Abstract

This research aimed to know determinate factors that support the professionalism of BMT people in Banyumas regency and develop some strategies to improve profesionlism of BMT people. The type of the research is the qualitative which collected the data with questioner, depth interview and library research. As the qualitative research, the analysis data acted simultaneous with collecting the data, interpretation, and writing the research result. The results of this research are: Firstly, the interpretation of professionalism by many BMT people tends practically. The professionalism explained in the context of service quality given by BMT to its customers. Mean, the biggest professionalism measure is in service quality. Secondly, there are some influenced factors toward the professionalism of BMT people, namely: (1) Understanding to the concept of Syariah finance concept; (2). The operational obstacle in Syariah finance system; (3). The human resources management (about the role and the function); (4) The Performance of BMT among the banking business competition; (5) The unbalance between saving and cost; (6) The loss profit sharing for the customers; and (7) the Mudharabah which is not become the priority of BMT.Internal and external component very important to improve professionalism BMT people.

Abstract

Organizational and environment aspects for small businesses have important roles in making decision to adopt information technology (IT). The purpose of this research is examine efect organizational aspects (business size, level of employees’ knowledge IT, information intensity and environment aspects (competitive). A survey was conducted in Yogyakarta city by purposive sampling technique. The samples that are used to data analysing are 102 small business. Partial Least Squares method was used to examine five research hypotheses. Research instrumens validity was measured by convergent validity and discriminant validity. Instrument reliability was measured by cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. This research shows that firm size, employees’ knowledge about IT, nformation intensity and competitive have significantly positive effect to small businesses decision to adopt IT. This study contributes to insight that organizational and competitive environment aspects effect in making decision to adopt IT.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyses Perceived Ease to Use and Perceived usefulness to use internet. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with responder SLTP and SLTA teachers in Purwokerto.Results of these research are that perceived ease to use have not effect to intention to use, while perceived usefulness to use internet have effect to intention to use.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of innovation capability on product improvement and to test the moderating effect of environmental hostility and firm size on the relationship between innovation capability and product improvement. Respondents of this study include the businesspeople of small and medium enterprises in manufacturing sector in Purbalingga Regency, totaling 92 enterprises selected by purposive sampling. The analysis tool to test the hypotheses was Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results show that innovation capability has a significant direct effect on product improvement, whereas environmental hostility and firm size do not moderate the relationship between innovation capability and product improvement. The results imply that the business people of small and medium enterprises should pay special attention to their firm’s capability to generate breakthroughs in order to improve product quality leading to business survival.

Abstract

There are four variables in measuring the performance of KUD (unit of cooperative in village) based on Development Ladder Assesment (DLA) Method namely : vision,resources, capacity and networking. This research has two main aim. First, to find out the evaluation variable which gives the highest evaluation on the performance of KUD among vision, capacity, resources, and networking variables. Second, to find out the predicate performance of KUD at Banyumas regency during 2001-2004 using DLA method. KUD samples taken in this research are KUD which including “ A “ clasification according to Small Medium Enterprise and Coopertive Office of Banyumas regency. Research results showed that the resources variable get the highest score compared with other variable whereas networking variable get the lowest score and then KUD performance in Banyumas regency 2001-2004 period got green score predicate based on DLA method.

Abstract

The increasing business competition strives small medium enterprises (SMEs) to improve human competency in gaining competitive advantages. The aim of this paper explains relationship between contextual dimension and structural dimension that influence implementation of human resources management (HRM) practice and SMEs‘s performance. Implementation of HRM practice is one of  SMEs’s way to improve their human resource aspect and it have differences characteristics with large firms. Implementation HRM practice in SMEs still have many  barriers that caused by limited resources (time and financial), lack of management skill, lack of understanding benefit of HRM practices to increasing firm’s performance. Abstract

This Research Target is to know and analyse the quality of service land registry at Office of Land; Ground of Palu Town.  By Using Research Type Qualitative hence informan selected in this research five of people. Data collecting use the technique interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used  that is ( 1) Editing Data ( 2) Data Subdividing ( 3) Interpretation Mean the Data and ( 4) Withdrawal of Conclusion and Suggestion. Result of Research (1) Quality of Service Land Registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from mainstay factor not yet walked better this matter is seen from time duration still in getting land;ground certificate and result of interview with informan.(2) Quality of Service  land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from factor Responsivitas not yet walked better this matter is seen by that society still visit upon the office of Land;Ground of Hammer Town, also supported by result of interview with the informan conducted by field. ( 3) Quality of Service of land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Hammer Town seen from Guarantee factor have walked better (4) Quality of Service  land registry  Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from empathy factor have walked better and ( 5) Quality of Service  land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from Direct Evidence factor have walked better.

Abstract

Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender?s expertise) insocial media on consumers? purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

Abstract

Cleanliness, health, safety, and environment sustainability (CHSE) certification is an indicator of a COVID-19-safe tourist destination. Baturraden tourist destination has received a CHSE level certificate very good but the effect is not yet known on tourist satisfaction and intention to visit again. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the element CHSE on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction and health consciousness as a moderating variable. This research is survey research by collecting data from 149 respondents who had visited the Baturraden tourist destination. Five Likert scale is used to measure research construct. To test the causal relationship between constructs, structural equational modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS is used. The findings of this research are cleanliness, environmental sustainability, health, and safety have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, and tourist satisfaction has a positive effect on revisit intention, but health consciousness and the moderating effect of health consciousness have no effect on revisit intention.

Abstract

Cikidang Village is located in Cilongok Sub-district, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province. Cikidang Village is the smallest village that attracts attention because it is located along the Purwokerto -Ajibarang provincial road and is dominated by agricultural land. The Cikidang Village Government has a short-term plan to explore the village's potential which includes natural resources, economic assets, social and cultural heritage, and human resources through the development of community-based agritourism. The medium-term plan for Cikidang Village is set out in the draft RPJMDES 2020-2025. This qualitative research involved field observations, interviews and documentation. Key informants in this research include the Village Head, Village Secretary, and General Affairs Officer of the Cikidang Village Government, as well as other stakeholders such as the Head of Bumdes, Head of Farmer Groups, Local Entrepreneurs, Community Leaders, and external parties including the Banyumas Regency Youth, Sports, Culture & Tourism Office, and Banyumas Regency small and medium business associations. The results revealed the potential of natural resources that can be developed as agro-tourism objects, while the development of the Cikidang Village rest area functions as a tourist centre that promotes local products and culture of the village. Based on stakeholder analysis shows that the participation of various parties in the agritourism development plan in Cikidang Village. Strategies to empower the community economy through agritourism in Cikidang Village are formulated in three stages, namely creating a conducive atmosphere, effective village government management, and maintaining long-term sustainability.
