Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana laporan keuangan yang disusun oleh UMKM dan untuk melihat perbandingan penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM dengan SAK EMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM Lumbung Rejeki dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah Bapak Misman sebagai pemilik usaha dan Ibu Riwayati sebagai bagian keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) UMKM Lumbung Rejeki saat ini membuat laporan keuangan sederhana, mencakup pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas; (2) Namun, UMKM tersebut belum sepenuhnya mengikuti SAK EMKM karena pemahaman akuntansi di kalangan pelaku usaha masih terbatas.

Abstract

Bisnis skincare kini berkembang pesat di Indonesia, karena masyarakat mulai sadar akan pentingnya perawatan kulit dan mencari produk-produk skincare yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kulit. Semakin banyaknya produk skincare yang tersedia di pasaran menunjukkan minat yang meningkat dari konsumen untuk membeli dan mencari produk skincare yang cocok dengan kondisi kulit. Konsumen yang melakukan keputusan pembelian secara berulang pada salah satu merek skincare, maka produk tersebut telah menjadi merek kecintaan dan yang akan di pakai secara terus menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh behavioral intention dan brand love terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna skincare. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Non-probability Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 275 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa behavioral Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Brand love berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pembeli. Behavioral intention, brand love berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen pengguna skincare. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan wawasan tambahan bagi peneliti dan praktisi pemasaran dalam memahami dinamika pasar skincare yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Inovasi dalam teknologi berdampak tidak hanya pada kehidupan sehari-hari manusia tetapi juga pada seluruh planet ini. Karena kemajuan teknologi baru-baru ini, sebagian besar tugas sekarang diselesaikan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan dan menguji bagaimana word of mouth online, kualitas layanan elektronik, dan iklan online memengaruhi kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Semua anak sekolah bulan Februari dimasukkan dalam sampel. Sampling purposive digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan total 83 peserta diwawancarai untuk sampel. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa word-of-mouth online, kualitas layanan elektronik, dan iklan online semuanya memiliki efek menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health” (K3) is an effort to overcome potential hazards or health and health risks that may occur. Occupational Safety Risks are still often overlooked. The construction service industry is one of the industrial sectors that has a risk of work accidents. The frequent occurrence of work accidents on construction projects causes a lack of attention to K3. In this research and final project, we will examine the application of OSH in project construction. Identify any OHS risks that may occur in building construction work and analyze those risks. Risk analysis to find out the most common OHS risks in building construction work based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to respondents who work in the building construction sector. K3 risk will be analyzed using HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control). Next, we will make risk control recommendations to provide solutions to the health and safety risks that have been analyzed. Based on the results of this study, there were 12 potential hazards for foundation work, 14 potential hazard for structure work, 13 hazard for roofing work, 9 potential hazard for finishing work, and 9 MEP work for hazard potential.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction in Mezale Snack's banana chips. The research utilized a questionnaire for data collection, targeting the customer population of Mezale Snack. As the exact population size was unknown, the sample size was determined using the Cochran formula, resulting in 97 respondents. The data analysis method employed in this research was quantitative analysis using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The research findings indicate that advertising has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. All three independent variables, namely advertising, price, and product quality, have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. These three independent variables, namely advertising, price, and product quality, can explain 31.5% of the changes in customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Study aims to see effect between the company performance and CSR performance in non financial companies list onIDX for period 2016 - 2020. Using purposive sampling, 1,940 research samples were obtained. Researchers useregression panel data. Result showed company performance was not significantly related to CSR performance.Company has a social responsibility to society that good and bad performance of the company does not affect CSRperformance. Result also show proportion of independent boards of commissioner could not strengthen influence ofcompany performance to CSR.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of auditor ethics, auditor accountability, due professional care, and audit fees on audit quality in public accounting offices in Surabaya. This study uses 100 data from respondents who are external auditors working at a public accounting office in Surabaya. This research includes quantitative research with primary data types. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method with Smart-PLS software. The results of this study indicate that auditor ethics does not affect audit quality. Meanwhile, auditor accountability, due professional care, and audit fees significantly affect audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of der, roe and interest rates on bank stock prices. Theindependent variables used in this study are the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and interest rates. Whilethe stock price as the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study are conventional bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesian cstock exchange, totaling 8 companies for 7 years from 2014-2020. This studyuses secondary data using annual reports on www.idx.co.id and annual financial reports on the official website ofbanking companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiplelinear regression. The results of this study state that simultaneously the three independent variables, namely Debtto Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and interest rates have a significant effect on bank stock prices. Whilepartially Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and interest rates have a positive effect on bank stock prices

Abstract

This research used a sample of 135 respondents determined using the Random Sampling techniquewhere the sample in this research consisted of respondents who had different characteristics atdifferent levels of society in Central Ternate City. The data analysis method used in this research isSPSS and PLS (Partial Least Square) with analysis test tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 andSmartPLS version 3.0. From the results of hypothesis testing and discussion, the followingconclusions can be drawn from this research: Hedonic conformity partially has a positive andsignificant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Central Ternate, this shows that theexistence of hedonic conformity that occurs in the people of Central Ternate is positive, and theimplications of hedonic conformity give rise to actions in consuming (consumptive behavior). Thepartial impulsive tendency does not have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior,meaning that before making a purchase, the people of Central Ternate city have thought aboutplanned actions regarding the goods they will buy. The limitations of this research are that hedonicconformity partially has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the peopleof Central Ternate. This shows that the existence of hedonic conformity that occurs in the people ofCentral Ternate is positive, and the implications of hedonic conformity give rise to actions inconsuming (behavior consumptive). The partial impulsive tendency does not have a positive andsignificant influence on consumer behavior, meaning that before making a purchase, the people ofCentral Ternate city have thought about planned actions regarding the goods they will buy. Hedonicconformity partially has a positive and significant effect on the consumer lifestyle of the people ofCentral Ternate, this shows that there is a strong influence from the group on the choice of productsor goods to be purchased.

Abstract

Salesperson is important to support the development of property service companies in Surabaya. Salesperson needs to haveinnovative performance behavior to achieve maximum performance. To form innovative work behavior, entrepreneurialleadership is needed along with creative self-efficacy and employee engagement levels. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership with creative self-efficacy and employee engagement as mediating variableson innovative work behavior in property salespersons in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with acausal nature and the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sampleused was 114 respondents. This study uses PLS data analysis technique. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurialleadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy, and employee engagement. Creative self-efficacy and employee engagement have a significant effect on innovative work behavior, and creative self-efficacy and employeeengagement successfully mediate between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior.
