Kata Muwazah berasal dari bahasa Arab yaitu (??????) yang memiliki arti kesetaraan. Jurnal ini fokus pada isu-isu aktual dan kontemporer yang berkaitan dengan kajian gender lokalitas dalam berbagai perspektif. Redaksi mengundang para ilmuwan, sarjana, professional, praktisi dan peneliti dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu yang konsern terhadap kajian gender berupa analisis, aplikasi teori, hasil penelitian, terjemahan, resensi buku, literature review untuk mempublikasikan hasil karya ilmiahnya setelah melalui mekanisme seleksi naskah, telaah mitra bebestari, dan proses penyuntingan. Jurnal ini terbit setahun dua kali setiap bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

Justice and Gender Equality or referred to KKG, a key word in every movement made by women to fight for their rights in various lines. This happens because in reality, women experience discrimination, marginalization, sub-ordinated, double burden, and acts of violence from one another kepihak parties both inside and outside of family life. Their efforts to gain recognition equal and fair began to fight through legal product. The goal is, in the presence of legal products that guarantee justice and gender equality of women desire to be recognized in line with men will get the gains.

Abstract

Education is a media for transferring values, cultures, knowledge and capabilities in society. So, arising of gender inequalities in society, should be assumed as a result of gender bias thought in education. We found them in islamic one too. The main of its problem in Islam could be rooted from its thoughts, that assumed contain some misinterpretations of its origins and base. The reinterpretation of religious understanding  which  gender biased, becomes necessary  and improving the content of the Islamic education curriculum by eliminating the dichotomy between men and women.

Abstract

The Constitution and the implementing regulations of the Constitution in the folosifis Indonesiai emphasis on equality and justice between men and women (equality and equity) through the development of the law with a cored Legal policy making and reform of the legal materials to suit your needs. But the normative contraction occurs when the Affirmative Policy in order to speed up justice and equality between men and women laiki has been canceled by the Constitutional Court’s decision to cancel the fifth paragraph of Article 205 of Law No.. 10 In 2008 the elected legislators decide the candidate by a majority vote. This clearly constitutes a waiver of gender inequality in the political sphere.

Abstract

This Qualitative research of gender perspective, departing from the issue of the high divorce family female migrant workers, which is indicated by a shift in the pattern of gender relations in their family. The research location in Pekalongan. Determination of informants using purposive, developed with snowball. The collection of data through observation, interviews and document study. Analysis techniques using Interaktive Model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that, shifting patterns of gender relations within the family women migrant workers occur because of, the economic base into the hands of his wife and cultural influences from abroad where women migrant workers work. The structure of the shift pattern of gender relations within the family women migrant workers are categorized in several models, namely: structural shift from vertical patriarchis to horizontal relationship; from the vertical patriarchis to vertical matriarkhis and; from horizontal relationship to vertical matriarkhis. The nature of the shift there are revolutionarily and evolutionary or dynamic equilibrium.Penelitian kualitatif berperspektif gender ini, berangkat dari isu tentang tingginya perceraian keluarga perempuan pekerja migran, yang terindikasi oleh suatu sebab, yaitu pergeseran pola relasi gender dalam keluarga mereka. Teori yang digunakan adalah, teori strukrural- fungsional dan transmisi budaya. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penentuan informan menggunakan purposive, dikembangkan dengan snowball. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi Dokumen. Teknik analisis menggunakan model Harvard, dengan proses Interaktive Model. Pengecekan validitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pergeseran pola relasi gender dalam keluarga perempuan pekerja migran terjadi karena, adanya basis ekonomi yang beralih ke tangan isteri dan pengaruh budaya dari luar negeri dimana perempuan pekerja migran bekerja. Struktur pergeseran pola relasi gender dalam keluarga perempuan pekerja migran dikategorikan dalam beberapa model, yaitu: struktur pergeseran dari vertikal patriarkhis ke horisontal relationship; dari vertikal patriarkhis ke verikal matriarkhis dan; dari horisontal relationship ke vertikal matriarkhis. Sifat pergeserannya ada yang revolutif dan evolutif atau dynamic equilibrium.

Abstract

This article is an observation for nearly four years in the land of the mullahs (Iran) as a country whose population is almost 80% are followers of Shia school, while the most prominent characteristics of the school is getting married mut’ah ‘. Among the ordinary people of Iran, the term is rarely used and tend mut’ah unpopular. They are more familiar with the term ‘sîgheh’. Mut’ah marriage is now rarely carried out by the Iranian society, even in the city itself as a city of Qom is the beginning of the Iranian revolution. They consider marriage mut’ah as part of the past and now no longer regarded as the Shiite tradition, but only as a scientific discourse alone

