Abstract

Abstrakinventory merupakan persediaan barang yang digunakan dengan skala besar dalam sistem penyimpanan  untuk membantu kelancaran suatu perusahaan. Saat ini CV. Kartika Karya Bersama merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan umum (general trading) yang melayani kebutuhan sparepart mesin produksi pada  industri makanan dan minuman, namun saat ini, pencatatan laporan persediaan belum optimal sehingga menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi  terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan merancang sebuah  sistem inventori berbasis web yang dapat menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh top management dan staf perusahaan agar dapat mengetahui dan mengendalikan jumlah stock barang yang terdapat dalam gudang, disisi lain data tidak tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java, Android Studio, Sublime dan database MySql. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Inventory Berbasis Web dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Adapun akurasi prediksi yang diperoleh adalah 98,27% Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Inventory, Berbasis Web, Waterfall

Abstract

AbstractSeminar activities in a building in general still use manual in recording to know the number of seminar participants who attended.  Although the seminar applicants are still uncertain whether they will come for the seminar in the building or not, so the number of seminar applicants is not necessarily the same as the number of participants entering the building. The calculation of the number of participants can also be used to close the entrance of the building if the number of seminar participants is in accordance with the participants who signed up, so as to ensure the number of seminar participants who arrived late. From the results of the analysis and discussion that has been obtained, with the implementation of Arduino and ESP32 CAM and PIR, the system of counting the number of seminar participants using Telegram, the number of seminar participants who attended in real time and online and with the storage of data and photos of participants automatically stored in the memory of mobile phones, facilitate seminar participants and committees in document making or verifying the presence of seminar participants. Keywords: Registration, Attended, Seminar, Arduino, Telegram.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPersediaan yang mempunyai arti menyimpan barang dengan sengaja sebagai cadangan untuk keperluan dimasa yang akan datang. Persediaan barang dalam suatu perusahaan memegang peranan penting, mengingat tingkat perputaran barang yang cukup tinggi dan terdiri dari berbagai jenis barang. Pencatatan yang dilakukan secara manual sering kali menjadi masalah ketidaksesuaian data barang yang keluar dengan data yang tertulis. Proses pencarian data secara manual pun membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Untuk itu, perusahaan membutuhkan pengendalian yang baik untuk melindungi harta perusahaan. Penggunaan sistem komputerisasi persediaan barang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang baik untuk mengurangi resiko kehilangan maupun pencurian. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan Mysql sebagai databasenya. Kata kunci: web, sistem infomasi, persediaan, PHP Mysql

Abstract

AbstractVocational education or also called vocational education is education that is special (specialized) which includes all types of work. Vocational education is not limited to education that only focuses on skills guidance. But actually vocational education is also concerned with the mentality, values, and attitudes of the community (students).  Students who have finished field practice will be given a score in the form of a piece of paper and the score will be given to the field practice supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic. This activity creates risks because students can commit fraud, students can be careless and so on, which makes the value can be changed, damaged and lost does not reach the supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic. From the problems above, the most appropriate thing to do is to connect directly between the field supervisor and the supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic with an assessment system. The purpose of making this system is to reduce cheating and careless acts of students who make replaced or damaged grades. In making this system the author uses VB macro tools and Cloud itself. The system development method used is SDLC. The system development method is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method or often referred to as the waterfall approach. This method allows for departmentalization and control. the process of developing the model phase one by one, so as to minimize errors that might occur. Keywords: PKL Value, Macro VB,S DLC.

ABSTRACTThe use of information system technology becomes very useful for companies that need an accurate, reliable, fast, relevant and detailed information flow. Information System inventory of Good can increase productivity and good performance for the company. Based on the description above, it is very important to provide an inventory information system so that the company's performance is getting better.Inventory recording at PT. ABC currently using a computer with software Ms.Excel for data processing but in the process sometimes found mistake like data redundancy, incompatibility of stock items with records and providing long reports because data validation is needed first. Inventory Information System Design is built based on the website with the Prototype method. The design of the information system uses PHP and HTML and MySQL as the database. The design of system is expected to improve performance especially those related to processing inventory data to making inventory reports at PT.ABC Key words : Information System, Inventory, Prototype Methode

Abstract

AbstractMafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is located in Purwakarta, West Java. This Islamic boarding school is under the Mafatih Global foundation. Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has 120 students. As of now, there are 6420 donors and there is 2000m of land. This pesantren does not attract education funds for underprivileged or underprivileged students. The operational costs of the pesantren, apart from students who can afford it, also come from donations from donors as well as waqf funds from donors. Funds from waqf are used to provide facilities and infrastructure for pesantren. The objectives of the research to be achieved are applying the crowdfunding concept in raising funds at the Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School and designing a mobile-based fundraising crowdfunding application at the Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School with the crowdfunding concept. The development method used in this research is Scrum. According to Rising and Janoff (2000), Scrum is a software development method that gradually develops software in a complex environment. Scrum divides the roles in its method into 3, namely the product owner, scrum master and the development team (Schwaber and Sutherlad 2017). The stages of Scrum work begin with a sprint planning meeting which is held at the beginning of the sprint, then continue with the daily scrum which is the stage of making program code in this study, at the end of the sprint a sprint review meeting and a sprint retrospective are held (Pressman, 2010). The last is the results and targets of the research in the form of a mobile-based application in raising funds from outside parties that can be installed on mobile phones. Abstract

