Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer protection against defaults in buying and selling online with a pre-order system and the legal responsibility of NAMA Studios bag business actors for their customers who do not receive the bags ordered. The research method used is a normative juridical research method that examines the basics of laws and regulations. The results of this research show that consumer protection for defaults in buying and selling online with a pre-order system has been accommodated in the Consumer Protection Act and includes defaults. Ways that consumers can do to protect their rights are through court and non-court methods. Consumers from the Studio Name business actor can sue the business actor for accountability based on Article 16 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Abstract

This research is research that studies Public Relations (PR) in communication science. Brand Image is part of PR science which contains the steps and methods for creating branding, of course adapted to the object. The object this time is Ngilo-Ilo Village which is located in Slahung sub-district, Ponorogo Regency. Using the Branding Image Theory proposed by Satori and Komariah which states the stages by means of SWOT analysis and also mapping village potential. The results obtained are that Ngilo-Ilo Village has carried out SWOT efforts and village mapping has also been carried out, but there are still obstacles. Some of the obstacles were found in terms of natural resources, irrigation conditions which were still quite difficult and also weaknesses, namely related to the village Reyog event, which was felt to be lacking. The solution is to create deep infiltration wells which are useful for irrigating rice fields and also for the clean water needs of local residents. Then, regarding village Reyog events which are felt to be lacking, the suggestion is to be more active in carrying out more village event activities by collaborating with local Reyog artists to develop Reyog art even more optimally by prioritizing Reyog crafts from Ngilo-Ilo village

Abstract

Kebijakan untuk pengelolaan sampah dirasa perlu untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dari penumpukan sampah. Untuk mendukung hal ini pengawasan perilaku masyarakat dirasa perlu untuk meningkatkan penerapan suatu kebijakan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Lingkungan Hidup selaku pengelola TPS(tempat pembuangan sampah) sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas pengangkut sampah serta masyarakat. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dalam pendekatan deskriptif. Dari penelitian ini pengimplementasian kebijakan dapat terlaksana dengan sarana yang mendukung seperti penyediaan tempat sampah agar masyarakat jadi mengerti mengenai pemilahan sampah yang mengandung limbah berbahaya yang susah untuk diolah.

Abstract

The principle of due process of law implies a great respect for Human Rights (HAM). Basically the ultimate goal of the criminal justice system is due process of law as a legal process that is fair and impartial, proper, and is a true judicial process, which has gone through existing mechanisms or procedures, so that substantive justice can be obtained. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is the application of the principles of due process of law related to narcotics crimes. The purpose of this research is to realize the application of due process of law related to narcotics crimes. Abstract

Media sosial merupakan salah satu kanal yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan adalah instagram. Dimana Instagram dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk menyebarkan konten. Hal ini pun dilakukan oleh Komik Ga Jelas dalam kolaborasi digital yang dilakukan bersama Stayhoops. Kolaborasi digital ini merupakan kegiatan pertama yang diadakan oleh Komik Ga Jelas secara daring sehingga dibutuhkan komunikasi guna memasarkan kolaborasi digital ini. Komunikasi juga digunakan oleh Komik Ga Jelas dalam berhubungan kepada para konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses komunikasi pada kolaborasi digital melalui publikasi konten Komik Ga Jelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dengan melakukan wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada enam narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa proses komunikasi Komik Ga Jelas telah dilakukan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melonjaknya pembelian produk kolaborasi digital dalam kurun waktu dua hari. Selain itu, proses komunikasi yang terjadi pada konten publikasi kolaborasi digital telah sampai kepada tahap umpan balik atau feedback.

Abstract

Public service is an important duty that cannot be ignored by the government, including local governments, including the service of electronic identity cards (E-KTP) issuance in Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung Regency and it was the issue in this study. The aim of the study was to figure out and analyze deeply about the quality of service in making electronic identity cards (E-KTP) and the factors that support and inhibit the issuance of electronic identity cards (E-KTP) in Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung Regency. The results showed that the service of making electronic identity cards (E-KTP) in Solokan District, Bandung Regency, in its implementation there were still obstacles in the service process, such as the internet network was often disrupted, computer errors, E-KTP forms were not available, and limited budgets. Efforts applied by Solokan Jeruk to overcome the inhibiting factors in electronic identity cards (E-KTP) services were as like improving coordination with Disdukcapil, Bandung Regency, coordination with the Bandung Regency communication and information service, and consistency in maintaining internet network devices and updating data regularly.