Abstract

Abstract : Classical Islamic thought patriarchal critical scrutiny from many quarters, with the argument that classical Islamic discourse is based on postulates and assumptions are discriminatory, and in turn give birth, standardize and preserve unequal gender relations between men and women. Fiqh of women's rights measuring half the rights of men as in many of the provisions of inheritance, testimony and legal 'aqiqah. Women as imperfect beings (deficient); weak intellectual abilities; unable to master the emotional turmoil; think irrationally. In turn, all of the above attempted to re-analyzed, as we know that the Qur'an teaches that Islam came to give comfort, peace of life (rahmatan lil 'alamin). Abstrak : Pemikiran Islam  klasik yang bersifat patriakhi banyak dikritisi, dengan argumen bahwa wacana Islam klasik didasarkan pada dalil-dalil dan asumsi yang diskriminatif, dan pada gilirannya melahirkan, standarisasi dan melestarikan relasi gender yang tidak setara antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Fiqh hak perempuan dengan porsi setengah dari hak laki-laki dalam ketentuan warisan, kesaksian dan hukum 'aqiqah. Perempuan dipandang sebagai  makhluk yang tidak sempurna, kemampuan intelektual yang lemah, emosional, tidak rasional. Pada gilirannya, semua hal di atas berusaha untuk dianalisis kembali, karena sesungguhnya Al-Qur'an mengajarkan bahwa Islam datang untuk memberikan kenyamanan, ketenangan hidup (rahmatan lil 'alamin).

Abstract

This article will be reviewing how the interpretation holly Quran verse’s that seem biased. It is related to the gender in division of heritage to women with a sulk on the opinions from Indonesian’s Mufassir and Egypt’s Mufassir to reveal religious teaching which have been considered impartiality or less fair to women, especially in heritage area. Makalah ini mengkaji tentang penafsiran ayat Al-Qur’an yang terkesan bias gender terkait dengan pembagian warisan bagi perempuan dengan merujuk pada pendapat Mufassir Indonesia dan Mufassir Mesir. Selain itu untuk mengungkap ajaran agama yang selama ini dianggap tidak berpihak atau kurang adil terhadap perempuan khususnya dalam bidang waris menuju keadilan gender.

Abstract

Stereotype concerning gender role has attached on society. Paradigm which views the label differential between female and male characteristics is affected by many factors. Biological, social standpoints, theories of gender psychoanalytical, social cognitive and scheme have concealed influential factors based on its own perspectives. Education based on gender has been one of the programs for government therefore gender bias will be able to be eliminated and the awareness of it will be augmented on many education aspects, for teachers in classes and parents as well. There are many alternative solutions for parents and teachers to be able to encourage learners in having awareness therefore gender bias might be abbreviated.

Abstract

This paper is the result of research that maps of domestic violence in divorce cases in Batang Religious Court by 2015. This literature research used a qualitative approach. Secondary data sources such as the archives of the Religious Court divorce case Batang 2015 and; other data that support the research. Data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Analysis techniques using interactive analysis model. The results showed that, the map of domestic violence in divorce cases in Batang Religious Court in 2015, among others: physical violence, which in divorce case referred to, physical cruelty and mental cruelty, as many as 32 cases; psychological violence, as many as 628 cases; sexual violence, no and; economic violence (penelantara households), as many as 1036 cases.Paper ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang memetakan KDRT dalam perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Batang pada tahun 2015. Penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data sekunder berupa arsip perkara perceraian dari Pengadilan Agama Batang tahun 2015 dan; data lain yang mendukung penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis menggunakan model analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, peta Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga pada perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Batang tahun 2015, meliputi: kekerasan fisik, yang dalam perkara perceraian disebut dengan, kekejaman jasmani dan kekejaman mental, sebanyak 32 perkara; kekerasan psikis, sebanyak 628 perkara; kekerasan seksual, tidak ada dan; kekerasan ekonomi (penelantara rumah tangga), sebanyak 1036 perkara.

Abstract

Abstract : The discourse of gender equality as promoted by the feminist movement is intended to criticize the practice of the tradition in which men dominate women in various lines of life, including family life and more specifically is in relation to the child. Such patriarchialism gains legitimacy from many directions, including from the customary laws, traditions, and theological-philosophical. Apart from the discursive conflict, both sides that are opposite each other have the same attitude in treating their child to build a discourse concerning their rights to the child. In this condition, the child is as passive party, where he is just a dead object and has no contribution during the determination of the rights of parents over their children. Criticism also comes with a reverse way of thinking, which puts the child in an active position, the object of life, and contributes. The rights of fathers and mothers that have established and understood differently as in patriarchialism and feminism then reformulated. This reformulation leads to a new discourse that could be called a post-feminism. Abstrak : Wacana kesetaraan gender seperti yang dipromosikan oleh gerakan feminis dimaksudkan untuk mengkritik praktek tradisi di mana laki-laki mendominasi perempuan dalam berbagai lini kehidupan , termasuk kehidupan keluarga dan lebih khusus dalam kaitannya dengan anak . Seperti keuntungan patriarchialism legitimasi dari berbagai arah , termasuk dari hukum adat , tradisi , dan teologis - filosofis . Terlepas dari konflik diskursif , kedua belah pihak yang saling berlawanan memiliki sikap yang sama dalam mengobati anak mereka untuk membangun wacana tentang hak-hak mereka untuk anak . Dalam kondisi ini , anak sebagai pihak yang pasif , di mana ia hanya benda mati dan tidak memiliki kontribusi dalam penentuan hak-hak orang tua atas anak-anak mereka . Kritik juga datang dengan cara kebalikan dari berpikir , yang menempatkan anak dalam posisi aktif , objek hidup , dan memberikan kontribusi . Hak-hak ayah dan ibu yang telah ditetapkan dan dipahami secara berbeda seperti di patriarchialism dan feminisme kemudian dirumuskan . Reformulasi ini mengarah ke wacana baru yang bisa disebut post - feminisme.
