Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was for testing and analyzing determinant of motivation, disciplination, and compensation of employee performance in PT Wika Citra Lautan Teduh. Motivation and disciplination are such an important rule in performance value, and compensation has influence to employee performance, when higher compensation the employee could get, would be higher the performance they would give. Performance is comparation of output the employee could reached of the company’s standart.Testing data technique that used in this research includes validation test with factor analyze, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Classic asumtion test and multiple linear regression analyze for testing and proofing the hyphotesis of this research. Collecting data was using questionnaire, and analyzed by software SPSS version 21.The result of hyphotesis test for motivation, has positive influence to employee performance, with t test was 2,514, in significance by 0,013, means hyphotesis of this research was accepting Ha and rejecting Ho. Second hyphotesis of disciplination showed, it has influence to employee performance by -1,778 with significance level by 0.078 (Sig. 0.078 > 0.05) which means accepting Ho and rejecting Ha. Third hyphotesis showed that compensation has influence to employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the determination of mutations, compensation and oversight of the performance of employees at PT BPR Dana archipelago. The variables in this study include the independent variables are working mutation (X1) compensation (X2) supervision (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the mutation, compensation and oversight is determined to employee performance in PT BPR Dana archipelago.This research uses quantitative data derived from primary data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT BPR Dana Nusantara many as 210 people and sampling using the formula slovin with a standard error of 5% or 0.05 obtained by 138 people. The data analysis method used is the test instrument testing done by testing the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results showed that in partial mutation is determined significant work on employee performance, compensation is determined significantly to the performance of employees, monitoring the performance of employees is determined significantly. And the results of simultaneous testing of employee performance, compensation and oversight is determined significantly on employee performance. Keywords: Mutations Work, Compensation, Controlling, Employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify and analyze the determination of discipline, compensation and mutations one at the same time the performance of employees in the Office of Legislative Secretariat Batam. This study uses three independent variables, discipline, compensation and mutation with one dependent variable namely performance. Usages of variables in this study is expected to know how is the process that occurs and what are the factors driving the creation of a good performance in the Parliament Secretariat Batam. These samples included 66 people who are employees at the Parliament Secretariat Batam.Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, test multikoloniaritas, heterocedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, test the coefficient of determination R2. Keywords: Discipline, Compensation, and Performance mutation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study describes the purpose Determination of Compensation, Work Environtment and Organizational Commitment Of Performance Employee On Province Riau Islands Department of Revenue Services.The research method used survey method, in which the respondent as many as 80 people as population and drawn sample of 91 people with a sample proportional random sampling method using Slovin formula with looseness rate of 5%. Collection of data techniques using the instrument from the questionnaire form for variable analsisis.These results indicate that compensation determination significant on performance employee, work environment determination significant on performance employee and organizational commitment variables determination significant on performance employee. While simultaneously discovered that there is significant influence between three variables of compensation, work environment and organizational commitment of performance employee . Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment, Performance Employee.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the organizational culture, competency, and compensation on the work performance of police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands. The scope of the variables in this study include organization culture, competency, dan compensation on the work performence of personnel.This study uses quantitative data from primal sources those that gathered through a questionnaires. Subjects of the research are all of police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands. Data processing techniques used were the population method in which allof police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands as a sampled in this study. Data analysis method used is testing instruments made by testing the validity and reliability. While the technique of data analysis used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotions, price and quality of service to customer satisfaction PT. Arthabuana Margausaha Finance Branch Batam. The variables in this study include the independent variables are promotional (X1) price (X2) quality of service (X3) and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the promotion, pricing and service quality effect on customer satisfaction PT. Arthabuana Margausaha Finance Branch Batam.This research uses quantitative data derived from primary data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study are all consumers PT. Arthabuana Margausaha Finance Branch of Batam as many as 219 people and sampling using the formula Slovin with a standard error of 5% or 0.05 obtained as many as 142 people. The data analysis method used is the test instrument testing done by testing the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results showed that in partial sale have significant effects on consumer satisfaction with t values of 7136 and the value of the probability of 0000, prices have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t values of 5607 and the value of the probability of 0000, the service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction consumers with t values of 2,753 and a probability value of 0.007. And the results of testing the simultaneous promotion, pricing and service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with F value of 96 321 and a probability value of 0.000. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aimed to examine the effect of pricing, promotion and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses three independent variables, price, promotion and service quality with the dependent variable is the consumer purchasing decisions. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what the driving factors behind consumer purchase decisions on the PT. Duta Bahari Sentosa. Passenger ship samples Allya Express 1 94 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f-test coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable price has a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions sig value of the t test of 0.018 <0.05 promotion variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a value of 0,007 t test sig> 0.05 and the variable quality of service have a positive but not significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions sig t test value of 0.280> 0.05. Based on the calculation Test f, together variable price, promotion and service quality has a positive and significant impact to the value of F sig 0.005 <0.05. Keywords : Pricing, Promotion , Quality of Service , Consumer Purchase Decision

Abstract

 ABSTRACT               This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, communication, and motivation on employee performance in Batam City District Office. In the stages of testing in this study using the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study was 43 Employees Head Office Batam City. Methods of data collection conducted by questionnaire.   Hypothesis testing is performed using linear regression models and test the T-statistic. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that the organizational culture significantly influence employee performance Batam City District Office. And the results of the second test, it is known that the communication is not significant to the performance of the staff of the Head of Batam. Abstract: Regional Development Strategy of Muara Takus Temple Tourism Object. This study aims to determine the strategy of the development of Muara Takus Temple tourist attraction area conducted by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports. The research informant is Head of Kasi in the field of tourism business development, BPCB, chairman of GERNASTA, cultural and community figures and visitors of snowbell sampling withdrawal technique. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation method. The results showed that the strategy in the development of Muara Takus temple object area can not be implemented properly, because there are various obstacles that are so significant that affect the success of the strategy set by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports before.Keywords: strategy, development, tourism object
