Abstract

The research started from a problem student learning is not optimal in training study on the engineering drawings SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai. Seeing the problem, then do research to describe student learning. With the aim to find out about the picture of student learning in engineering drawings.The type of research is deskriptive. Population this research is graders X TGB at SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai totaling 25 people. In this study there is only one variable is student learning at engineering drawings. Preparation of research instrument based on the Likert Scale. Before being trials for determine the validity and reliable instrument. The data is statistically analyzed with the help of SPSS versi 20.00.From data analyzed, know that student learning at engineering drawing TGB SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai in categorized as high and low. Student learning in high category is i take lessons(88%), patterns of student learning (84%), and inspection task(72%). Where as the entry way of learning low category is preparation of student learning (52%) and independent learning activities(60%). Keywods: Student learning, Engineering drawings.

Abstract

Industri yang terus berkembang di Indonesia salah satunya adalah industri bidang mebel. Kebutuhan akan produk-produk dari industri mebel terus meningkat karena bidang   ini menambah  nilai estetika yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan  dapat menunjang berbagai aktifitas manusaia. Usaha mebel mempunyai sifat yang berwujud sehingga kepuasan konsumen didasarkan pada apa yang dihasilkan. Tidak semua usaha mebel mempertimbangkan adanya struktur kebutuhan konsumen yang menyediakan gaya dan bentuk yang bervariasi pada setiap produk. Dimana rata-rata usaha mebel memproduksi mebel kemudian hanya menyediakan layanan pesan antar dari produk jadi yang dipasarkan. Hal yang mesti diperpertimbangkan produsen mebel adalah kebutuhan konsumen dengan menyediakan gaya dan bentuk yang bervariasi pada setiap produk. Karya Muda Furniture sebagai salah satu usaha mebel yang memproduksi berbagai jenis mebel dari mulai perancangan, pengolahan kayu menjadi produk, pemasaran, pengantaran serta penemptan mebel pada posisinya sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen serta merenovasi mebel yang rusak atau penambahan item tertentu.

Abstract

Abstract—This research is motivated by the low score of students on the subjects of engineering drawing. So this study aims to reveal the influence of the learning environment on student learning outcomes on the subjects Figure Technical Engineering Student Class X TGB Department of Building Engineering SMK Negeri 5 Padang academic year 2016/2017. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. To know the validity of questionnaire learning environment writer using Microsoft Excel program with criteria rhitung ≥ rtabel then the item is declared valid and obtained statement that fall as many as 12 item. The population of this study amounted to 64 students of the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of the research was 50 students because the research was conducted in the academic year 2017/2018, using Total Sampling technique. The result of research is got big correlation value from r table 0,279 that is equal to 0,852, significant value t test 11,292>ttabel 1,67722. Thus the hypothesis in this study is there is a significant influence between the learning environment on student learning outcomes class X TGB on the Manual Figure Drawing Engineering Engineering Department Building SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Keywords:Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract— The background of this research is because in following the ISP some students of Civil Engineering Department of FT-UNP experienced doubts and problems while in the industrial field, such as: students are less active and do not participate with what is happening in the field, lack of understanding how to read the picture, less understanding how to pay volume with software. This study aims to reveal about the readiness of students of civil engineering department of UNP faculty of technical period from January to June 2017. This quantitative descriptive  research  with  a  population  of  51  students  in  civil  engineering  State  University  Of  Padang  that implement Industry field experience (ISP) of the year 2017. The sample in this study as many as 34 students with sampling using simple random sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaire, with 5 categories of readiness ranging from: unprepared, poorly prepared, adequately prepared, prepared, and well prepared. Results of the research, got data of readiness of the students of Department of Civil Engineering faculty of Engineering State University of Padang in implementing the ISP is in   ready category for affective aspects, cognitive aspect and psychomotor aspects. Viewed from the overall aspect that the readiness of field practice on Civil Engineering students FT-UNP in implementing ISP in Padang City in the ready category. Keywords: Readiness, ISP, The world of Business/Industry.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Lack of knowledge labour concerning ability of soft skills, representing a problems exist in effort construction service in Padang town. manpower can only use skills techniques but do not have good soft skills to get in touch with co-workers or leaders. to examine the components of soft skills require to conduct of research with aim to know soft skills which is all important to be owned by labour of effort construction service in Padang Town. This research is done in the service campany gred 6 and gred 7 with a total sample of 16 companies. Type and data source is data sekunder in the form member data of Gapensi Padang town and primary data steming from passed to kuesioner is company head. Technique data collecting use enquette with scale of likert, technique analyse data use descriptive analysis. Result of this research showing that from 19 statement item obtained by 16 of soft skills is including into category of vital importance, that is of initiative, ethics/integrity, of critical thinks, can be pledged, of oral communications, creative, analytical, of x'self management, solving problem, flexible, of job in team, self-supporting, listen, taft, of have logical argument, of time management, and 3 statement of soft skills is including at important category, that is of willingness learn, of motivation, have co’operation. Abstract

