Abstract

Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat di wilayah Purwokerto.  Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan ahli zakat, empat pengelola ZIS dan 31 penyumbang zakat infak dan sedekah di wilayah Purwokerto.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui program-programnya organisasi pengelola zakat sudah melakukan usaha-usaha untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan masyarakat melalui transparansi, laporan yang akuntabel, pengelolaan zakat infak dan sedekah dengan adil, dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian ini juga memerlihatkan beberapa faktor-faktor penting tata kelola zakat dalam persepsi penyumbang dan pelayanan yang diinginkan penyumbang ZIS.  Beberapa implikasi diberikan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is a country that has huge potential in tourism supported by its various natural beauties and also culture. One of the ways to take the advantage is by creating a cultural festival which can promote the city and also conserve the cultural heritage. Purpose: This study examines the influence of festivalscape (program content, staff, facility, food, and beverage) to emotional and authenticity experience, visitor satisfaction, and revisit intention in Festival Jenang Solo 2017. Findings: Results of PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis, outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing using t-test are (1) festivalscape (program content, staff, food, and beverage) has positive and significant effect on emotional experience, (2) festivalscape (program content, food, and beverage) has positive and significant effect on authenticity experience, (3) emotional experience has positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, (4) authenticity experience has positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and (5) visitor satisfaction has positive and significant effect on visitor’s revisit intention. Implications: The implications from the explanation above are that the Festival Jenang Solo should pay more attention and improve the quality of the existing festivalscape as it can provide an emotional and authenticity experience. By increasing the emotional and authenticity experience, it will automatically increase the visitor’s satisfaction. The visitors who are satisfied to a festival will have intention to revisit in the future. Abstract

This study, entitles "The Satisfaction and The Loyalty Analysis of InformaticsEngineering Student With Structural Equation Modeling Approach Based on the Application of SERVQUAL". The purpose of this study was to determine students satisfactionand loyalty with a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on SERVQUAL application. Researchers decided to take a sample of 100 respondents. SEM analysis wasused to test the model. The results showed that tangibility, reliability, responsiveness,assurance and empathy had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of student ofinformatics engineering. The satisfaction of students had a significant positive effect onthe loyalty of student of informatics engineering STMIK Amikom Purwokerto.

Abstract

Given the universities strategic significance in producing qualified human resources, the government issued various policies and legislation aimed at improving the performance of universities. Changes in the status of higher education raises individual attitudes or reactions with the level of support varies. This study intends to investigate the influence of Unsoed lecturer’s Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on attitude toward change, and to explores the variable most influencing it and to know the opinion of lecturers to the changes occured in Unsoed and cancellation of BHP Law. Target population in this study were 1.019 Unsoed lecturers, spread in 8 faculties. The sample size was set at 100 respondents, drawn by accidental sampling. By using multiple regression analysis, obtained findings support the hypotheses, which states that Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture has a significant influence on Attitude toward Change. Elasticity test results show that Emotional Intelligence has a greater influence than the Organization Culture. Unsoed Lecturers always ready in facing any changes, provided that it has specific and clear goals and should be well socialized to all academic faculty. Most of lecturers had agreed to the cancellation of BHP Law for many reasons such as : Unsoed not ready yet to become BHP (from the financial aspects, organizational structure and human resources perspectives) and BHP will provide a greater opportunity for the communities to get higher education.

Abstract

Islam teaches and recommends us to do all the things in the life seriously and or-derly based on the norms established by the religion. Management means to regulate all the things in order to be well done, precise, in good order, and complete. This activity is declared in Islamic Doctrines. Therefore, if a business is carried out by the guidance of the norms of the Declared-Islamic Doctriness, the business will not only persue the ma-terial benefits,but also will hope the Favor and the Bless of Alloh/God. The business that is carried out based on the law of Islam is then termed by the Syariah Business Manage-ment. The material benefit gained from this business will have favor of Alloh/God and has the grant of Alloh/God in it.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyses Perceived Ease to Use and Perceived usefulness to use internet. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with responder SLTP and SLTA teachers in Purwokerto.Results of these research are that perceived ease to use have not effect to intention to use, while perceived usefulness to use internet have effect to intention to use.

Abstract

This research is an empirical study to analyze the data causally (cause and effect). This research entitled by: "Impact Analysis of Earnings, Operating Cash Flows, Economic Value Added (EVA) and DR to the Market Value Added (MVA)". The aim of this study was to determine the performance of manufacturing firms in Indonesia Trade Center. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the influence of Earnings, Operating Cash Flow, Economic Value Added (EVA) and DR to the Market Value Added (MVA). Population in this research are manufacturing companies that listing on the Indonesia Trade Center. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. The number of companies that used a sample of 23 companies. Period of research is 3 years during 2006 until 2008. Based on the results of research known that the performance of manufacturing firms in Indonesia Trade Center was good. By analysis of data using multiple regression showed that (1) Earnings significantly affect the Market Value Added (MVA), (2) Operating cash flow is not significantly affect the Market Value Added (MVA), (3) Economic Value Added (EVA) not significantly affect to the Market Value Added (MVA),(4) Debt Ratio (DR) significantly affect to the Market Value Added (MVA), (5) Simultaneously, Earnings, Operating Cash Flow, Economic Value Added (EVA) and DR significantly affect the Market Value Added (MVA), and (5) Operating Cash Flow is the most influential variable on Market Value Added (MVA). The implications of the conclusions above are in decision-making, both managers and investors, should see the company's performance. These performance indicators can be seen through Earnings, Operating Cash Flow, Economic Value Added (EVA) and Debt Ratio (DR).

Abstract

This research aims to 1). test and determine trading day having return which highest and lowest, 2). test the effect of trading days on stock return, and 3). determine trading day having highest and lowest volatility by using three models: OLS, GARCH ( 1,1), and GARCH-M ( 1,1). By using the daily price data of stocks listed at LQ45 index, the study obtains results that 1). There is no return which is lowest at bourse trading days, while return which is highest happened at Friday, 2). Trading days have effect to return stock, and 3). Five trading days in Indonesia Stock Exchange have the same volatility.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To obtain an overview of consumer’s knowledge level of the environmental information on eco-friendly product. 2) To obtain an overview of consumers attitude towards consumption behavior impact on the environment. 3) Knowing the effect of consumer’s knowledge and Consumer attitudes towards the environment on eco-friendly product purchasing decisions. Descriptive qualitative analysis and multiple linier regression analysis used to analyze the data. The results of 80 respondents indicate that 1) the level of consumer’s knowledge on the environmental information on product packing is low. 2) Consumers attitudes towards consumption behavior impact on the environment is positive. 3) There is no positive effect of consumer’s knowledge to ward eco-friendly product purchasing decisions. 4) There is a positive effect of consumer’s attitudes toward eco-friendly product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen afektif terhadap kemangkiran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Pangandaran. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan saturated sampling technique, sehingga seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepribadian tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kemangkiran. (2) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemangkiran. (3) Extraversion, keramahan, ketelitian, dan keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, stabilitas emosi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Extraversion dan agreeableness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Conscientiousness memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Namun, baik stabilitas emosi dan keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. (5) Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif.
