AbstractEar, nose and throat (ENT) disease is one type of disease that is often found in the community. The number of complaints and symptoms that exist and various types of ENT diseases make identification of ENT diseases difficult. The expert system design method to identify the type of diabetes mellitus is using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. System Development Life Cycle is the stages of work carried out by systems analysts and programmers in building systems. The system design method used is the Waterfall Model. The application of the Forward Chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts with known facts, then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. If there are facts that match the IF part, then the rule is executed. When a rule is executed a new fact (the THEN section) is added to the database. Each time a match, starting from the top rule. Each rule can only be executed once. The matching process stops when there are no more executable rues. The results and targets of the research are in the form of an Expert System mobile-based application in diagnosing ear, nose, and throat diseases using the forward chaining method. AbstractOne form of development of interactive learning media is learning media using games. Because games are quite popular among teenagers, by building learning media using games, it is hoped that it can help increase learning motivation and attract interest in learning with a fun learning process. This educational game is called Hinterweltlern with the RPG (Role Playing Game) genre, where a story is presented based on the basic competency material at each level. Students will explore dungeons, and can access materials by completing objectives/missions, killing enemies, or reaching the checkpoint area. Each level session has a Boss that must be defeated by answering questions correctly about the material that has been given to advance to the next level. The research method used in this study is the Research and Development (P&P) method. This educational game is a hybrid game with the genres of Role Playing Game, Fighting, Fantasy, and Education using Unity 3D software, which replaces the Conventional Learning Activity method with a more interactive and interesting method, namely a Windows Platform educational game. The result of making this Educational Game of Appearance is in the form of a 3-dimensional Game, the player where the player will act as a certain character who runs the plot according to the storyboard that has been made. AbstractPT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) is an Indonesian retail company which is the owner of the Matahari Department Store and Hypermart Supermarkets and Foodmart networks. For more than 50 years, the company group PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) has successfully developed Matahari Department Store, Matahari Supermarket and finally Matahari Market Place, which is a supermarket for the premium segment in Kelapa Gading, Bogor, Serpong, Metropolis and GTC in Makassar. Since November 2002, MPPA has also operated 46 Boston Drugs & Pharmacy stores in its supermarkets to support the concept of one stop shopping. However, behind all this, PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) still has problems in the field of occupational health and safety (K3). This writing aims to identify, assess and provide recommendations for controlling the OSH risks that exist in PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA). The method used in this paper is Job Safety Analysis (JSA) based on mobile android. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, and distributing questionnaires.The results in this paper are able to analyze the need for a safety checklist with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the safety checklist application as an K3 audit tool in the PT. AbstractThe growth of plants requires watering the plants so monitoring is necessary. Monitoring is carried out for the process of watering plants running optimally according to plant needs based on soil moisture and room temperature. Soil moisture explains that it settles between the soil pores, this is also due to evaporation of the soil surface, transpiration and infiltration. The purpose of this research is to do watering using a jet irrigation system so that it is done automatically in watering the soil according to the humidity and temperature required for the plants. The important factor of soil moisture is influenced by factors including the quality of the soil used as agricultural land, namely the life of the biological elements contained in the soil including hosts, pathogens, and also various other microorganisms, greatly affecting soil moisture. Determine the amount of water flow that flows from the water source to the soil element in order to get the appropriate level of humidity. In this study, the authors used cayenne pepper and red chili as the object of research, where these plants can grow at an optimal temperature of 24˚C – 28˚C, so it is necessary to monitor temperature and soil humidity using Arduino sensors to create a jet irrigation system. AbstrakAplikasi jejaring sosial atau yang lebih dikenal dengan media sosial (medsos) sudah menjadi kebutuhan hampir semua orang untuk saat ini yaitu seperti Instragram, Whatsapp, Line, Twitter, Facebook dan masih banyak lagi. Banyak kepentingan atau keperluan yang menggunakan media sosial tersebut sebagai sarana baik itu dalam berkomunikasi, promosi hingga sebagai wadah bisnis. Tidak ada pembatasan usia dalam mengakses media sosial saat ini tanpa terkecuali pelajar/mahasiswa karena memang selain karena perkembangan zaman mereka juga menggunakan itu sebagai sarana pembelajaran atau media mendapatkan informasi. Pada kenyataannya sekarang ini bahwa penggunaan media sosial sudah keluar dari batasannya, banyak pelajar/mahasiswa yang sudah kecanduan dalam mengakses media sosial secara berlebih sehingga berdampak pada produktivitas mereka. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantara nya adalah karena kebiasaan dan lupa waktu saat mengakses media sosial sehingga waktu banyak terbuang sia-sia dan akhirnya akan cenderung berdampak negatif. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah naïve bayes classifier, yang dimana merupakan salah satu teknik pengklasifkasian pada data mining. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka didapatkan bahwa bisa dilakukan nya analisis terhadap segala usaha-usaha pelajar/mahasiswa dalam melepaskan diri pada media sosial. Penggunaan metode pengklasifikasian naïve bayes pada dataset yang telah diambil pada objek penelitian akan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu; a) identifikasi masalah; b) pengumpulan data; dan c) pengolahan data. Hasil dari klasifikasi maka akan didapat pelajar/mahasiswa yang memiliki usaha pernah atau tidak pernah melepaskan diri dari media sosial. AbstractionIn this research a web-based online helpdesk application system was developed, at PT.XYZ, currently if there are problems with work tools such as computers and other hardware at the office or in branch stores they must do manual reporting such as telephone and whatsapp. With such problems created a Web-based Ticketing Helpdeks System application development to facilitate these problems. The research methods used include analytical methods (field studies and literature studies) and application program design methods using SDLC. Based on the results of research at PT. , it can be identified that the control system for complaints that are reported cannot be done quickly because there is no ticket or work scheduling system. Ticketing Helpdesk System helps each department and branch store to report damage to computers, other hardware. The software used is Notepad ++, MySQL and PHP. So after the existence of this website, it is hoped that it can help each complaint be carried out effectively and efficiently. Keywords: PHP, MySQL, Ticketing System Helpdesk