Penelitianini dilakukan di SMKN 5 Padang dan dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya siswa Kelas  X  Jurusan Teknik  Bangunan yang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Ukur Tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Ukur Tanah Siswa Kelas X. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X  sebanyak 77 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik proporsionalrandom sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada sampel/responden penelitian. Data sekunder berupa nilai UAS siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Bangunan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: (1) Analisis deskriptif, (2) Uji persyaratan analisis, yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linieritas untuk membuktikan bahwa sebaran data berasal dari sampel yang berdistribusi normal dan linear, dan (3) Uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa terdapat hubungan padatingkat sedang dan terdapat kontribusi kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Ukur Tanah siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Bangunan SMKN 5 Padang sebesar 26,42%.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to reveal how much the factors that affect the interests of junior high school students (SMP) in the District of North Padang to choose vocational high school (SMK) and find out if there is a difference interest in choosing vocational education between the students in private junior high school  and Public junior high school in the District of North Padang. The population of research was grade IX students of junior high schools in the District of North Padang  in the academic year of 2014-2015. Samples were taken using  the purposive proportional random sampling technique  with the sample size is 208 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire likert scale models and the analysis of data using the percentage degree of achievement and t- test. The results showed that the internal factors that affect the interests of junior high school students to choose vocational education amounted to 65.55 % with sufficient category, while the external factor of 57.35 % with less category/ low. As for the internal factors and external factors that affect the interests of students in private junior high school in the district of North Padang choose vocational education with an average value of the degree of achievement of 69.23 % with sufficient category, and the interest students in  public Junior High School in the District of North Padang has avarage degree of achievement of 53.93 % with very low category. In addition there is a difference interest between the public and private junior high school students in the District of North Padang with the t-table 1.9758 < 1.9806 t theory. Abstract

Abstract― this study aims to reveal the correlation of the value of Educational Field Experience Practices with the level of readiness to be a teacher of Building Engineering Education Students of the Class of Padang State University in 2014. This type of research is descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the 2014 Building Engineering Education students who had completed PPLK with a total of 44 people. Sampling uses total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire that has been validated by the validator. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS Version 17.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that there was a strong and significant correlation between the value of the Practice Field Experience Education and the level of readiness to become a teacher of Building Engineering Education Students of the 2014 Padang State University. Abstract

Abstack - Bidikmisi students of FT UNP have learning outcomes / Achievement Index below the provision standard of Bidikmisi UNP (2.5) 60 people, therefore it is necessary to know the reasons. The type of this research is  quantitative descriptive research, data  collection techniques is  using questionnaires. The population of this research is Bidikmisi students of Education Study Program of FT UNP 2015-2018, amounting to 392, to determine the quantity of samples the Taro Yamane formula is used, so 80 people samples are obtained. Data analysis techniques is by using percentage calculations performed by calculating the frequency of respondents' answers on each sub-indicator of the study. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the results of the study shows the factors that most influence the learning outcomes of FT UNP’s Bidikmisi students from external factors are the family with the highest achievement score of 85.81% while the lowest score is 64,21% from the surrounding environmental factors, this shows that the family environment is quite encouraging so that students get good learning outcomes while the surrounding environmental not affected for the learning outcomes of Bidikmisi students of FT UNP. Keywords: Result Of Study, Bidikmisi