Abstract

Kehadiran Undang-Undang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan menjadi kunci strategis terhadap penyehatan asuransi usaha bersama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penekanan Undang-Undang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan terhadap tata kelola dan manajemen risiko dari asuransi usaha bersama berpengaruh positif secara holistik terhadap terpenuhinya tujuan dasar dari eksistensi suatu perusahaan asuransi, yaitu sebagai penanggung atas kepentingan para pemegang polis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis-normatif yang menggunakan data sekunder sebagai acuan, dengan klasifikasi tujuan penelitian berupa penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan ketidaksehatan asuransi usaha bersama di Indonesia selama ini salah satunya disebabkan tidak adanya landasan hukum yang memadai sebagai pedoman dalam tata kelola asuransi usaha bersama sehingga keberadaan Undang-Undang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan dan peraturan turunannya berpeluang besar dalam mendorong terciptanya penerapan asuransi usaha bersama yang baik di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, dibutuhkan koordinasi yang baik dari seluruh pihak terkait dalam implementasi peraturan ini untuk perbaikan yang dicita-citakan terhadap asuransi usaha bersama dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

The abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics has been increasing in Indonesia both in quality and quantity. Not only the general public, but also many law enforcement officials have been proven to be perpetrators of narcotics crimes. Especially when TNI soldiers who maintain the integrity and sovereignty of the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia are involved in narcotics offences. The government established the National Narcotics Agency to eradicate narcotics crimes, which is authorised to investigate and prosecute narcotics crimes in Indonesia. In the procedural law, it has been stated that investigators and investigators of a narcotics crime within the TNI are ANKUM, Military Police, Oditur and auxiliary investigators. The authority of BNN in conducting investigations and investigations of narcotics offences against TNI soldiers in cases of connexity is also very limited. The investigation and investigation must be authorised by ANKUM and only for case development to obtain information and data to find other suspects who are civilians. Once the information required by BNN is deemed sufficient, BNN must still refer the case to ANKUM and the Military Police as operational investigators and core investigators in koneksitas cases for TNI soldiers.

Abstract

Sistem informasi penerimaan retribusi daerah memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan pendapatan daerah dan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan sistem informasi penerimaan retribusi daerah di Kota Padang dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Metode penelitian melibatkan identifikasi sumber literatur, analisis konsep dan teori terkait evaluasi sistem informasi dan implementasi di sektor publik, serta tinjauan kebijakan terkait di Kota Padang. Hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi penerimaan retribusi daerah di Kota Padang telah menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik dalam hal kecepatan dan respons sistem. Namun, terdapat kelemahan dalam reliabilitas data, keamanan sistem, dan proses bisnis yang perlu diperhatikan. Keandalan data menjadi perhatian utama, dengan temuan mengenai duplikasi data, ketidak konsistenan, dan kurangnya validasi data. Perlindungan data sensitif dan perlindungan terhadap serangan siber juga menjadi perhatian dalam evaluasi ini. Selain itu, perbaikan dalam proses bisnis, seperti efisiensi pengumpulan retribusi dan kejelasan prosedur, juga menjadi rekomendasi penting. Kesimpulannya, evaluasi ini menyoroti perlunya perbaikan dan pengembangan dalam pelaksanaan sistem informasi penerimaan retribusi daerah di Kota Padang. Perbaikan infrastruktur teknologi, pengelolaan data yang lebih baik, peningkatan keamanan sistem, dan penyederhanaan proses bisnis menjadi fokus utama. Melibatkan pengguna dalam evaluasi dan perencanaan perbaikan juga penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi

Abstract

The Reformation era was an era of change in national and state life. The reform era began in 1998. The background to the birth of the Reform Era was the dysfunction of the wheels of government in national and state life, especially in the fields of politics, economics and law. So with the Reformation, state administrators want to make radical (fundamental) changes in these three areas. The form of contractor responsibility for a work contract in a Direct Appointment project, where basically the responsibility of the contractor (work implementer) in the work contract in all selection models (whether direct appointment or not) is the same. The cooperation contract system and payment method with contractors and terms and each month which is influenced by the form of contract for the Direct Appointment method is in the form of a Letter of Agreement. Meanwhile, the type of contract can be a Laumpsum Contract, or a Unit Price Contract, or a Combined Unit Price and Laumpsum Contract. Usually using a Combined Unit Price and Laumpsum Contract. Except for emergency work using unit price contracts. Meanwhile, the method or method of payment can be termly or monthly (certificate mountly: based on work performance). The formulation of the problem discussed is how the contractor's responsibilities regarding work contracts in projects are directly appointed by the PPK of the Tanjungbalai City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service