AbstractThe increase in sales transactions accompanied by the availability of goods sold is a reflection of the performance of a company's business (store). One of the business units in Bina Mulia School is a shop that sells a variety of office stationery equipment. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to solve all problems in the company and be able to ease the task of employees in analyzing and taking into account the inclusion and sale of office stationery for the future. So it is necessary to design a Data Mining Warehouse system for decision makers in determining policies quickly, efficiently, and effectively. One of the data mining warehouse methods is FP-Growth. The FP-Growth algorithm is used to determine which data sets appear most frequently in a data set. The method in frequent itemsset search using FP-Growth algorithm works very well in performing Frequent itemsset by generating rule from ATK sales data. In implementing the FP-Growth algorithm in the atk inventory prediction application can be seen from the number of items sold and to know the number of frequent itemset that occur. FP-Growth algorithm can be applied to support ATK sales strategy in Bina Mulia School Cooperative so that management can make decisions quickly. Keywords : Sales, Precipitation, FP Growth, ATK

AbstractThis research is aimed at the people of Bekasi city who have the criteria of studying information and communication techniques and aims to provide varied learning media, not boring, and increase learning motivation. The method used is the agile development method because development requires a short period of time. For students who learn to use books get a percentage increase in the value of 5.10%, while for students who learn to use augmented reality get a percentage increase in the value of 13.50% this means a higher increase in learning using augmented reality learning media than students who learn to use book. The conclusion of this study is that students can understand and master learning using augmented reality learning media and the existence of augmented reality learning media, learning becomes varied and the use of gadgets becomes more useful. AbstractThe consumer's need for information technology is essential. The need for information that can help make it easier for humans to work. The advantage of technology for the culinary business is the creation of a web-based food menu ordering information system design, then delivered to the customer's address. The system development method used is the waterfall model. System design uses UML, the system is built using the programming language PHP, Javascript with MySQL database, on system testing with Blackbox Testing. This paper discusses the menu ordering information system with the aim of making it easier for consumers to place orders at Mr. Kusworo's Seafood, with the aim of research building a website on menu ordering, with this web-based information system application it can inform the available menus so that it can simplify menu ordering, help customers, and is more efficient in making payments and makes it easier for employees to view income data. Keywords: information systems, food menu ordering, waterfall, UML, PHP, Javascript, MySQL.

AbstrakPengelolaan data yang dilakukan Peternakan Ayam Antares Jaya pada saat ini masih melakukan pencatatan dengan cara manual, seperti mengelola data persediaan selama sebulan, pemakaian pakan, penggunaan obat, data inventory, serta pembuatan laporan pada periode tertentu. Sehingga menyebabkan pemilik peternakan tidak dapat melakukan pengawasan terhadap data perkembangan ternak ayam secara langsung, dan juga pemilik peternakan tidak dapat melakukan perhitungan dengan cepat kapan harus memberi pakan tambahan apabila persediaan habis. Pada implementasi ini Penulis membuat Aplikasi Inventory Berbasis Web dengan dikembangkan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Php database Mysql agar sistem terkomputerisasi dan berfungsi untuk mengelola data persediaan peternakan ayam. Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, Persediaan barang, PHP, MySQL.
