Abstract

In the air transportation system , e -business has a very important role . By using the value chain models formulated Michael Porter , the role of e -business is able to help companies in the main activity and supporting companies . In the main activity , e -business helps companies associated with the operation of airlines, inbound and outbound logistics , marketing , ticket sales companies , and service or service to the consumer . Abstract

AbstractHotel room booking information system is one of the implementation of the Business to Customer which includes information on booking a room available, the cost of the bill upon check-out which includes room rental charges, restoration, laundry and other costs. With the application of information systems is expected to improve service and provide information about booking a room completely and quickly to guests, especially during holidays, when weekday or during the weekend, avoid going double booking and also can provide accurate information about the number of empty rooms and can provide information if there is a change of data or costs. Keywords: information systems, reservation, e - business,  internet

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of rapid technological knowledge greatly influenced thedevelopment in the field of business, both government and private agencies, such asthe role of computers nowadays already take over human jobs very difficult though,that when presented manually will spend quite a long time. In educational institutions the value of the evaluation results of the processing ofstudent learning is an important activity. If the processing of evaluation of learningoutcomes presented in the manual it will not be effective and require longer periods oftime in the process and are not safe in data storage. Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang besar bagi pelaku UMKM dalammeningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar. Namun, sebagian besar anggota UMKM DesaCipambuan, Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor, masih menghadapi kendala dalammengakses dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai strategi digitalmarketing yang dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi,Forum Group Discussion , pelatihan penggunaan platform digital (marketplace), Bimbingan teknisdan Pendampingan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang usahakuliner. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pesertaterhadap konsep digital marketing, keterampilan dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosiproduk, serta motivasi untuk memperluas pasar melalui platform online. Peserta juga mulaimengembangkan konten promosi dan menggunakan WhatsApp Business. Kegiatan pengabdianini membuktikan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan,UMKM di desa Cipambuan dapat bertransformasi menuju model bisnis yang lebih modern,adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di era digital.Kata kunci : UMKM, Digital Marketing, Pemasaran Online, Desa Cipambuan

Abstract

PT. Batara Cemerlang Indonesia menghadapi kendala dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan yang masih bersifat manual, terutama pada musim tahun ajaran baru ketika permintaan produk meningkat drastis. Proses seleksi administrasi yang lambat, risiko kehilangan berkas pelamar, dan kesulitan dalam merekapitulasi nilai antar tahapan seleksi menjadi permasalahan utama yang menghambat operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta pemodelan UML dan ERD. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui pengujian black-box, pengukuran waktu proses secara komparatif (sebelum vs sesudah sistem), serta pengujian kualitas menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh 42 skenario uji fungsional dinyatakan 100% valid (berhasil) tanpa ditemukan error. Sistem baru mampu memangkas waktu seleksi administratif dari rata-rata 7 hari kerja menjadi 1,5 hari kerja (peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 78,6%). Waktu pemrosesan data per pelamar turun dari 15 menit menjadi 3 menit (efisiensi 80%). Tingkat kesalahan input data (human error) yang sebelumnya mencapai 12,5% akibat pencatatan ganda dan kehilangan berkas, berhasil ditekan menjadi 0% berkat validasi sistem dan basis data terpusat. Pembuatan laporan rekomendasi calon karyawan untuk pimpinan yang semula memakan waktu hingga 90 menit kini dapat diselesaikan dalam 2 menit (efisiensi 97,8%). Berdasarkan kuesioner SUS kepada 25 responden (HRD dan manajer), diperoleh skor rata-rata 81,5 yang termasuk kategori "Excellent" (Grade A). Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi rekrutmen berbasis web ini terbukti efektif mempercepat proses seleksi, meminimalisir kesalahan administrasi, serta menyediakan data akurat bagi pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan penerimaan karyawan di PT. Batara Cemerlang Indonesia.

Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan global harus mampu mengintegrasikan setiap lini dalam perusahaanya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi untuk dapat membantu  perusahaan dalam menjalankan roda bisnisnya menjadi lebih baik. Perusahaan Konsultan XYZ merupakan perusahaan konsultan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Sistem informasi yang terdapat di perusahaan ini belum saling terintegrasi secara terkomputerisasi. Untuk memenuhi keinginan tersebut maka perusahaan berupaya menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), yaitu aplikasi Open Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).Dengan adanya simulasi penerapan modul SDM pada perusahaan konsultan XYZ ini  membantu pengolahan data dan pencarian infomasi SDM secara cepat.

Abstract

System Collaboration Enterprise by using the concept of gamification, is a system used in an environment of an enterprise in which to apply the entire collaboration process functional therein by using the technique of game design, and place it into a game environment (gamespace), which aims to transform the work of each individual into a material game to be able to monitor and track the performance of each functional process and the perpetrator. Writing is created by studying the state of collaboration in an enterprise environment, both of the systems that support the activities of each functional area, the behavior of each actor system, as well as the technology used. Then try to build Enterprise Collaboration System using gamification concepts to improve retention, attention, and interactions between roles in a system in Enterprise.

Abstract

Computer networks ( Computer Network ) is a network of data communication system that involves one or more computer systems are connected by transmission lines to form a system of communication tools . With the network , one computer can use the data on another computer , the printer can print a report on another computer , the computer can give the news to others although different areas . Network is the concept of network data communication systems . Network may involve only a single computer system with multiple terminals in different locations or involve multiple computer systems at different locations .For a company that is engaged in the management of care of all the needs of companies that are still in the group , the company requires Internet technology for the company's business activities , either between departments or branches are located in several parts of Indonesia . Therefore, the company is very necessary to support the good performance networking technologies . If the network management is not going well , it is causing some problems in running the daily operations .
