 g/tanaman, E= 40 g/tanaman, F= 50 g/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) inokulasi mikoriza vesikular arbuskular berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan benih panili di persemaian; dan (2) pemberian inokulan mikoriza vesikular arbuskular pada takaran 40 dan 50 g per tanaman berpengaruh paling baik terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah pasangan daun pada umur 12 MST dan 16 MST, serta bobot kering tunas pada umur 12 MST.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of storage time in 0.9% NaCl solution on sperm quality and the degree of fertilization goldfish, using a completely randomized design with 7 treatments consisting of sperm storage duration 0 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours with 3 replications. The result showed that the goldfish sperm storage duration 2 hours still has a higher value of motility and the degree of fertilization. While the value of motility and the degree of fertilization lowest found in sperm storage duration of 12 hours. The deadlinefor sperm storage period goldfish 6 hours still have good motility value of 60% so it still possible for the process of fertilization and hatching.

Abstract

We report the dose of sheep manure and POC concentration Poster which aims to study changes in the dose of sheep manure and Poster POC concentration on growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.). This research is compiled in a randomized block design (RAK) factorial design consisting of two factors. The first factor sheep manure dosage form consists of three levels ie d1 (5 t ha-1), d2 (10 ton ha-1) and d3 (15 ton ha). The second factor in the form of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer Poster consists of three levels ie p1 (1 ml-1), p2 (3 ml l-1) and P3 (5 ml l-1), respectively - each combination treatment was repeated 3 times. Different test average - average use multiplerange test duncant 5% significance level. Award dose sheep manure and POC concentration Poster melihatkan their interaction on plant height 9 MST, pong numberper plant and weight of pods per plant, giving a high dose of manure that requires  concentration POC rendah. Secara an Independent Award dose effect of manure 10 ton ha-1 and 15 ton ha-1 showed the best effect on the plant height ages 5 and 7 MST MST, the percentage of pithy pods and number of seeds per plant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various doses of sheep manure on crop growth gotu kola (Centela asiatica L). This experiment was conducted in October 2014 - February 2015 at the Experimental Faculty of Agriculture, University Winaya Mukti Andisol to soil type. The experimental design used is a randomized block design  simple pattern, consisting of six sheep manure treatment dose was repeated four times. The treatment dose of sheep manure consists of: A = without fertilizer; B = 5 t ha-1; C = 10 ton ha-1; D = 15 ton ha-1; E = 20 ton ha-1; F = 25 t ha-1. Results show 1) Provision of sheep manure pegagan effect on plant growth. 2) The dose of sheep manure 20-25 ton ha-1 affects the kindest to the number of leaves, number of tillers, and the number of tendrils primer at 8 MST and 12 weeks after planting, and root dry weight and dry weight pupus plant gotu kola at 12 MST .