ABSTRACT Intrusion Detection System is the ability possessed by hardware or software that serves to detect suspicious activity on the network and analyze and search in general. The purpose of this study is to classify attack detection on the Intrusion Detection System using the C.45, Naïve Bayes and K-NN algorithms to see how big the attack is. The benefits gained in this study are as a test and learning material in analyzing, classifying attacks so that they can prevent and minimize attacks to users. To overcome this problem, this study uses the C.45 algorithm, Naïve Bayes, K-NN, K-NN algorithm produces an accuracy rate of 82.58%, Recall 81.73% and Precision 84.11% while the Naïve Bayes accuracy 96.91%, Recall 97,45% and Percision 96.18% and the algorithm produces an optimal value of C.45 accuracy 97.80% Recall 98.18% and Precision  97.60%. On the attribute (attack) which has the number of classes or normal labels, dos, probes, r21. The results of the lowest K-NN algorithm are caused or normal to be considered yes(an attack) which should be No(no attack)and the C.45 algorithm attribute(attack) normal, dos, probe and r21, normal(no attack), yes(the presence of an attack) is optimal in the classification of attack detection data on Intrusion Detection System(IDS). Keywords: Data Mining, C.45, Naïve Bayes and K-NN, Intrusion Detection System(IDS)

Abstract

AbstractUtilization of information technology in schools is necessary to improve the quality of schools and also facilitate every learning, especially teaching and learning activities that occur in high school. Given the large class capacity and limited study space, knowledge management is needed to improve the quality of performance and competence of each individual, both students and teachers. The application of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method on the Knowloedge Management System to support the high school learning process. Based on the results of tests carried out where the population sample is 963 students in the Bekasi area, the results of respondents show strongly agree 75.6%, it can be concluded that the application of RUP to this knowledge management system can help teachers in the learning process by distributing material, especially in the form of videos. for students to better understand the material that has been presented. Keywords: Knowledge Management, RUP, and Learning

Abstract

AbstractQR Code, or Quick Response Code not only created the evolution of barcodes from one dimension to two dimensions, and the ability to store large amounts of information, but also created changes in the lifestyle and payment methods of today's society. By using a digital wallet application (digital wallet), the shopping dimension becomes faster, easier, and more cash-less. This paper explores how to implement a QRIS (quick response indonesia standard) code scanning transaction as the basis for payment system service providers using digital wallet applications in general. One model of using QR, namely CPM (customer presented mode) is a QR method that is generated directly by customers through their devices. QRIS CPM makes it easy for customers to transact, and makes it easier for merchants to verify and settle. This study aims to show the results of the implementation of QRIS CPM in the development environment to ensure zero defects before being deployed to the production environment. Keywords: quick response Indonesian standard, customer presented mode, digital wallet.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUntuk mempermudah jangkauan dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan Direktorat Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi, diperlukan kegiatan review pengguna dalam rangka optmalisasi data dan informasi pada website klinik konstruksi menjadi lebih baik kembali. Website  Klinik Konstruksi berisi informasi mengenai petugas K3 Konstruksi dan pertanyaan seputar konsultansi konstruksi. Website klinik konstruksi pertama di buat pada tahun 2018 dan tercatat masih aktif dikunjungi oleh pengunjung yang memerlukan informasi tentang konsultansi di bidang jasa konstruksi.   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kualitas data dan informasi website klinik konstruksi menggunakan ISO 9126. Salah satu tolak ukur kualitas perangkat lunak adalah ISO 9126, yang dibuat oleh International Organization for Standardization (ISO) dan International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). ISO 9126 mendefinisikan kualitas produk perangkat lunak, model, karakteristik mutu, dan metrik terkait yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan menetapkan kualitas sebuah produk software. Adapun ruang lingkup Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan review dan menjabarkan serta evaluasi dengan tujuan untuk optimalisasi data dan informasi pada website klinik konstruksi di Direktorat Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan study literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kajian dari sistem informasi untuk memberikan masukan apabila sebuah sistem informasi agar dapat di update atau di perbaharui baik dari sisi tampilan, isi website dan untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang terbaru serta menyesuaikan dengan trend teknologi yang ada. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi data dan informasi, website klinik konstruksi, ISO 9126
